I enjoy going to HotWorx... I can go on my own time, the virtual workouts are easy to follow, showing modifications to make the workouts more or less challenging.
The separate workout area is great for exercises outside the sauna with weights, benches, exercise balls, etc.
This facility is generally clean however, for a quiet workout, the best time to go is very early in the morning or late at night.
This location is usually clean and quiet (depending on the time of day) and the staff is friendly.
I would recommend HotWorx to anyone looking to burn calories on their own time.

I eat there often The food has always been great. Customer service is always great and today I decided to go there for lunch and while I was there, I was picking my mom a plate up to take her because she hasn’t been feeling good and she asked for some the day while I was getting in my car, I went to separate the food so I could drop some off to her and when I grab my plate out of the bag all my food dumped out so I went back in there to buy another plate and the lady noticed I had just left and asked me if I forgot to buy someone a plate and I told her no I drop my food and she gave me a plate for free I just thought that was nice of her. Most people would not do that I highly recommend them.

I am very glad that I found this place. I am only about two weeks in going but when I went for my first visit, I was greeted and given a tour. I was fully explained the billing process and felt genuinely encouraged rather than judged. My questions were answered with patience and I left feeling like I made a valid investment in myself rather than having buyer's remorse. I typically go in the morning and am in and out. I love the 24 hour option and the coded entry is very reassuring. I am hopeful and excited about my membership.

When I first started it was a bit rocky, but I stuck it out I’m happy I did they are under new owner ship and things have been beyond amazing. The flexibility is everything & they even have emergency necklaces you can wear so you feel very safe

So from the very first day that I called HOTWORX in Tuscaloosa, Alabama I felt like this would be my new go to spot. Michael was so helpful, so knowledgeable and so professional I had to go see what this place was about. I got lost on my way there I called Michael he helped me get there on the phone I sat and talked to him and told him my needs and wants and expectation of what I wanted out of good work out and I had no idea I would be hooked. So I bragged so much to my daughter and my friends that one by one there coming to HOTWORX it’s all because of my experience with Michael he is so super nice and bubbly every time I talk to him or go to the HOTWORX center keep up the good work Michael.

If you love the sauna and working out go here. Located on the strip so super easy access for students! Variety of workouts and free weight area is like a mini gym with other equipment to do other things. ISO HAD MY LEGS SHAKING LEAVING THIS PLACE!
