Andrea is a great Trainer! Been going to her for I think 3 years now! I feel so much better! I have lost 60 pounds and never felt better! She is one to push you when you need pushing and to show you what you are doing wrong and correct it, for that we love her!! Best of the best!!!

Andrea/ASD Fitness is amazing! Andrea’s knowledge and coaching skill is second to none. She has provided nutritional guidance and fitness coaching for me and I have had incredible results. As a 50+ female, with old athletic injuries and worn out joints, I was hesitant to try working out with a trainer or a group because I didn’t want to be “that person”. No matter the injury/ailment, Andrea ALWAYS will give you a modification so you still get the full benefit of the workout. If you’re looking for personal one-on-one training and/or group work outs, I highly recommend Andrea /ASD Fitness!!

10/10!!! Andrea is a fantastic trainer who completely transformed my fitness approach. I was looking to improve my strength and get more comfortable in the gym, and she provided a personalized plan that made all the difference. She's incredibly knowledgeable, always explaining the 'why' behind each exercise, and her focus on proper form has kept me injury-free!!! She makes workouts challenging without being overwhelming. She will not let you give up!!! (My fav thing ab her)!! I've seen significant progress in my strength and overall confidence, and I genuinely look forward to our sessions. I highly recommend her to anyone, whether they are new to fitness or looking to take their training to the next level!

“If you enjoy being sore in places you didn’t even know existed, having someone actually notice when you ‘accidentally’ skip a rep, and being told you can do more when you’re positive you cannot… then my girl Andrea is your person. Somehow, she makes sweating, groaning, and regretting life choices oddly enjoyable. 10/10 would recommend—mostly because I can’t argue with the results (even though I try every session!) Love her!

Awesome! Best in the business! Andrea and her program will motivate you and push you towards your goals and even beyond! She will have you addicted to the accomplishments you achieve! She is kid friendly so bring the babies, she will have them working out too! So no excuses!!! Definitely contact her with whatever fitness needs you're looking for! Andrea takes a personal interest in YOU, your complete self, not just working out. She looks out for you to avoid injuries, guides your nutritional habits, always is available for questions, and pushes you to be the best version of you. Give her a shot if you are serious. Andrea is a fantastic trainer. She will hold you accountable and actually wants you to show up to sessions and be successful! She is always accommodating to finding alternatives to any member with injuries and offers meal plans specifically tailored to each persons wants and needs. If you are looking to put the work in and get results… ASD is the place to be! I have enjoyed my one on one sessions and the variety of group classes with other members. I have never felt stronger and healthier in my life and it’s because of Andrea!

She is so knowledgeable and helpful. She genuinely cares about you and wants you to succeed, and she teaches you the proper forms so that you dont hurt yourself.. Her facility is spacious and clean and has everything needed to improve your body. You definitely need to talk to her and work out with her. You won't regret it.

Andrea is THE BEST! I have several group fitness certifications myself, however...sometimes trainers need a trainer. I've worked out in several different environments prior to working with Andrea. I can honestly say that I trust Andrea more than anyone else I've ever worked with. She's the real deal. She knows what she's doing, she's super encouraging, and she modifies all movements for every member's specific needs. If you want a great workout, great motivation, no competition, and and all-around great person to train you, GO TO ANDREA. You will not regret it.

In 2017 my husband incouraged me to contact Andrea of ASD Fitness due to health issues caused by my weight gain over the last 10 years. After retaining her services I lost approximately 25 lbs but never truly engaged in the program. Shortly after I quit and not only gained back what I had lost but even more. June of 2018 I was fed up and contacted Andrea again but this time for me, not my husband. It’s been almost 4 months and I’m down 55 lbs. No secret weight loss pill or crazy diet but hard work and determination! Andrea has been my coach, encourger, friend and inspiration in this journey.
