Staff is rude. Called to discuss an apparent long-term contract in which I did not sign up for. I wanted month to month pay at due date no auto-pay. I had hip replacement and now they are threatening collection for months. It's a failing business because Planet Fitness moved in. Now a money grab. Honor your commitment and don't screw people, especially older folks. Guess Planet Fitness will get my business if any. Workout at home. Snipers in the biz.

I just moved to this area and have been missing my gym back in GA. I dropped by to try out a Zumba class. The class was ok but the young lady at the front desk acted like I was bothering her because I had a few questions. First impressions are everything and I was really disappointed. I was referred to this gym by my cousin.

It's a good gym. It would be great with more space, but, its all good, if you can figure out the busy parts of the day and just come at a different time, you won't have complaints.

I started going to Zumba classes at Hartselle Fitness, after I had bariatric surgery. ZUMBA®️was a perfect exercise for me, and now I teach ZUMBA Gold®️classes here also. Hartselle Fitness is a wonderful, friendly community. Lots of fun group fitness classes available, I’m sure you’ll find something that you’ll love!

Good variety of equipment and kept clean and organized. Friendly staff. However, they have the worst restroom facilities of any gym I’ve ever had a membership with. There’s usually only one working toilet and there is not a sufficient dressing room. There is no seating out by the “lobby”, only 3 seats used for the tanning booths. Things that most gyms provide are absent here.

This gym absolutely amazing!! I do the late night thing because of my ability not to be able to sleep, and I love it great set up, secure, friendly faces and honestly a great place to go clear your mind.. Daycare available during the day, tanning and some fitness classes to keep you motivated. If you can't spend 30 bucks a month to help your health then stay on your couch and feel bad for yourself.. I will stay here for a long while my kind of place and people. Much love yall, come get some! 😁💪🦵🙏

The owner And staff made me feel welcome and were very helpful. I have a unique situation which I explained to the owner and she was able to work with me and made me feel like I have a home gym far away from home. The gym is clean, the equipment is functional and updated, And Day care is provided which is very helpful. I am glad that I found Hartselle Fitness Center!

Didn't really go in but i had fallen in parking lot and couldn't get up and a lady stopped and went in got to gentlemen and they ran to where i was and they carefully got me up on feet and stayed till I was in caf and wouldn't take any money for helping! They were really nice!

This gym is amazing. I travel from Decatur every day to work out in hartselle, if that doesn't say it all without saying anything I don't know what does. Friendliness and customer satisfaction is what this place is all about. Love the owners, very friendly and helpful all the time. Zumba instructors are the bomb.... Can't bet them if you Try...... I have been coming here for 31/2 years and any complaint I had was taken care of right away. Try it out you will love it and never leave. On top of that the price is fantastic for what you get!!!!!!!!!
