Its pretty decently priced, but the machines are pretty old and its usually crowded. Lot of high school kids work out here.

Good prices. If you're looking for free weights and a good workout in the Moody, AL area, this might be a good fit. The downside is it's usually crowded between 5-8 pm. Best time to go is around 1-3 pm.
