We had our first class last night, and the girls did and accomplished more in one class than we have the past 2-3 years at other gyms around Huntsville. I highly recommend Galaxy to anyone wanting to learn to tumble!

My daughter was not learning anything. The owner focuses solely on the kids that are excellerated beyond the rest. When I requested to pull my daughter out he became arguementative. Stated that I needed to provide 4 weeks notice in writing. I provided that notice. My daughter went 1 time in December and I was still charged for the whole month. The owner spoke to me so unprofessionally that my husband went up there to have a face to face conversation and drop the withdrawal letter off. He actually called me a bad mother because I was not there while my daughter had her class. I work 2nd shift which is why I was unable to go. I looked at my bank account today and he charged me, took the money, for the month of January. When I called to request a refund because my daughter is no longer going he once again became arguementative. Started talking over me. Which he also did last month. Finally I had enough and told him I was not going to sit here and argue. I just want my money back. He proceeded to say he would refund my money but to never contact him again or have nothing to do with his business. Which is fine. My daughters both went to Matrix for years and I never had a problem. They were always friendly and any issue I had was immediately addressed. They didn’t require 30 days notice either. I made the mistake of enrolling my children at this facility. Never again. I don’t even know how he is still in business. If that’s how he talked to me I can only imagine how he has talked to other people and I surely don’t want my children around someone like that
