My experience with k.a.k. fitness has been remarkably great. The manager there is so understanding and so helpful. She reassured me after years of being scared to even work out at the place, that it was a better place and that she did not put up with any bullying or anything that I had previously went thru. My words to her was I'm seriously so scared to work out bc of ........ And right then she just reassured me and has been the biggest cheerleader for me!!! Shout out to Ms Krista! Love this gym!!

For a small town gym this place place has everything you need to get your sweat on. The management keeps the place clean and the prices are very competitive. Some of the equipment is dated but it serves its purpose.

This place is great and has everything someone would need to get in shape. I've been with this gym for about 9 months and have lost ~50 lbs with the good equipment and with the moral support of some of the regulars.
