Love this gym. Hardly ever crowded and the owner is really nice. Maybe not the nicest equipment, but it's more than enough for what I need. I've tried almost every gym in Huntsville and this one is my favorite.

Finally, a gym where nobody is making tons of media content, camping out on machines on their phones, or being rude for no reason. I love going here, and the staff does a great job of making sure this place is spotless. Really great price for me and my husband to come here for 24/7/365 access.

I love this gym. I left for a year to join a globo gym type facility, but came back as soon as possible. It’s a comfortable environment, with great, friendly staff. It’s truly a wonderful place for all types of people, at all fitness levels. I’m so happy to be back!

Benders is a great place to lift. Had the membership for over a year including my son. He used it almost daily. I was impressed with the layout and equipment was well maintained. Small enough to not have huge crowds and most gear ready to go when you needed it. A bit pricey for two but worth it. I just recently cancelled as my job now has a gym and it's free... But I would still be there otherwise.

My experience is that your keycard, allowing you 24/7 access, consistently drops your credentials, denying you entry. It makes for wasted trips and time. You will need to have them reapplied during staffed hours and then hope it keeps. This might be the reason no one is there when not staffed.

Clean gym and not packed like many others early in the morning. Their locker rooms only have two showers, but I’ll take it, considering I’m only going here because my regular gym closed their showers at the start of COVID restrictions and has yet to open them.

If anyone is looking for a new gym - This is a great place! Clean. Great staff. And the members there are nice and considerate. The owner is very understanding when it comes to any issues regarding your contract. For an example, I expect to have surgery in the next few weeks, I reached out to the owner and he gladly froze my account until I am fully rehabilitated. I couldn't say enough about this gym and how awesome it is! It offers training and supplements, and any questions you have about the equipment is quickly answered by one of the employees on schedule. It is not for the Planet Fitness BooHoos! So, get in there and throw some weight around!

There is rules posted on the wall in the gym about clothing being on, but yet there is a guy that is constantly working out without his shirt on and the owner says nothing to him about it.

facility is great , but the way they handle things ( which they dont ) is horrible. I have never had to deal with anything like this especially for a "gym" ..The people they go through for automatic payments HORRIBLE and LIARS. 5 months and i promise you its been a problem each month because of different things being said and turning into something different later. The last issue i was so angry i wanted to cry because no one listens and fake like they will take care of everything for you and dont.

Cindy (on the front desk) always keeps the gym at a temp that is older people can tolerate. She also changes the music when she comes in to accommodate those of us who don't enjoy today's style. Very friendly sweet person. And Whitney keeps everything so clean, no matter what the overnight crew did. Great morning crew!!

I used to be a member at powerhouse but that place was too crowded and I had to cut across three lanes getting off the highway to hope I got there without sideswiping someone.This is by far the cleanest gym I've ever been to. The staff is very nice and down to earth. They also have a pretty awesome selection of supplements and a place to go tan. It's a one stop shop!
