Gym could be cleaner. Every hook has been ripped out of the wall of the bathroom and there's no curtain. Gym members aren't helping by not flushing the toilet and throwing stuff all over the floor. 3 days in a row now I've had to flush for someone else. I describe this Gym as "sweaty"

I would not recommend this gym unless it's your only option. Equipment is subpar for the amount a membership cost you. Website states they have tanning available for an extra fee but they do not. When asked about membership pricing they stated "it depends on your age, job description, gender" and I don't want to go to a place where I might be charged more because I'm a stay at home mom rather than a young male firefighter. It's conveniently located to my home but that's the only thing has going for it.

I use this gym due to the convenience of its location. This location could be cleaner. Some of the work benches are worn. At least half of the lights are out. There should be great lighting in a gym. For 45 a month it should be better.

I have been a member for about a year and there is a lot of things I have observed since being there there is a lot of lights that need to be change in the ceiling. Also the railings need to be painted. Some of the equipment need to be fix. Just because your in a black area don’t mean you don’t keep your property up. I have experience twice where the ladies bathroom toilet was not working and I even tried to fix it. I went to the person on duty and told him. He just responded with I check it out . Come on people you got to do better with customer service or people will go else where .

This is an AWESOME little gym! The gentleman running the gym does an excellent job! It’s clean and has everything you need to get a great workout in! I definitely recommend joining this gym! It’s very affordable too!

Honestly, if I could give a NEGATIVE star, I would. LITERALLY. I have fulfilled my contractual agreement with this company and tried for OVER a month to physically go in to cancel my membership (no one was ever in the front office), I've also called several times and left several messages to find a time when someone would be up there so that I may be able to cancel my membership. So imagine my disgust, disappointment, and surprise when I actually get there and a very rude and obnoxious representative named Jakoby Ware told me that he would NOT cancel my membership effective immediately, it had to be a 30-day notice but since I've been trying to come up there it would only charge one more time for 17.99. WAIT, WHAT!?? You or no one was HERE for me to cancel for over a month and now you're saying I need to be charged again!?? THIS IS EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND DEMONSRATES HORRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICES!! This young man forced me under threat that if I did not sign the notice, he would not cancel my membership and that I would continue to be charged. I felt like I had no choice but certainly don't feel this is right at all. THIS COMPANY HAS COMPLETELY LOST ME WITH ANY FUTURE BUSINESS AND I WILL TELL EVERYONE ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE WITH THEM. I've also asked for the owner to call me, sent messages to their customer service, etc. and NO ONE HAS RESPONSED OR REACHED OUT YET!! EXTREMELY AND HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED!!!

UPDATE to respond to this tired response from the owner: do you see how quickly you responded to this reviews?? Why haven't you reached out to ME!?? SECONDLY, please go checking your cameras, I have scanned and also a family member was with me that scanned their keycard. Thirdly, you CAN'T tell me about my experience, Jakoby. Pretty rough gym. The plate’s were mismatched w/ torn benches and benches that were broken. Treadmill belt must be loose because I almost fail a couple times. Weight machines just crammed in together. Glad this is not my home gym for sure!

Going on 6 days with no toilet paper in the men's bathroom. These has been a band aid on the floor of the shower over 2 weeks now and mildew in the grout since I joined a month ago. A seam in the rubber mat flooring has failed and sticks up. I twisted my knee on it a week ago, reported it via voicemail, but it hasn't been addressed.

I feel I've made a horrible mistake in signing a contract here. I would have been better off traveling further for a gym with lower fees and a cleaner facility.

Good gym i stop here when I come through since im a truck driver but the treadmills need to be fixed or replaced sometimes the belts feel like they stick and can cause you to get hurt if you’re running

Nice clean newer location. Plenty of barbell racks when I was there. Barbells have very slight knurl, which makes deadlifts a bit tough to hold, and of course there is no chalk.

Forewarning this gym does not do free trials. I was disappointed because I could've gone to a closer gym to me and Alex texted me and my friend once we signed up for the pass asking when we were coming in, failing to mention we would have to pay to use the facility. Just not transparent. It is a small gym, it does have a platform for deadlifts which is nice and bench and all of the dumbbells you need. It is fairly dirty, I wouldn't go back. You're better off going to Ensley.

I've been a member here for awhile. Its a little on the expensive side, but it is a 24hr gym. I travel a lot and I must say this in one of the more updated anytime fitness facilities that I have seen. The staff is aight, not as friendly as the other ones I have visited.

I tend to alternate between the one in Cullman and the one here due to my living situation , but I really love the one here. It is my little place to workout now that I’m an alumni at UAB and don’t have the same privileges I once had with them. However even when I was a student at UAB I loved the convenience of being able to workout at night after everywhere else was closed.
