Google hours and pool website say it is open. We showed up with our kids and it is closed. We are visiting this area and it is crazy to me how many times we’ve shown up to places and this has happened. Please just update your website or answer the phone when people call during business hours.

The pool was absolutely disgusting. Cloudy, dirty water, lifeguards taking over 30 min breaks, just to come back and play in the water themselves the whole time instead of doing their job. Do better!

My galpal and I had a blast hanging out at the pool while I was in town visiting. The weather in Alabama is no joke, especially during the summer, but hey, it's all part of the fun, right? Although I didn't quite muster up the courage to go down the slide myself (let's leave that to the kids!), it was so nostalgic to be back at the pool, just like we used to when we were younger. Such a great time!

We had a great time! As a mother I am so thankful for the safety breaks! My kids wouldn’t get out of the water to go potty and re apply sunscreen otherwise! ALL questions can be answered on their website as the rec office is open Monday-Friday 8-5! Great lifeguards and tasty hamburgers for lunch! Thank you aquatic staff for providing us a wonderful pool experience!

2024 Update! We Are So Excited For May 25th To Arrive! Pool Hours Are The Same Wednesday-Monday 12 PM-6 PM EST Tuesday They Do Maintenance. $3 CASH For Swimmers And NonSwimmers. Must Be 48 Inches/4 Feet Tall To Use The Slide. Pool Looks Amazing And Not Green Like Columbus Double Churches Pool! My Grandchildren Are Elated To Come Back Again.

2023: I Came Here To Take My Grandchildren Swimming. The Pools In Columbus Are Either Closed Down Or Barely Functioning. This Was An Excellent Pool! The Water Felt Amazing And My Grandchildren Had A Blast. I Asked About The Wait With The Chemicals And It Was Explained That They Were Waiting On A Delivery And You Can’t Get Into The Pool For A Certain Amount Of Time Depending On How Much Was Needed To Be Put In. I Would Rather Wait To Get In Than Have Chemical Burns! The Capacity Is Based On A Lifeguard Patron Ratio- If They Are At Capacity Then You Can’t Get In Because There Aren’t Enough Lifeguards To Safely Guard Anymore Patrons! It Wasn’t A Long Wait Until We Could Get In. I Appreciate Them Keeping My Family And Others Safe From Potential Drownings With This Rule! Overall We Had A Great Time! Do Note That It Is Cash Only!

This is my first experience with this location. We recently moved to the area. My kids and I got to the pool today and was turned around because they don't take anything but cash. Went to the gas station up the street. Came back to find that the pool is "at capacity" although the worker said nothing about that before I left to get money. Finally made it in and we went down the slide once before the pool closed to add chlorine. It's now 5:06 and we are still sitting here looking at the pool we only touched for a few seconds. This is pitiful and nobody cares that we paid to slide once. I won't be back!!!

Very poor quality and unprofessional staff. Procedures seem to be an “at will” or based on personal preference. Pool isn’t very big and the overall area seems a bit run down. Definitely a waste of time and money for this location.

We really enjoyed this place with our son. Things to do for kids of all ages. Water depths from ankle deep to 8 ft. Big fun water slide and a snack concession stand. $3 per person for as long as you wanna stay. If they close because of weather, even if you haven't been there long...no refunds. If you walk out you have to pay again to come back in. Only downfall. Clean bathrooms with lockers to store your purse, clothes,shoes etc. Nice place to take the family

Nice and relaxing place for the whole family and plenty of fun for the kids. Plenty of chairs and tables for everyone to have their own spot. You can bring your own snack and drinks and they also have a concession stand. We can't wait to go back next summer! My only complaint was the bathrooms were not clean or sanitary at all 😕

The pool itself was very clean and nice! Fun to play with my children and husband.. The capacity seems to be questionable, varying from one day to another- with 3 lifeguards on duty but only 75 person capacity written on a chalkboard sign, with the official sign stating 150 capacity. We got there 20 minutes early and they were only letting 30 people in because they had 2 party's booked. We were fortunate to be in the first 30, but felt bad seeing a line waiting for people to leave so they could get in.

We haven't been this year so decided to go today. They have posted they open at 12:00. They didn't open until 12:30. There were lifeguards walking around and never offered an explanation. Then they took a 10 minute break at 12:50. I know they do this hourly but they had only had people in the pool for 15 minutes. Ridiculous! I wonder if there is a person in charge??
I know I could have left but I didn't want to disappoint 5 kids excited to swim. I just wish there had been an explanation of what was going on or when they were going to open.

I understand the no reentry policy to an extent. It is in place to keep the kids safe, however, as a responsible adult, who follows the rules, I feel they either need to allow smokers to go out away from the kids without paying another fee OR mark off the section behind the slide where NOBODY GOES as a designated smoking area. This is an open air pool. It should be perfectly ok to have a designated smoking area or allow us to go out and back in. Approval can be made by the management on a case by case basis.

If it doesn't change I'll have to start taking the kids somewhere elaw.

We had a great time here. The water was a little cold, so I don't think it's a heated pool. The kids area was lots of fun and totally entertained our toddlers. The bathrooms were a little small and had no stalls for changing clothes, so come with your suit on. They don't have a credit card machine so be sure to bring cash
