Incredible Pilates studio—highkey the highlight of my week. Becky offers mat and reformer classes that are like semi-private sessions. The instruction keeps you energized and motivated (love the mix of contemporary/classical, tower/mat, cardio on reformer), and the owner is so fun to be around!
Currently getting my finances in order before I purchase a membership. Using my Pilates chair at home is simply not the same

I love Pilates on the Plains! Becky is an amazing teacher! She is extremely knowledgeable and is able to make personalized adjustments and suggestions for any body type, skill level, or injury. The small class sizes for the equipment classes ensures individual attention and adjustments. I would highly recommend this studio for anyone from beginners to advanced practitioners of Pilates.

I have practiced Pilates at several studios and Pilates on The Plains has been my absolute favorite. I have been there for over 6 months now and from the very beginning Becky was very knowledgeable and helpful. Every workout is different and challenging. My core is SO much stronger and I can do certain moves now that I wasn’t strong enough to do in the beginning. I have worked out at other fitness centers for years and there’s a huge difference in being strong and “Pilates strong”. So thankful to have the best Pilates studio here in auburn!

I have been with Becky for 3 months. She is absolutely an amazing teacher who has inspired and encouraged me in class. I did Pilates with several teachers, but she is the best teacher I've ever met. Her class is a lot of fun, and she is truly a knowledgeable instructor in anatomy and every single movement.

Becky is the first Pilates instructor I've ever met. Thanks to her lessons, I've been able to practice Pilates regularly and achieve a healthy body and mind. Even though my English is not perfect, she demonstrates the movements and explain everything clearly and in detail, making it easy for me to follw.

Becky is absolutely AMAZING!!! I have been with her for a few years now and she has worked one-on-one with me to help me reach my goals. Exercise for someone with a chronic health issue can be hard but Becky is extremely knowledgeable about different medical challenges and helped me make realistic goals for myself and the healthy lifestyle choices I am seeking. She even got me in great shape for my youngest daughter's wedding. I encourage everyone to check our Pilates on The Plains for a personalized Pilates experience.

Becky was fantastic! I stayed in Auburn last summer and went to Pilates on the Plains as a way to last-minute prep for my wedding - my dress suddenly didn't fit less than 6 months before the big day! Becky helped me not only loose the sudden weight gain but also tone my back, gain a lot more upper body strength, and talked to me through really great ways to prevent such a sudden weight gain again after my wedding. Still following her advice to this day over 2800 miles away!

I’ve been to many Pilates studios and this one is by far my favorite. Becky is an instructor who puts immense care into guiding her clients through proper movements, while instructing them on how not to compromise their form. She’d prefer her clients to modify their movements rather than do a set that could hurt themselves, which is rare to find in other studios. If you’re looking to begin your Pilates journey or even continue it, Pilates on the Plains is the best location to start!

As one of her (much) older students, Becky is encouraging while also challenging me to become stronger and more flexible and balanced. Class sizes are small enough so that instruction is personalized for each student - addressing any physical limitations that we've picked up on life's journey. The environment is peaceful. No loud music and yelling so its easy to hear her directions, corrections, and encouragement.

Group, semi-private and privates lessons are offered and a variety of times are available each day. Becky gives sharp cues to ensure you're practicing Pilates safely and correctly. I absolutely LOVE Pilates on the Plains!! I always get a fantastic workout, and Becky is an amazing instructor. She is incredibly kind and informative, and she takes the time to make sure that we are getting the most out of each exercise that we do. My core is so much stronger since I started with Pilates on the Plains. Not only do I get a great workout each session, we always have fun doing it. If I could give Pilates on the Plains ten stars, I would!!

I’ve been taking Becky’s classes for well over 10 years. Last year I had a hip replacement and after graduating from Physical Therapy I couldn’t wait to get back to Pilates. I’ve gained so much more balance and strength in my core and all over my body. I’m 62 but I’m able to do so much more now than I could a year ago.
Becky pushes me to work hard and I have definitely seen the results.

Excellent place to work out, sculpt, gain strength, and just have fun. Becky is an amazing teacher, even for the most uncoordinated of clients (such as myself). I started taking classes initially at Pilates on the Plains because my hips/back were hurting all the time. Sitting at a desk for 8 hours was taking a toll on my body.
Becky first started me in some private lessons in order to learn the lingo and exercises. I now take 3 classes a week and absolutely love it! My pain has subsided and I truly enjoy the classes. Her commitment to providing a safe environment during COVID has been second to none.
