Excellent gym, excellent selection of new machines. The owner does a great job, also great music selection. This is my favorite Express location, I might have to move closer. Much bigger inside than what it looks like. Good use of space. Thanks for having me

Steven Smith is a very nice guy a good fella in a great gym owner and manager. I love the people here I love the atmosphere the ambience and I just like it because it's a more intimate setting you know and the music is actually quite good. The energy of this place is just awesome

Hey,I want rephrase this because I truly love Express Fitness wholeheartedly and everything about it. I truly love and appreciate the staff and everything about the gym .I've been going here 8 years or longer and wouldn't change a thing.Express Fitness is very convenient for me with my work schedule. I love the weights and equipment. I'm a Powerlifter with 2 1st place trophies and I will continue working out here 4 life because it actually beats all the other gyms around the trI county area.I can't say enough positive things about Express Fitness and the Staff .I honestly refer anybody that ask where I workout at to "EXPRESS FITNESS" because they've helped me and I will continue helping them because I consider Express Fitness like my home because once you become a member at "EXPRESS FITNESS" you'll find it is "AWESOME "

I got a bad vibe about this place when i called.
I called this place recently to inquire about a membership and all the guy told me who answered the phone was its 29.99 a month no contract. I asked him what do i have to do to become a member and he just said just come in sign a few papers and we will get you in the system. I was looking for him to tell me whether or not will I need a credit card.
I was looking for him to tell me about annual fees. I was looking for him to tell me about start up fees. Interest rates,surcharges etc possibly. But all he said was 29.99 a month come in sign a few papers and we will get you in the system. I wanted the guy to tell me all there is to know about memberships considering that prices are not listed anywhere on their website. At least tell me up front rather than have me drive all the way to millbrook from a whole nother city just to be told what the catch is when i get there. And i end up leaving and wasting my time and my gas. Considering the guy who answered the phone tonight (april 25, 2017) wasnt very upfront or open about memberships then most likely I wont be joining this gym.
