I tried it out for a few months and I did really enjoy it, but I did end up cancelling my membership months later and the GM Chris was super nice about it and it was an easy process. He is genuinely so kind! If you are someone who likes to work out I think this is a great place to go, the workers are very welcoming and the facility is always clean and open 24/7.

I am a 60yr old woman with decades of experience in fitness of all types and at all levels, but my aging joints and progressing arthritis has begun to limit my activities. When I saw this studio offers infrared heat therapy combined with yoga, deep stretching and cardio, I thought I'd give it a try! I went for my free appointment today and much to my surprise I was absolutely thrilled with the classes, equipment, options, and atmosphere!! I felt so much better after just one session! A large part of my positive experience had to do with Chris, the general manager who so patiently and professionally explained every detail to me with no pressure to buy any particular membership at all. There is something for everyone, from a day pass to a monthly membership. I highly recommend this facility and I look forward to beginning my new style of fitness there! Horrible customer service! They charged my account after I had a confirmed cancellation email. I’ve left multiple voicemails, emails, Facebook messages and a direct email to the owner and I can’t get anyone to contact me so they won’t charge me anymore. So once you sign up plan on paying them for the rest of your life.

Awful experience today. My daughter has been wanting to try it and set up appointments online with confirmation. We arrived, and no one was there to let us perform the workout. The woman there said she could not approve us or take money. She was trying to get in touch with the owner but couldn't. We sat there for 15 minutes and left.

Unfortunately I needed to cancel my membership either Hotworx. I was a presale member and the location was no longer convenient for me. I reached out to Cam in Oct ‘23 to cancel. He walked me thru the process and advised me that I would be billed Nov 1 also bc of the 30 days notice required. I had no issue with that. Well I noticed on 2/2 that my card was card on 2/1/24 for the monthly fee. I went back further and discovered I was also billed 12/1 and 1/2/24. I reached out to Cam 2/2 and he said they had a glitch and he would reach out to corporate to have the refund of $147 credited back to my card. I reached out a month later, and he replied he would check in to it. He has never responded. I have tried 3 times since then to message him on FB- to text message and no acknowledgment of my messages. They were great to work with as a member, but buyer beware when you want to cancel. It’s all about the money- I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Absolutely obsessed with this place. Fir many reasons-¹The fact that it is 24 hours speaks for itself!
²you create your own schedule ³you can work out alone or with friends (3 people max per sauna)
⁴the monthly challenges are a great motivator
⁵you get to meet members of the community with every event they host
⁶did I mention you are entered for a chance to win prizes each month (sometimes money, sometimes a free month... you never know what they have to offer)
Do yourself a favor and check it out! You can even get 1 free session. Just go during staffed hours

This place has all these crazy HIDDEN fees! The ad I purchased didn't disclose that after purchasing I would be required to set up a in house orientation... and when doing that... they forget to mention that I am required to agree to a 3 month minimum membership... that I can cancel but have to pay monthly up to 3 months, and also I can't use any of the saunas unless I buy their $85 yoga mat and towel. I don't forsee this place lasting long... being dishonest to your potential customers and forcing them to buy more stuff after they sign up is cheeky. This place is a money grab... nothing else.. they care nothing about you, just about how many upsales they can leak from you. Steer clear of this place. Crossfit is a better option.
