After 2 years I just received that they have tried to charge my membership once again, this is after already blocking my card and having my bank reimburse me. The greed is unreal. I haven’t stepped foot in the place for over 3 years, never will I give my card information to a place like this again.

Do not join at this location! They are unprofessional and do not respond to your emails or text! They barely answer the phone! I have been trying to cancel my membership since June! $236 dollars later they finally canceled it this month then had the audacity to say it was my fault since I hadn’t “followed up” which is absurd since I had sent 3 emails and numerous text! The owner doesn’t even have the professionalism to speak to me. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place! With the way they do business they won’t be around for long..

I joined a month ago and I have been almost everyday! The workouts and how great I feel afterwards is so addicting! I love the quick effective workouts and how I can customize my workout each day on the app! It’s so convenient! The staff and members are always so friendly and helpful! It’s a personal experience but with a private gym feel! I am so glad I made the decision to join!

I’ve been a member of HW since it opened in Trussville. I stopped going for a while. It now has new owners who have done an amazing job with the place! The new owners are some of the kindest people you will ever meet.
I walked in and it smelled very clean, the floors were clean, saunas were spotless, small towels clean and available, and the ladies working were kind and helpful!
Highly recommend!
Definitely a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ place I would give more stars if I could!

They have a horrible cancellation policy. It’s definitely in their favor and not yours. You have to physically walk in to cancel your membership which is extremely inconvenient. The value does not match the price $ tag. I am not a fan and do not recommend.

Rude and unprofessional. Not clear on cancellation policies, even when I called to cancel. Suggested freezing but wasn’t clear on that time period. When I realized I had been fully charged for three months and I wasn’t even using it, I called them to make them aware and make sure I would be cancelled moving forward. Did not want the money back I just didn’t want any more drafts. I was told that I should have read the agreement more clearly. I’m in real estate and we build houses and I make our policies clear to our customers instead of telling them they have to read more clearly. Again don’t want my money back just didn’t want any more drafts. Extremely rude on the phone, extremely rude when I stopped by to sign the cancellation but that manager was extremely rude to the employees when we first started so that should’ve been a red flag. Just no point in being rude.

I love the fact that you work out in private- this works so well for myself and my 15 year old daughter. I also love the independence with the booking through the app.
