ISI® is a 50-minute, low-impact, high-intensity, strength-based workout. Each workout is designed and led by a certified coach giving you one-on-one attention within a team setting. We focus on simple, but dynamic movements that will help you burn fat, build muscle and gain both confidence and strength. Through functional movements, every ISI® workout is designed to target different muscle groups, deliver measurable results, and help you Train For Life®.

Love being a part of the ISI community!
I’ve been part of this gym for a while now, and I can honestly say its a great environment. The atmosphere is welcoming and motivating, making it easy to stay committed to my fitness goals.
Steven, Katie , Emily B and Emily C are not only knowledgeable and supportive but also genuinely care about helping each member succeed.

Fantastic new gym in the heart of Hoover. Steven and Katie have brought an incredible experience to this area and have built a fantastic gym along with the best team. If you want a great workout, location, vibe, music, people and community - look no further and come join all of us for a session. You may be sore afterwards but you’ll be back for more!
