After looking and considering a gym for my families needs, I am pleased that I got to finally go a couple days ago and get a family membership. The owner was very informative and very, very helpful extremely kind and considerate. It is close to our location. it is open 24 hours which makes that even better for us. It is a very clean facility not overly crowdedfor your workout and health needs I suggest 365 fitness also they have a great selection of your herbal needs vitamins, etc.

This Place is run down and dirty and unsafe the door literally came off and landed on a elderly lady about 80 year old lady..I went and told the guy and he acted like it wasn't a big concern...

They have great customer service, any machine you could ask for, security that makes you feel secure, and my favorite thing is I'm allowed to bring my babygirl in her stroller to workout with me. We feel safe and excited to get back in shape! Love supporting local businesses.

It’s home to me. Everyone is always friendly and helpful. There’s plenty of equipment that any day of my work out I can get in and get it done without having to wait for something to free up and they always have my favorite tea bombs and pre ❤️

It’s an awesome gym with amazing staff who are always willing to help you. The owners are both certified trainers who can and are willing to help you with anything you need. It’s a large space with a variety of machines for whatever your goal is. But since it is such a large space you never feel cramped.

I’ve seen kids under ten to adults over sixty training one on one with Kreston, me included, and can say if someone is willing to put in the work in and out of the gym they can absolutely transform their body and improve their overall wellbeing. Kreston, Jennifer and all the gang are usually always there and willing to help you reach your goals. Whether you want to build muscle or lose they have a meal plan and an exercise program that will fit. All the members are friendly and will help you with a spot or show you the proper way to use equipment. Just ask. Been in many gyms in my life and I love 365 better than any of them. Thanks guys!

365 fitness in Sardis Alabama is an excellent facility to get a membership at. They are super nice and helpful anytime I’m there, tons of new equipment all the time, and great music is always playing. And not to mention 24/7!! I’ve lost a drastic amount of weight while obtaining a membership here. My favorite gym I’ve used by far!

Amazing 24 hour gym less than 10 minutes from my house! Plenty of cardio options to change up your routine along with pretty much any other machine you could think of. They have a store with protein, healthy snacks, supplements, etc. along with a cooler full of Lean Kitchen meal prep meals you can purchase. Child care, tanning, massage... 365 is a one stop shop

365 Fitness has such an amazing atmosphere. The energy and knowledge that you get from the trainers are top notch. They are eager to help and will take the time to help you plan workouts or to set up a meal plan. Also they understand what you are striving for and they WILL get you there and further, while having fun. The environment is inviting and clean along with providing tanning beds and a massage all in one place. The location was convenient to my home and that makes a difference when going to a gym.

I can't say enough great things about Tisha Jones at 365 Fitness!!
I was lucky enough to meet her in late January of this year while looking at houses. I've sincerely never met anyone more passionate about their craft. Genuinely loves what she does!

I weighed 260 pounds. She began helping me with all things health and fitness. From meal plans/prepping, dos and don'ts, to excercises and routines... She knows how to get RESULTS! Just listen too her....

I committed on March 17th 2020
and today (June 20th) I am down 26 pounds and 3+ inches in my waist.
I cant thank her enough! (literally! ha. I know shes sick of hearing "thank you!!!! from me) Truly life changing for me and just getting started!

Owners Jennifer and Kreston are very friendly and knowledgeable in physical fitness. The gym is well equipped and clean. Free tanning, childcare available, even massage available. Personal and group training available. I train with Jennifer. She has helped me and pushed me to do better every time. Can’t say enough good about my experience, love it!
