I LOVE this gym!!! I’ve been a member since day 1. I enjoy coming in and sweating while working out. The ladies that work here are fabulous. Laurel, Jessica, & Juliet are so encouraging and knowledgeable.
Last week Juliet went above and beyond. I asked her for some modifications for Yoga & Pilates. She took the time to show me a few moves that will help me.

I LOVE THIS PLACE! I've been coming off and on (you know that thing called life) over a year and I absolutely love it. Staff is professional, friendly and always ready to help and encourage, whether its about sessions, equipment or other products they offer! My favorite thing has always been cycling. I also love saunas. Sooo.... when they brought the best of both and the convenience of it .... I had to try it! One of the best decisions ever! My body is now addicted to this place and I feel soooooo much better. My health has definitely improved! I highly recommend it!

I absolutely LOVE this establishment!! I’ve never felt better about going to a gym and feeling loved and accepted regardless of my physical appearance. This is the cleanest gym I’ve ever been too (including the bathroom/showers). The staff is beyond kind and absolutely willing to help or go out of their way to make sure you have a good experience! If you’re looking for a fun, friendly gym with women who motivate you to feel and look better….look no further!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE> After Tracy left it fell apart completely very quick. I do NOT want to even leave one star out of five.

The new management did not call me back upon my several requests.

When she finally did call back 5/6/2024 she demanded me to listen to her and she ended up hang up on me.

I know she INTENTIONALLY hang up on me since she threatened me that she was going to hang up on me. She probably did not like I said "I do not like your tone of voice" I was NOT going to put up with her bad behavior when I did nothing wrong.

I called the office number more than a few times immediately after that and no one cared to pick up the phone.

I was a loyal memember since September 2023 and I do NOT deserve this treatment.

I am very diseased that no one care anymore.

This is by far the worst customer service I ever received and I do not wish anyone to go through this.
