If you are not part of a fitness program, you are missing a major component of living life to the fullest. I highly recommend 5A Fitness Zone in Spanish Fort. This gym can accommodate any age and any level of fitness. The coaches have years of experience, the people are very welcoming and the classes are varied. The hardest part is walking through the door for the first time. Just do it. It will be the best gift you have ever given yourself!

I joined a complimentary class with a friend on a Saturday morning, and it was AMAZING! From the moment we arrived, Melissa made us feel so welcome and was incredibly motivating throughout the workout. Every trainer here is dedicated to supporting, encouraging, and pushing you to reach your full potential. They truly invest time in teaching proper techniques and genuinely care about your progress. The vibe from other members is just as positive—it really feels like a FAMILY.
If you're thinking about it, definitely give a class a try. You won’t regret it!

A little less than a year ago, I was a total beginner (early 40s and obese) at strength training, bootcamps, and functional fitness. The owner of 5A was an instructor at another gym and when she opened 5A, I knew for sure I was going to follow her and I'm so glad for that decision! If you're looking for a place where you can get serious about your health, strength, and movement, feel part of a community AND feel like you've got a personal trainer to encourage you, challenge you, actually care about you, be alongside you as you get stronger, and make sure you're working out safely, you'll want to check out 5A Fitness Zone in the Eastern Shore Center in Spanish Fort. Melissa is the best, knows her stuff, and helps me modify as needed for safety. I LOVE this gym. If you haven't worked out in FOREVER, come on! Don't wait for a Monday, or the first of a month, or a new year to start something for yourself. Any day is the perfect day to try something new!

Wow! This gym is amazing! 5A Fitness Zone is the best workout I’ve had. I’ve been working out over 8 years and just joined this newly opened gym. The owner and coach is Melissa and she knows so much about fitness for young and older people. The classes are fun, as difficult as you choose, and I always get a great workout. If you are looking for a workout that challenges you this is THE PLACE. Try it you won’t regret it! Even my husband is joining. 💪🏋️♀️❤️

I was recommended 5A Fitness through a family member and started out with the 10 class punch card offer. I normally workout solo in the gym or at home, but I figured having someone correct my form throughout workouts would work better long term. Melissa does a fantastic job of making sure you are working the correct muscles with injury prevention. Highly recommend to all levels beginner to advanced!

5a fitness has given me a whole new look on fitness! Yes goal of losing weight is there but the whole body health is a priority too… the instructors are fantastic and there is no body type that can’t do it! They are more than willing to get in there and modify so you get the best results and stay safe doing it!

I’ve been a member of 5A Fitness Zone SF and for several weeks now. Whether you are 25 or 75 their group fitness classes are for you! We often have a blended glass, which I love. Melissa and Beth are professional, knowledgeable, and bring energy to every session. They are also attentive to each individual, providing modifications if needed. I haven’t been this excited about going to the gym in a long time!

Love my new gym 5A Fitness. I find the Fit and Active classes are best suited for my mature body :) Lots of variety with strength day to athletic circuit day. I feel stronger just in the last month since I joined 5A. Best thing, Melissa the owner and coach is very hands on making sure your form is correct to avoid potential injury.
If you’re stuck in a rut at your current gym you should give 5A Fitness Zone in the Eastern Shore Centre a try.

I came to 5A Fitness because it is close to my home. I stayed because the level of the workout is fantastic! Melissa and Beth listened to me and modified workouts to meet my individual needs. I was concerned that age and arthritis might be an issue but it's not. I've been going for 3 weeks and i feel great.

I love 5A fitness! I started there because of it's convenient location but have stayed because the classes are awesome! Melissa and Beth provide modifications to the workouts to fit your fitness level whether or needs to be easier or more difficult.
