I visited this gym as a guest and absolutely loved it. Not only does it serve as a neighborhood gym, but it is also fully equipped with machines, weights, cardio equipment, and training and yoga areas to suit any fitness level or routine. I have used many chain and national gyms, as well as bodybuilding gyms, and what stands out to me here is the cleanliness, equipment, staff, and members. For a busy gym, the cleanliness is exceptional. The women’s restroom is always clean and well stocked. Members are respectful, wiping down equipment and returning weights and accessories to their designated areas after use. I was especially impressed by the consistently friendly and welcoming attitude of the front desk staff, especially CAN. She is friendly, efficient, and a great representative of the gym. There is plenty of parking and easy access off HWY 53. I wouldn’t bother with fancy gyms when you can get everything you need right here.

I’m a member here absolutely love it! Really need some urethane dumbbells 110lbs to 150lbs for maximum chest day. The 110’s to the heaviest is lose and next to impossible to lift.

Been there a couple years n the staff n security has changed several times, the facility is spacious n clean, Except for the Sauna, it stinks (literally), and the floor in there is dirty a lot of times. Would like to see some more improvements done to the Sauna. They have all kinds of classes n room, also have tanning beds and Zi really appreciated the childcare available if needed.

I’d give a million stars if I could. I’ve been going here on year two. We moved to the area and came for the hatha yoga every Tuesday and Thursday to help with stepping back into moving my body after postpartum. I was a wreck and my little one was definitely in the middle of stranger danger. It was so challenging for both of us. Two years later and I lift, attend yoga, and my son and I LOVE it. It is definitely an old school gym as far as equipment, but that has never bothered me. The women in the front Can, Courtney, Jenny, etc are literal angels. They love me and my son. I can never tell who is more excited to step into the gym and it’s because these women make this gym a community. The morning crew is the best. We won’t be going anywhere any time soon. All the love for this spot.

First workout is in the books. Big variety of machines, some that move your body and some that don't. Lots of cable and free weight options. Didn't try the cardio machines but it looks like there's a good sized nook for those. Plenty of bars and benches. Tried the sauna and it was toasty warm. I wouldn't consider the facility to be super clean, shiny, and new. The equipment has obviously had a lot of use. But I don't consider that a major turn of. The overall experience is great so far. The staff seems friendly and helpful too.

Retinal Scans? To access a gym that already has my fingerprints?? This is a gym not a Nuclear Reactor. That aside, I would have been much more impressed if, when I initially asked to have my membership terminated due to having to give someone not one but two separate biometric scans, they simply agreed! What's with all the red tape in terminating a membership!? I shouldn't have to call, beg, and plead while an increasingly more agitated individual tells me I have to physically come into an establishment to reiterate what I'm calling about.

Luckily, later they DID stop charging me, and I hope they understand why. 4/5 Televisions played NEWSMAX while I'm trying to have a positive workout experience- I go to the gym to improve myself, not be reminded of the nonsense media.

What started as a decent Gym Membership ended with new and inappropriate biometric scans, old and broken equipment, and uncooperative management (which I'm willing to forgive, due to the likelihood of it being the owner's policy.)

The only thing that keeps this from being a 1-Star review is that the staff members are friendly and deserve to be paid more, and that they stopped charging my card after I stopped coming in.

Don’t ever go to this gym if your thinking about ever canceling your membership, I canceled my membership may 2022 with military orders and it’s August and I’m still getting charged. I had to contact my bank and block them from charging me. I even get calls from the company they use to process payments monthly asking why my monthly membership wouldn’t process.

I have been attending classes at 24/7 Harvest (closest location) & Huntsville Hwy 72 locations since 2019. I enjoy all classes and instructors. They are all inspiring and encouraging. I regularly attend Zumba (72-Mandie & Harvest-Vickie), Body Pump (Harvest-Missy), Spin (Harvest-Dee Jay), and Yoga (Harvest-Diana). I am able to get my exercise and sweat on with other folks which helps keep me coming back.

One of the best gyms and most caring staff here I love this gym becuase I can access here when I need to but as well the only time i can go is around night time around 10 or 11 the way my day goes but in a nice area mostly I'm 20 min away from the house and I feel so welcome when im here awesome programs and tranier the take the time to work with you on ehat you need and what best for you great daycare and kid freindly great music in the gym if you forget you headphones and great equipment and its great for woman becayse they have a separate part of the gum for y'all and close to yall clean bathrooms and never smells horrible and the take sanatizing the gym serious but again a great gym I'm recommond to go to

Not only did they continue to charge for membership after my 2 year contract was up, saying i have to “come in and sign papers to state why i’m terminating my contract” but they also continued charging during quarantine when they were closed and you were not allowed to use the gyms at all.

Awful management through Covid19. They breached contract by closing the gym(I am aware it was state mandated) however when we asked to not be charged while we cannot use gym, they responded with “no, that would be a breach of contract”. They “sent” an email saying that you would continue to be charged, even though they couldn’t give us the services we were paying for. We will be finding a new gym when our contract is up.

I've been going to this gym for about 6 months and I love it. Everything is laid out nicely and it's not over crowded with machines. They have a great kid zone too if you want to bring your kids with you. The staff is always so nice and they treat you like family. Love it and will continue to go there!!

This gym is great for anyone serious about getting fit and/or getting stronger. I actually prefer this location to the one off 72 because it is better kept. Everything at this gym is in place whereas weights and dumbbells are all over the place at the other location. From my experience, the machines are better kept as well.

I can’t say enough about my gym. It’s like hanging out more than working out with friends, everyone is so inspiring. Our trainers work hard to make sure we have programs that help us reach our goals. I can’t imagine not getting to workout with such amazing people. I love the Team Training and the Group X classes. The instructors at both gym are the best.

So they have a special advertised on their website. When you go there, a rude girl tries to tell you the special doesn’t mean what it clearly says on the website and tries to upsell you. Wayyyyy overpriced compared to other local conparable gyms. CHAMPS 24-7, Wellness Center, Ultra Fit, Encore and Spartan are all cheaper with no 2 year contract and have employees that are honest.

MAKE SURE YOU READ EVERYTHING YOU ARE SIGNING REGARDLESS OF WHAT YOU ARE LEAD TO BELIEVE AND TOLD BY MANAGEMENT - 12 Month personal training contracts when you think you're signing for 12 WEEKS. The front office is a mess and the gym's online portal is faulty. Being threatened with collections and late fees when you've clearly been willing to settle the account and it's not your fault it's messed up to begin with... I could go on.
--Refusing to allow me to speak with anyone else in charge at either facility other than Justin - Manager at Harvest - is the reason I am coming back to the review. Unfortunately, it's a BIG thumbs down from me for the way our account was handled. Sometimes, Justin, other people ARE right... regardless of how that makes you feel.
I have a feeling I am not and will not be the last person to feel this way about speaking with the manager at this location, so my suggestion would be to have someone (anyone) else available to handle escalated situations as it might keep your written negative reviews to a minimum.

Honestly the staff is cool. But its like they cut corners to save money. They have noisy ellipticals that squeeks loud when you on thwm with broke that holds your phone or tablet, they turn the air down to like 50 in the evening. It is new years eve and im trying to get a good workout in while its empty everything you touch is freezing. You cant even sweat. They play the most horrible music. Tomorrow is 2018 and nobody wants to workout to "ROCKING ON A HURRICANE," OR " LIVING ON A PRAYER". Gym is out dated and needs a makeover. Not just throwing a coat of paint on it. But a real good deep clean.

Good Gym overall, I will take back some of the things I said before as they were unfair. My spouse has filed a complaint, will see what comes of it. The complaint is only about one person who lacks a certain level or professionalism whom works in the child care center. Everything and everyone else seems very nice. There were just many unprofessional and unnecessary actions taken by the one employee.

I love 24/7 childcare specifically Trish. I feel 100% comfortable leaving my children in there while I work out, specifically because of who I am leaving them with. These ladies are intentional with our children, and I am thrilled to have them at 24/7 my kids look forward to going to the gym just to see them. I know countless gym members who have followed her specifically because of the way she cares for our children!!! Keep up the good work. I know so many members who rest easy and feel like they can come and enjoy their work out because they know their children are in good care, including me !!!

I always feel like I'm at home when I come here. I haven't had my membership long but they act like they have known me for years. They are always so nice and the lady knows my name. That says a lot in my eyes. The place is always clean and I love how they play music (just in case I don't have my headphones lol). Also, I love how there is a women only room and our locker room is locked if they aren't there.
