0 stars...lady is very rude. Didn't tell me at first about continual payment drafting. Told me id have to come back to re sign up...I chose not to..realized after my 6 months was up they still were taking money...and had to pay again and wait a whole month to stop overdraft...very unprofessional only 1 star because I cant give 0...I hate leaving bad reviews but jesus..

Terrible customer treatment, me and my bf called and the lady who answered was very rude and unprofessional not to mention the gym equipment isn’t even all that compared to most gyms

This place will make sure to get every cent they can from you. We moved, called to cancel, but the owner refused to release us from payment until we drove up and signed a little slip of paper. Then, we’re informed that an additional month will run.
Outside of the unprofessionalism, the gym itself if adequate for what you’d expect. They make sure you turn treadmills off after use to save money, lights dim, and pretty bare on equipment.

Bad experience. Have been trying to cancel for months since we’ve moved to out of town. Had to drive to the location to physically sign a cancelation notice - could not do any other way. Then 30 day cancelation time frame AFTER signing the document - even though we called well in advance. Unprofessional and a waste of money.
