The atmosphere at CrossFit on the Plains is absolutely amazing. Everyone encourages one another and the coaches focus on your health and helping you push to do your best. I never thought I would be where I am today without these guys. Taking this class was definitely worth it and I plan to continue going to CrossFit on the Plains in the future!

This is by far the best CrossFit box I have ever been to! The staff is ALWAYS in a great mood and the people are like family. I have NEVER had a bad day at this box. 10/10 would recommend to anyone who is looking to start or continue their fitness journey!

So my 3 stars isn’t based on the WOD. It’s simply based on how it started. I was dropping in since I was out of town from my regular gym and brought my friend who’d never done Crossfit before. As we walked in, we were told by a member to go talk to two guys in the corner away from the class. They then direct us to go talk to the coaches to get us checked in. As we’re walking away, Dalton (owner) asks if we’ve done Crossfit before and my friend says β€œno” as Dalton then kinda puts his hand in his face and says β€œOh my goodness.” I was pretty shocked...as an owner of a box, you have the opportunity to gain maybe two members but after that first impression, definitely not.

With that said, the workout was great! The coaches were super helpful to my friend and we definitely got a good WOD in for the day. Potentially would go back, but definitely not for who owns the place. Afterwards, I heard a few other people say not the greatest things about the owner, so hopefully he learns some people skills and grow his gym more in the future.

I am a traveling crossfiter and have been to many gyms across the states. CrossFit on the Plains is one of the best gyms I have had the opportunity to drop into. Programming is great, coaches are knowledge, and the community is very welcoming! If you are in the Auburn area and need a good quick work out stop by here!

I walked into this Box while visiting family in Auburn. I was/am new to Crossfit having only been working out for 2 months and I walked into The Filthy Fifty the day after Thanksgiving. The staff and owner were extremely nice and helpful with some of the movements that I was not familiar with. I spent a little over an hour here and had a great time, I will continue to attend this Box when I am visiting family. I would strongly recommend this Box to anyone that is thinking of giving Crossfit a try. As a side note The Filthy Fifty is horrible, but I would do it again.
