I’ve bounced around a lot of fitness options over the years—gyms with machines that leave you guessing, classes with nothing but a list of exercises written on a whiteboard, and high-intensity programs clearly designed for the 20-something crowd. But Daphne Fit Body Boot Camp is in a category of its own.

At this stage in my life (late 30s), I want something challenging but smart—safe, structured, and effective. That’s exactly what I’ve found here. Every workout is coached, guided, and purpose-driven. The staff actually pays attention to how you move, offering corrections and encouragement that keep you working hard and staying safe.

The facility is exceptionally clean, and the equipment variety is awesome—I’ve gotten to try things here that I’ve never used before, which keeps it fun and keeps my body adapting. The workouts change every day, so I never get bored, and in just 30–35 minutes, I feel like I’ve done something powerful for my body and mind.

Also—shout out to the music and that giant fan! You don’t know how much that matters until you’ve worked out in an Alabama summer and can still feel a breeze from the lobby. 🌀

From the moment I walked in, I was impressed. The coaches are incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping you get better. The facility is exceptionally clean—which I really appreciate—and the entire experience feels professional and well-run.

When I first joined it was good. It was a 45 minute class with great instructors that pushed you and I felt like I got a workout. Over the last 6 or so months mgmt has been changing and not for the better. All the original great coaches are gone. The classes got cut in length and with a long warm up and cool down the workout is only about 18-20 minutes and the workout itself isn’t challenging. The new mgmt seems to care more about how many people they can get in the door without caring about the existing members and what they need/want. Members are great but many are leaving for other locations.

I am not an exercise novice. I have been active most of my life. I have done P90X, other workout routines, worked one on one with personal trainers, follow fitness influencers like Kim French on Instagram, and have been very consistent in the gym for the past five years. I hit a plateau. This was the best decision I’ve made when it comes to fitness. It is definitely helping me overcome the plateau. This class is for the beginner, intermediate, or advanced person. You will definitely learn and improve. The structure keeps me very motivated. My trainer is absolutely excellent and really cares about my results. When I have issues (like shoulder pain), they give me modification moves so I can still participate and keep going. It’s all-around wonderful, and I would recommend this program to anyone that is physically able to exercise.

So...I don't know exactly how long I have been a member at DFBBC. What I do know is that it has changed my life. My fitness journey is like any other. It's been a roller coaster of exercise and eating - good and bad. I have gained and lost weight more times than I care to count.

Best decision I was ever talked into making. I went on a 21 day trial with my cousin and have never looked back. I didn’t think I would be able to handle the workouts as I watched before my first workout. The coaches really take the time to explain the moves, help you use proper form and will help you modify for all abilities. I worked out for six weeks with a cast on my arm - that is how much I love it! The coaches made sure I had a move that worked with my cast and I kept working and getting results. After moving to Daphne I started to gain weight. A little at a time which became 40lbs. I was a size 18 (never in my life ). Went for my yearly mammogram and was Diagnosed with breast cancer and finding out I had become diabetic and high blood pressure months later. it became even more important to lose weight and get healthy.
I was going to another gym when I seen FitBody Forever and they had a 3 sessions free as introduction to see if you liked it. I decided to sign up and went to my first class. OH My Gosh am I going to be able to do this? Ashleigh kept encouraging me and I started to really enjoy this gym. I was hooked and the other coaches are wonderful also Nitza, Tracy & Carmen. We don’t see our improvement like the coaches can. When they say you’re looking great and it’s working believe them. I have lost 22lbs, 4 sizes, doing things I couldn’t do before, work in my yard more again. My blood pressure is better, my diabetes medicine has been cut in half and my balance is so much better.
I can’t say enough about this program for 55 and older. You work at your own pace with a small group of people. Plank ? Squat what are they? Now I can do them both. Coaches continue to encourage you and care about your progress. NO MATTER YOUR AGE - YOU CAN DO IT. I even got my husband Richard to work out with me so it’s now a couples thing.

It’s now almost three years and I am still here. My husband is also so going. We absolutely love this program. Everyone cares about how you’re doing, help each other’s and encourage each other to do our best. Our coaches are wonderful, encouraging, supportive. We laugh and enjoy our 45 minutes.

I stepped into Daphne Fit Body Boot Camp in January of 2018 to do a 12-week challenge. Nearly 2 years later, I am still there! Before DFBBC, I hardly worked out and never felt comfortable going to a gym class. I was hooked after a week. The coaches and other members are so motivating. Two and a half years ago, I was stiff, achy and feeling beyond my years.
Then one day I saw an advertisement on Facebook for a gym geared towards people my age. I went and checked it out. Initially, I thought it was a little expensive but I decided to try it. Needless to say, it has been life changing. I have more energy than I’ve had since I was a kid. I’m not as stiff and I hop out of bed and am ready for each new day.
I look forward to going to Fit Body Forever. I’m excited about working out. Its actually a lot of fun. It’s a positive atmosphere and everyone is encouraged to do their best. Okay, everyone that knows me knows I have never made working out a priority in my life bc I never liked it or didn’t get results because I never did it long enough WELL...I am here to tell you that I joined Daphne Fit body boot camp about 6 months ago and I love it! I have never had any muscles on my body that you could see 😂, I never had time to work-out (full time mom and full time job) and I didn’t like it-these were all the things I told myself before joining. I cannot begin to tell you how great Daphne Fit Body Bootcamp has been for my life!

Before joining DFBBC I had no energy. I couldn’t enjoy time with the kids because I was exhausted all the time no matter what I did. I was just existing, not living. I had attempted a fad 500 calorie a day diet before joining which left me weak and run down.

In honor of Fit Body Boot Camp’s 8th Anniversary, I wanted to share my Fit Body Forever story. Almost 3 years ago, I had my 3rd bone density scan and the results showed continued deterioration of my hips and spine despite taking Calcium with vitamin D. My doctor once again encouraged me to add exercise with light weighs to slow down the process of moving from osteopenia to osteoporosis. That’s when a post for Fit Body Forever appeared in my Facebook feed.

Fast forward to two years later and my 4th bone density which showed stabilization in my hips and a 50% improvement in my spine. That’s just one benefit. I have more energy, my balance has improved and I’ve lost weight and inches plus, I’ve made some great friends along the way!

I was wearing 3X shirts and size 44 pants. Fast forward to today and I am down over 140 pounds, wearing a Large shirt and size 36 pants. Now at age 37 I am running half marathons and doing obstacle course races with me son. DFBBC has gotten me into the best shape of my life!
Daphne Fit Body Boot Camp is not just a gym, it is a family. A family of members and coaches working together to support, encourage and motivate the each other to become the BEST version of themselves. Not only physically but also nutritionally and emotionally. Don’t get me wrong we have an amazing facility and great equipment but that isn’t what makes DFBBC special. It’s the coaches and the people working out right beside you, holding you accountable and encouraging you to push yourself to places you never thought possible.

Rehabbing after knee replacement, it became apparent that over the last couple of years before retirement, I had added a few(?) extra pounds. I had also lost a great deal of energy once I did retire. My balance and endurance were not what they had been. I knew it was time for a change. Having been in a career that brought me into daily contact with a lot of people, the usual gym routine was not appealing. I saw a post about a special program for those of us over 55-Fit Body Forever. I was invited to take 3 free sessions. It was just what I was looking for-small groups, personal coaching on form and technique, various times during the day and days of the week. I’ve been with Fit Body for over two years. It’s one of the best decisions I’ve made! I have all the energy need to be very active and enjoy retired life. I’ve lost 25 lbs. and 4 inches in the waist. Upside- I have a new wardrobe. Downside- the old wardrobe now belongs to someone else.
Cleaning the pool, doing all the landscape work- no problem. Not missing any events because too tired, a thing of the past.

I have been a member at Daphne Fit Body Forever for 2 years. I noticed I wasn’t just “popping up” off the floor anymore and thought “I am not old enough for this!” LOL I saw Steven one morning on Fox 10 talking about this new gym geared especially for people 55 & up and decided to give it a try. (not having to work out with people the age of my children was a plus for me) After 2 years, I am down 2 sizes, my balance is better and I am stronger. I would recommend Daphne FBF because the coaches are friendly and motivating. They pay attention and correct your form, if needed. They also offer alternative exercises when necessary because of a previous injury or surgery. The biggest plus for me are the people in my classes. They are positive, encouraging and fun to be around. They challenge me to try harder and be better.

1 1/2 years ago I joined Fit Body Forever. I have always been an active person in the construction business. I have worked out in gyms before and found them with the same problems. It’s on your own, machines you don’t know how to use, noisy, too busy and intimidating. In order to get anywhere you have to hire a personal trainer to work with you to make sure you’re doing it right and the right amount of times.
So I went to having a hoist home gym, bicycle, treadmill and weights. Trouble is it takes a whole room and when I moved here didn’t have the space for it. You also have to have the will power to use it 3-4 times a week for results
I started to put on weight and feel sluggish and tired all the time. My weight really showed in my stomach and made me feel uncomfortable.
My best friend had joined Fit Body Forever and I seen how well it was working for her. I went to an open house and met everyone. I was impressed with what they said and their attitudes. I decided to try the trial program. I thought this could work, floor exercises and simple system using your own weight. I felt that at 74 progress was in the rear view mirror and seemed doubtful. I liked what I saw the structured atmosphere , people enjoying themselves and a coach helping all the way. I signed up for the class and was so impressed with atmosphere of everyone being like a family, good friends working out together, helping and encouraging each other. I found out this is more than a gym. I did the Precision Nutrition program, have done challenges, took grocery store tour, watch Stevens Video’s on how to do things ( sleep, drinking water, exercise ) and in participating in all these special things the gym offers I have lost 20lbs, inches, have my strength back, not as tired as before. I still work everyday after class in construction. This helps me keep focused and set better goals for myself. I guess at 74 you can look in the rear view mirror and go back to feeling great again. It’s a lifestyle change & adapting to everyday life. Treat yourself to feeling better and improving your ,health.

I want to share a little something. Before I joined DFBBC I had the best intentions of working out and getting in better shape. I tried multiple things, gym memberships, working out at home, and Zumba at the skating rink. I just couldn't stick with it.
A friend convinced me to try a two week membership at DFBBC, back in my mind I knew I would try it but wasn't planning on sticking with it. Fast forward to 5-1/2 years later, I'm still here loving every minute of it. I started out a size 14 and now down to a 6-8. I'm in the best shape of my life, granted I still have more to go but as they say it's the journey not the destination.
I would highly recommend this place between the coaches and other bootcampers because it is like a family. Everyone is always encouraging and cheering you on. The workouts never get boring. The coaches help you adjust the moves to match your fitness level.
The pictures attached are the just a few of the reasons I keep coming back. The people in this picture is just a small example of the many that are there keeping you motivated. Before I stepped foot in Daphne Fit Body Boot Camp I was tired, run down, stressed out, and constantly on the hamster wheel of losing the same few pounds over and over again. I knew I needed a change, but I couldn’t find the time, place, or motivation. At the beginning of December I joined DFBBC during a promotion that a good friend told me about. I thought it would be the same as always: go in and finish the promotion, lose a few pounds, and then move on with life. I never liked being the new girl, and quite honestly I was afraid of being the totally out of shape girl struggling in the room. My very first work out I knew this would be different. The coaches helped me and pushed me to be the best that I could be. Everyone was extremely welcoming, and I have made an entire group of friends. 2 months ago I took a leap of faith and did a free week at Daphne Fit Body Boot Camp. It was a choice that I would not regret. I’ve always been a part of a gym but I’ve never been a part of something like this. Before DFBBC I would go to the YMCA and “run” on the treadmill for 30 minutes and leave or I would do a class once or twice a week. This was extremely sporadic and honestly sometimes I would pull up to the gym, think about it and drive home 😂 I had zero motivation. Since I’ve started DFBBC I go 5 times a week and I ENJOY it. It is something that I look forward to. Being a part of group fitness in a room with a trainer who motivates and pushes you to your limits and makes sure your getting the most out of your workout is something I’ve never experienced. I will never be able to go back to a “regular gym”. They straight up took me on a grocery store trip and showed me how to eat and what to look for when shopping in the average supermarket. Sometimes it takes a little bit of courage to do something outside of your comfort zone to change your life. December of 2017 I was in a rut. I needed to lose weight and was so sick of dieting. I tried more fad diets than I want to admit but results were always the same. Lose weight, get bored, gain weight back. I was tired all the time and hit my rock bottom when I found I couldn’t do things with my kids because my weight was holding me back. I saw a promo for Daphne FBBC and thought I would take a chance. It was way out of my comfort zone and I thought maybe that is what I needed to change. Fast forward 16 months and I feel better than I ever have. I have lost over 55 lbs and 6 sizes. My energy level has increased so much and I am able to do so much more with my family. I just got back from vacation where I went zip lining with my kids something I never could have done 16 months ago. Before joining FBBC in January 2018, I lacked having effective habits, coping strategies, and a healthy mindset to deal with the normal stress and demands of my daily life. My main coping strategy for dealing with stress and anxiety was eating. Over the past 15 years my weight had gradually increased 40 plus pounds and I eventually began needing to take medication for both high blood pressure and high cholesterol. I became very unhappy with my body image and felt very overwhelmed. I became very concerned about my health and my future but lacked the energy and motivation to make a change.
FBBC has provided me with the tools and structure I needed to begin building a healthier me, both physically and mentally. I have learned about proper nutrition and have experienced great success developing a lifestyle of eating healthy foods, while not feeling deprived of my favorite meals or snacks. Through daily exercise, my body has changed as I have more endurance and I am much stronger. Exercise also improves my mood by helping to eliminate stress and anxiety. I have noticed that I have been more productive and better able to tackle stressful situations with more focus and determination. In the last 8 months, my overall cholesterol dropped from 230 to 159 and my triglycerides dropped from 213 to 45. Overall, I have lost 43 pounds and 34 inches. I feel more alive than I have in many years!
I would recommend DFBBC because it has literally changed my life! DFBBC has a very positive and uplifting environment where everyone is provided with a great deal of encouragement and support. The workouts are very high energy and fun, geared for people at all fitness levels. The coaches genuinely care about each and every member. They are all very knowledgeable and very approachable when you have questions or concerns. The members are very supportive of each other and love sharing information and answering any questions you may have. Daphne Fit Body Forever is my Fountain of youth! Before I joined I had chronic back pain from scoliosis and was taking Ibuprofen and pain meds just to get through the day. It hurt to walk, pick up my grandchildren, work in the yard, stand for long periods of time, etc. Since starting FBF a year and a half ago I have had an amazing transformation. I no longer need pain meds, I am so much stronger, have better balance and can do all the things I love to do with no pain. A side benefit is my posture and figure has improved so my clothes fit better and I feel and look younger. FBF is the first exercise program I have stuck with and truly enjoy because of the coaches (Ashleigh Strickland, Nitza Garcia Bedsole, Tracy O'Neill Farnell) who are so knowledgeable and really care about each members progress. Fit Body Boot Camp was the first "class" or "trainer" style I've done. I've always ran and did some cardio and weights at the gym, but deep down, I knew I wasn't pushing myself. After gaining 15 lbs from Thanksgiving through Christmas, I started going to Fit Body in mid-January (during Mardi Gras)

Right away, I realized what I'd been missing. The instructors demo the exercises before each class. They take you through a thorough warm up (including stretching). They provide motivation music during the timed intervals and they will help you modify the exercises if needed. I got a heart rate monitor and it is displayed on a projector. My heart rate continues to stay up during the exercises. I don't have to think about what to do, I just show up and do it. And if you're a guy and worried about not getting the strength training you need, there are many exercises with dumbbells and Fit Body has sets going up to 60+ lbs. You want better results? Increase your weights. It's that easy.

Along with some great nutritional guidance from them, I've lost over 10 lbs in a month! I have no doubt that I will continue to lose weight and get stronger. Fit Body is great!!!

Joining FBBC is one of the best decisions I've made for my health. Three weeks in, I had lost about 5 inches. After YEARS of high cholesterol and high triglycerides, taking meds that helped somewhat, and watching my diet, my doctor told me it was genetic and I would be on meds indefinitely.Even with meds my numbers weren't great. After about a month of working out at FBBC I went for my regular doctor's visit. He came into the exam room and asked me what I had been doing since my last visit. For the first time in a LONG time, ALL of my numbers were NORMAL!!! EVERYTHING! He was astounded! He even took out his prescription pad and wrote a prescription for FBBC! I signed up for the 6 week beach body challenge to try to re-start my exercise routine (which had been pretty non-existent over the past year). I had no idea what to expect, but found I really enjoyed the classes and overall experience at Daphne Fit Body Boot Camp. The trainers are encouraging and enthusiastic, play upbeat music throughout the session, and the workouts are different every day so you don't get bored. Sessions are only 45 minutes and are offered in morning and evening, so it's fairly easy to fit them into your day. The facility is clean and has lots of different equipment. The floor is some type of supportive material and so far has not bothered my knees (whereas exercising on pavement/concrete/hard floors does). The instructors also show modifications to exercises if you need them.

If I have a choice, I choose naps and eating over exercise. In my mid-forties and in need of some maintenance, Daphne Fit Body Boot Camp was my last resort. I wake up at 4:35 for a 5:00 am class, and I LOVE IT. I don't feel cheated on sleep and I feel energized ALL day. The workout takes between 35 and 45 minutes. Daphne Fit Body Boot Camp has changed my life! The workouts are very motivating and I look forward to each day knowing the workout will be different from the day before. The facility is very clean and instructors are amazing! One of the best things is that I feel comfortable there and I never feel like anyone is looking at me. I love Daphne Fit Body Boot Camp!

This workout is unlike anything I’ve tried! I enjoy the ability to attend a class with energetic and knowledgeable instructors and a variety of exercise routines. The workouts exercise the whole body, mixing cardio and strength training. In addition to the workouts, we receive information on nutrition and how to eat healthy. Attending the workouts and following the nutrition guidelines has really made a difference in my life.

I absolutely love FBBC! The trainers there are so friendly and really encouraging. They know you by name, which makes me feel so much more comfortable and want to come back. They help keep me motivated and wanting to progress towards my goal. I have never liked going to gyms to workout and I love going to FBBC. I originally joined because of a company challenge we are doing with them, but plan on continuing going after it is over. It is definitely worth everything!!

I heard about FBBC from a friend of mine who was a member. He told me how me much he liked it and how it was very convenient for his schedule. There was an online offer going on so I signed up for a 30 day trial.

I decided to join FBBC for several reasons; everyone at the gym was very friendly and welcoming, the classes fit well into my schedule , the trainers were there for you if you needed any help or directions, and mostly I knew I needed to get in better shape!

I had several challenges to overcome to get back in shape before I joined FBBC. I have always had a hard time staying motivated, starting something has never been my weakness but the follow through is usually where I fall short. . Another challenge I faced was just knowing how to work out! My old usual gym routine consisted of doing about 30-45 minutes on the elliptical machine and then another 30-45 minutes walking around the weight room wasting time more than working out. I have also struggled with my diet for my entire life and have been on a roller coaster with my weight since I was a child.

The staff and the members of FBBC are really great about keeping you honest with your workout and your attendance but aren't overbearing to the point of it becoming discouraging. They also have a new workout for each day and they give you a walk-through so you know what to do for the day. This is one of my favorite parts about FBBC because I'll know what I'll be doing that day and I know that the time I spend there won't be wasted figuring out what to do next. They mix the workouts up everyday to give you something new to keep your body guessing and to keep the program from becoming stagnant. Another thing I love about FBBC that is different from other gyms I've been to is that they offer a variety of nutrition type sessions that teach you what to shop for and healthier choices to make.

My experience had been nothing but positive. It's a very welcoming environment and there are people of all fitness levels so no one feels like an odd man out. The workouts are great because they're fresh everyday and compact and concise enough to give you a great work out in about 45 minutes. The other thing I like are the nutrition sessions they offer to help match your diet to your workout.

My result with the FBBC program have been the best I have ever experienced. I've lost about 35-40 lbs since I joined and my energy is through the roof. At 31 years old, I'm in better shape than I've ever been in my life and I feel like with the tips I've been shown that I be able to keep the weight off and live a healthy lifestyle for the rest of my life. Another big plus has been that my wife and several other family members joined shortly after I did and have experienced very similar results.

I would recommend FBBC to others because, plain and simple, it works. Like I said, I've done a lot of other diet and workout programs but have never been more satisfied than with the results I've gotten at FBBC. They've got a great support system setup to keep you on track with your goals. When you join FBBC, you don't just join another gym you join the FBBC family. The trainers know you by name so you're not just another face in the crowd.

For several months I watched a good friend talk about FBBC on Facebook. She posted pictures of her personal results and she LOOKED Amazing! She encouraged and challenged me to "Just try it out". So I did and WOW, she was right Daphne Fit Body Boot Camp is AMAZING. From day one the staff has gone above and beyond what i expected. My personal goals were discussed and a plan of action was set from the very beginning. FBBC staff have made me feel at ease because i must admit i am out of shape and need modifications due me having back surgery several years ago!! But with that being said I AM seeing results and so are my family & friends. After just a few weeks of working hard and following the FBBC program I am already down 1 SIZE!! Its hard to believe but its true!!! The staff is so encouraging and so are the members, everyone wants everyone to SUCCEED!! I never thought i could do this but i am a walking testimony "If I can do it anyone can"! I HIGHLY recommend FBBC to those that are discouraged and feel that nothing can help them tone up and get in shape FBBC can and will!!! Its the most intense workout I have ever done and Im PROUD of me because I DESERVE being HEALTHY & so do YOU!!!! Thank you FBBC for changing my LIFE!!!

I started Fit Body Boot Camp August 2012 because a friend convinced me to buy a Groupon. Now here I am almost a year later and still loving the workout program. It is very challenging to find time to work out because I work and have three kids but I consider Fit Body a necessity because it is not only an intense workout but a great stress reliever. Fit Body also makes it easier to find workout time because it offers many time options. The trainers are knowledgeable and encouraging. They are not judgmental or harsh. It is like having your own personal trainer but in a group. I have made new friends here at boot camp and reconnected with old friends. I feel like I am much stronger and in much better shape then when I started 11 months ago. I would definitely recommend Fit Body Boot Camp.

I came to Daphne FBBC with my livingsocial deal in hand. I was ready to begin exercise and weight loss after several years of busy momhood = body neglect. Yes, I was fatigued, out of shape, achy, and was feeling the woman-in-her-40s blues. That was two years ago this month. I still exercise 4-5 times a week, just 30 minutes a day, each week. Why? Because, in two years, there is a different workout everyday at FBBC--and I mean new exercises every day! I work full-time, so I really appreciate the flexible schedule--there are workouts as early as 5:10 am and even some as late as 7:15 pm. The staff is amazingly friendly, personable, and yet always professional. The workouts are challenging enough for the fittest men and women and yet suitable for beginners at any level! I love the variety of exercises (so we don't get bored and improve fat loss) and the family/team atmosphere--we are all trying to live healthy together. Steven has been so great to me. I love his nutrition workshops and the constant improvements on better exercises and better ways to eat healthier. Sheila and Alex are also super upbeat instructors, and I love Amy's encouragement of my progress. Killer Carmen, as we call her, kicks my butt, and I have seen great strides in my life. Although Daphne FBBC is fun for everyone, rewarding, challenging, and stimulating (upbeat music! Laughter from other bootcampers! Interesting exercises!), the #1 reason to go to FBBC is the results. FBBC is a whole body transformation experience. You don't just exercise, and you don't diet--you change your life. I have lost weight, lost 100 points of my bad cholesterol (in the first 6 months at FBBC), lowered my BP by 30 points, and increased my stamina, endurance, balance, agility, and self-esteem. I am more toned, focused at work, sleep better, and am happier at home. My hubby loves the results too. Thank goodness for Daphne FBBC!

I have been a part of the Fit Body family (yes, FAMILY) for over a year now. Not only do I look forward to starting my day off with a great workout, but I thrive on the motivation that ALL of my fellow bootcampers and each of the three trainers give me. I have never enjoyed exercising in a gym. Not only do I often find it intimidating, but I also cannot push myself to my full potential like I am able to do with Carmen's encouraging voice telling me to "push harder, keep going!" or Stephen's "Let's keep this party going!" In other words, I am always held accountable. From workout sessions to my nutrional choices and weight management, I always have a strong and genuinely caring support system at Fit Body in Daphne. If you are looking for more than a gym membership full of scary dumbells and barbells and boring, monotonous cardio machines, THIS is where you want to be. You will have more energy. You will feel better about your reflection. And, you will develop real and lasting health habits AND friendships.

I was working out with another boot camp program and then the class was canceled. So when I saw the Groupon deal for Fit Body Boot Camp, I was very excited and bought the deal. But I was surprised at the results I got in such a short period of time.
When I first contacted Steven about attending the first class, he was very friendly and polite. Steven was so easy to work with and was very welcoming. But not only was he welcoming, so were his other clients - the others in the class. I had quite a few people come up and introduce themselves to me my very first day. I also had other people in the class encourage me when I felt like giving up. And I have to give credit to Steven and Carmen (the other trainer) for making Fit Body Boot Camp a fun and inviting environment for all of their clients.
I can honestly say that I am so much stronger than I have ever been. When I started I could do about 15 modified pushups. Within the first 3 months I was able to do 15 regular (or boy) pushups. I also lost about 4 inches in the first 2 months around my hips, butt, thighs and waist. And although I was looking to loose inches, I was very impressed with how strong I was becoming. And I was impressed with my stamina too.
I have been a part of Fit Body Boot Camp for a year now. I am leaving FBBC not because I want to but because I am moving to Manhattan. I am very upset to be leaving FBBC not only because I will miss the workouts but because I will miss the friendships I have made and Steven and Carmen!
If you are looking for a workout program where the trainers are very knowledgeable about the exercises and nutrition, then FBBC is the place for you. Steven LOVES to research and find new and better ways for his clients to become stronger and healthier while loosing weight and inches. He is an amazing trainer with lots of experience. I would highly recommend Fit Body Boot Camp!

I went to Daphne Fit Body Boot Camp after purchasing a Groupon for a one-month unlimited trial membership for $49. I had just moved to the area, was considering joining the YMCA, but figured for the price, it was worth testing it out. I've never gone to a gym and didn't enjoy working out at home, but I was preparing for a half-marathon and thought it would be a great way to cross train. After just a few days, I was hooked! Every workout was and continues to be challenging - and it never gets boring b/c they constantly change things up with new ideas, new exercises and improved ways of getting the most out of every workout. Steven and Carmen are both EXTREMELY knowledgeable about fitness, nutrition, weightloss and the science of it all. I like knowing that I'm good hands when it comes to my training and nutrition!! They are always available to answer questions, and they foster a "family-like" environment by asking for member input and ideas, as well as holding events like fundraisers and fun family outings.

I like the atmosphere of group training because it holds me accountable to show up and work hard. But at the same time, I'm working at my own pace, while being encouraged and "pushed" when needed, to get the individual results I want. After a month and a half, while I didn't lose weight, I felt stronger, my clothes fit better, and I had muscles that I never knew existed!! Never before did I want to get up and go work out ... EVER!!! Now, after 5 months in I still LOVE it! When I miss a day, I feel guilty...miss my exercise and my boot camp buddies! I tell all of my friends, and anyone else who will listen, about FBBC. The hardest part is walking in the door. Once you're in, it's on like Donkey Kong!!!!

I tried Bootcamp with a Groupon because my son's wedding was coming up and I wanted to lose some of my belly. When I started I could not do a push up or lift a dumb bell! After the 4 week trial I realized how much stronger I was. It surprised me because I only attended 2 times a week. Boy, it was challenging and I would shake my head and wonder, "why am I doing this?" I don't like exercise, never did, but something at FBBC has changed me. Maybe its Steven and Carmen's smiling faces, high fives, the music, fellow 'sweaters' or the very well planned out routines that has encouraged me to continue, but it is a first for me. And when the work out gets hard, I say to myself, I can do anything for 25 seconds! And, guess what? You can too!

I love love love Daphne Fit Body Bootcamp. This has been my most effective workout plan by far.I have lost 12 lbs and about 6 inches. It is way more motivating to workout with a group of people vs going to the gym by yourself. Steven and Carmen are awesome trainers. I have learned so many differents ways to use weights and perform other types of workouts. You can't learn half this stuff at the gym b/c normally you are on your own. I highly recommend anyone try this out. If you don't , you don't know what your missing!! You will not regret it!!
