Best gym around. Hands down.
classic weighted equipment for heavy lifters and more modern equipment as well...but let me just say, you really feel a difference when you use plates and weights....
As a dad I have energy now to chase my kids around and keep up.
Pool, sauna, lockers, clean, and kids play room.

This place is cool. The staff is great, nice size pool, a clean locker room with private showers, lots of cardio equipment, free weights, and weight lifting equipment—no hassle membership. Regardless of the time of day, there are always lots of folks there working out.

I just wanted to let yall know that I appreciate yall taking the time to show me how all the machines work and the staff means very much to me with the time yall take to show someone all the proper ways to use the equipment, this is the first place I ever been to, thank everyone there, thanks again, Charlie Bennett I didn't know they had a rehab area, I had a replacement heel a couple of years back and maybe they can help me understand how I can get it working regularly again and if they can then at least they tried

Visited this gym recently and we were very pleased. Greater by the owner, we was given all the details on what they had to offer. Plenty of old school iron and equipment for the heavy lifters. A nice number of cardio equipment including treadmills and elliptical. Included is tanning and a indoor pool.

A great blend of older and newer mid-to-high end equipment. The place has everything for bodybuilding, general fitness, cardio, and boasts a very large pool, a women's section, and steam rooms in the locker/shower areas. They have a bar, but I haven't checked out what's on the menu as far as protein shakes or smoothies (?) go.

They change the price of the pool everyday. Today it was 8..but yesterday it was 5 its a good pool but 8 dollars for not even a deep pool and no diving boards its riduculous.

Brought the entire family in for the day to go swimming and I was very pleased I did. Pool was nice and clean and they had a large locker room and restroom for easy changing. I am confident we will be returning many times over and its highly recommended as a nice relaxing get away.

I LOVE this gym!
Stumbled on this gym when I was visiting family last year. Now every time I visit I get excited to come here. It resembles the gym I go to back home and it’s comforting to me. The variety of equipment is great! In addition to the free weights and machines, there’s a cross training area with additional equipment.
I really enjoy working out here when traveling! The staff makes it easy and comfortable as well! Definitely check it out!
