I started working out here about 3 months ago, and it’s by far the best gym I’ve ever been a member of. I’ve got so many options for exercises that I can always do the movement I want, and I’m getting into shape as fast and completely as possible. Armor Gym is hands down one of the best custom bodybuilding gyms I’ve ever been to. I’ve trained at a lot of places with incredible equipment, including some that have Mr. Olympia-level setups — but this place stands out. The first time I walked into Armor Gym I thought one or two things could happen: I could run into the vampires from The Lost Boys. Or I could get taken to a V.I.P. room by a trio of turbo-twerking midgets. One look at the decor of this place and you'll know exactly what I mean. It does not look like any gym I've ever seen, and I've seen quite a few. Here at Armor Gym, "Every Day is Halloween" -Ministry.

As for equipment, Armor Gym has everything you can imagine (and some you can't). You have your staples- cardio equipment and strength training equipment all present and accounted for, and in abundance. Outside of that, if you've ever hallucinated after smoking a hobo turd wrapped in lettuce then you have a pretty good idea about what some of this equipment looks like.
My advice is to climb on, grab some handles, and start pushing or pulling, and you'll quickly see it's working the chest, back, or what have you. Or don't be like me and just ask someone. Which brings me to the...

Vibe. From the owner (Teddy Zane), to the staff, to the pros, all the way down to random beginners like me -everyone here is very approachable and kind. I've been coming here for a few years now and have never had a bad experience with anyone at all.

They also offer personal training.
A while back I was dating a girl from the clothing store I worked at. Soon after, I started getting stiffness in my joints. I was having a lot of trouble bending at my elbows and knees. I brought this up to Jimmy Newton, a personal trainer here at Armor Gym.
He said, "You've got mannequinitis".
I nodded like I understood.
He knew I didn't understand so he went on.
" You have an STD", Jimmy said. "It's the result of infectious immobility from relations with a store front prop".
I could barely move so I asked him what I could do about it.
He told me to stop dating toxic women and start working out with him-that it will loosen my joints. So, I did.
It doesn't matter if you're a seasoned pro or if it's your first day in the gym. The trainers at Armor Gym will meet you where you're at.

You can go to any gym. Sure. I've been to them. Most of them are uninspired soul crushing places.
Or you can go to Armor Gym where the music is great, the vibes are right, and you will be inspired to reach your goals-inside and outside of the gym.

I understand the rule about not letting people in without a membership — that’s fine. But the way this gym handled the situation was ridiculous and unprofessional. Instead of simply warning me or suspending my account, they made me pay extra on the spot and then canceled my membership anyway. If they were going to cancel it, why take more money from me first? On top of that, the equipment is nothing special, the place could be cleaner, and the overall vibe is unwelcoming. I wouldn’t recommend wasting your time or money here — there are much better gyms that actually treat members with respect.

My wife and I just moved to Armor Gym to try and take our workouts to the next level; we tried a day pass, loved the environment, and got a full membership.

I've been to numerous gyms across the country, and this one is the most well-equipped I've trained in. I've been able to visit this location a few times over the past year or so, and have been impressed with the variety of equipment. Whether you're a beginner just getting started or an advanced lifter, you're going to find exactly what you need here.

You're going to find some of the rarest equipment here that you'll ever see.

A few things really impressed me:
- The owner is clearly committed to continuing to acquire the best equipment. My first visit to the location was over a year ago, and when I went back this weekend, I noticed many new pieces that weren't there before.
- Lowkey environment. I like to get my training done early in the morning, and the location was great to be able to do get in, get my workout done, and then get out.
