Hotworx has honestly been such a big part of my weight-loss journey. The infrared workouts push me in the best way, and I always walk out feeling lighter, calmer, and more motivated. It’s helped me stay consistent, and I can really feel the difference in my body and energy.

I also want to shout out Danica. She has such a happy, genuine spirit and she really made me feel taken care of. You don’t meet many owners who go out of their way the way she does, and I truly appreciate her.

If you’re looking for a place that actually supports your goals and makes you feel good while doing it, Hotworx is definitely worth it.

What an amazing studio! My home studio’s in Florida, but after visiting over 12 studios in the last 4 years that I’ve been part of the HOTWORX fam, I can truly say this team is amazing. The owner Danica is one of the Virtual Instructors, so she has the perfect pulse for what members are looking for and need to get their best results with a community who all wants to level up together. She always shares our posts, reaches out with words of encouragement and kudos, and even came to visit our studio while she was in town. Even with over 800 studios worldwide and one of her own, she really makes everyone feel seen & special. The GM Emily is a sweetheart and such a cheerleader too!! So thankful for my experiences with them and to be part of a HOTWORX fam even states apart. Thanks, team!

A great venue; spacious, comfy seats on cycles, towels, cleanliness, place to hang clothes in shower room, welcoming staff. I’ve been a member in another city for some time and dropped in at 5 others in TX, AL, TN - this is the best set up.

I was back in the area two months later and can attest that they run a ‘no fail’ operation. Friendly, organized, clean, good lighting, well stocked with cleaning supplies, paper and bath towels!

I have been working out at Hotworx for over a year and a half. This is the longest I have EVER stuck with a gym/workout program. I go several times a week and have been very pleased with the results to my muscle tone and overall health. The ladies that work at Hotworx are so sweet and kind, they always have a smile on their face and a “hello” for me! I also like the fitness challenges they offer every few months because it really motivates me to “up” my workout routine.
*update..it’s July 2024 and I’m STILL at Hotworx on an almost daily basis! Love it!!

I have been a member of this location for two years and LOVE it! It is clean, the staff is amazing, and the variety of different workouts is what makes it so great as well! There is something for everyone and you can change up your workouts. Plus they have a workout area to do strength training. I know it advertises you share a room with two other people, but in the two years I have been doing it, I have always had a room to myself, so don't let that stop you from joining! It's awesome and I can't say enough great things about the Hotworx in Vestavia! They ROCK!

First off I give five stars to Hotworx as a business. I am a very indecisive person but upon taking a tour at my home Hotworx facility I signed on the dotted line that day and haven't looked back or regretted my decision. It's probably the only decision I've made in life on the spot : /

Hotworx Vestavia is probably the biggest Hotworx in the greater Birmingham area. It is very clean which is important when working out and dripping sweat! The staff is friendly and encouraging. I started visiting Vestavia just in time for a March Madness Challenge. At the time of day I am there I see the staff vacuuming the pods as well as wiping the controls for the sauna. It's actually my favorite place to be right now!

Sometimes after a good workout I will just sit and meditate in a sauna if I see no one has booked after me because there is an app for that!!

The supplements like clean energy actually work. If I didn't get a chance to grab oatmeal, I drink a clean energy and feel it working within ten minutes.

I am so happy they have the row machine it's one of my favorite pieces of equipment. I love that it is a 24-hour facility, you can book online up to two days in advance and you can see if anybody is scheduled in the sauna pod with you. So if you want to be alone you can always remove yourself from the pod or place yourself in one that shows empty. The sauna workouts really detoxifies you, meaning you expel waste/toxins more often than you would in many capacities.😳 If you can't tell I'm a fan favorite of Hotworx Vestavia. BTW it takes me 30 minutes to get there so I must love it. My home location was only 7 minutes until I moved to another area and upgraded to be able to sweat everywhere. Once you join, you'll understand

Nice atmosphere, clean facility with all new structures. The idea of hot yoga Pilates or hot workouts in a sauna in general is new and unique and downright innovative to me. The offer of a free workout is also impressive to decide whether hot workouts were for you.

Wow. The people at this fine establishment have greatly impacted my life. Two workers in particular stand out to me. Kendall & Madi. Every time I walk in the door they give me a hug. They motivate me to be my best self & sometimes I just go to hotworx to talk to them. They have become my family. My girls. Everyone needs to try hotworx! I’ve lost 50 lbs since January and am about to run my first marathon. I love my hotworx family.

Bad reception me and 2 of my friends called for cancellation end of July. They told us we cannot cancel our membership over the phone.we went to the hotworx place and signed a paper for cancellation.we followed their rules 60 days and now the 60days are over. They still deducted to our card another month payment.it so disappointing! We called and called to many excuses.all we want is for them to refund our money because we have no time to use their facility anymore and they want us one more month?we already told we got no time to go because of our busy schedules.

The staff at this particular HotWorx made all the difference... it’s kept me motivated to continue returning. The workouts are short (45 minutes) but super efficient. I burn anywhere from 500-600 calories (including the after burn). The sauna is a dry heat so it’s not difficult to breathe in. It really helps get your muscles warmed up so you can stretch them. The heat also helps get your body into a cardio/fat burn zone a lot quicker. Would HIGHLY recommend this workout and specifically this particular studio.
