Planet Fitness just isn’t what they used to be. Professional, friendly and clean. I use the membership for both gym and tan and the worst part of it is that the tanning booths / beds are just dirty and pitiful to look at. They don’t take the time to make it look good or even clean for that matter. I understand that it’s up to the customer to clean, but come on, that hardly happens and you can see it. The stand up beds, the flooring, is disgusting with built up grime, hair and dirt. I come in daily and pretty much use the same two stand ups and the same dirt, hair etc still there. It doesn’t take much to keep it clean. If the employees were more keen on planet fitness priorities instead of their personal phones, might be a different outcome. I always wish the best for companies and hoping that this reaches corporate in order to start fresh and become what it used to be because all these videos surfacing about planet fitness is not going well for you all.

Just cancelled my membership! Been with you since opening and sad to say good bye but your hours on the wkn don’t make sense! Why not be open 24 on the wkend and shorten the hours during the week. Most people are off on the wkn and would like to come in earlier than 7. I could have my workout in by 6:00/6:30 and my day started but at 7, it puts me back to 9/10 The few hours really matters because I could come in much earlier.

I really don't like that I signed up years ago due to the gym was a 24 hr gym and the early hours wish better for me but now it's not a constant 24 hr gym. That is the only downfall I like early morning staff they are very friendly.

I like that there are many machines to utilize in order to target different areas of the body. It is easy to develop my own routines. I can always get to use a machine of my choice. Even at the busier times of day, if the machine I want at first is occupied, I can find a different one to use and get back to it later. I also like that the machines are wiped down regularly by the staff. There are many sanitizer stations around the gym so that patrons can wipe down machines after use. I have seen the staff regularly go around to each of these stations to ensure that there is an ample supply of sanitizer and paper towels. I have seen the floors regularly vacuumed. This location is very clean. The machines are well maintained.

There are always friendly smiles when I enter. The facility is kept clean. Machines are rarely out of order. I can always get my workout done, even when it is a busy time of the day or week. There is always someone to help give assistance with any machine I am not familiar with. This is the best gym in town!

The place may be great and the staff good for the most part. I got a member ship there and when I went in the first time they told me I couldn't go in because there was a issue with my payment. I stood there with the worker at the desk and went over my account info and everything was right but the worker said it was showing something was wrong when the info was right. He said that he would have the manager call me the next day. Never got a call. So I said to h::: with it. They could do as they say. I'm a service manager myself and I felt like they didn't want to help me. Then I started getting emails that something was wrong with my payment. I called the number and talk to a lady. I told her to cancel my member ship because I haven't been because they wouldn't let me in because of the payment. I told her all the info I give was right and that I told the worker there the same thing. I told the lady on the phone which is at the main office to cancel the member ship because I'm not going and I'm not paying for something I can't use. Well I find out today that Planet fitness in Enterprise Alabama has been charging $40 and some change to my credit card for over a year now and my member ship was supposed to be canceled and I have never used the gym while under this member ship. So it looks like they just got some free money. I'll know more when I get off work and head over there. Good gym bad business dealings. Watch you money if they have access to it.

Will yall never repair equipment? 3 to 4 leg machines in a row out of order. First squat rack been torn up for months. Not smooth rough resistence no sign on it.. Also bicep curl machine out of order. You only have 2 each leg machines. When one tears up it takes longer to wait and wait till free because no time limit on using machines so when busy forget it. If you can't fix ever thought about replacing??? Btw bringing it up to the mgr has no effect. They say they don't have a maintenance man and you say you do but are busy. How do members know what to believe? Meanwhile machines are getting out of order signs left and right.

Great staff, clean gym, clean restroom and showers. The only drawback is machines break down and stay that way for a long time. Some of the grips on some machines are working themselves off of the handles, making for an awkward grip. The water fountain has been broken for a while so make sure to bring plenty of water for your workout.

I love working out at the Enterprise Planet Fitness. The staff is extremely nice, everything in the facility is in working order. The facility is extremely clean every time I've been there at all different times throughout the day and weekends. You can't beat the price for everything they offer. Overall, the Enterprise Planet Fitness is an excellent place to workout.

Was not alerted about me paying “late”, even if it is an automatic payment that comes out the same time every month. So tell me why now I have $40 in late fees I wasn’t alerted to? I cancelled my membership and was promised a refund on September 24th. It is now October 7th, “3-5 business days” is what I was told. What is going on? I work and cannot keep coming in to figure out what is going on!

Yesterday I came out the gym to see an employee yelling at someone on their phone, to the paying for 24-7 gym service, that’s not open 24-7. Not to mention the police coming up there for a different employee issue on a different day. Let’s not mention machines being broke for months at the time. This is clearly a management issue. If you can’t keep a staff on hand to keep doors open, then figure out where planet fitness problem is. A lot of paying customers are not getting what they pay for. Very upset with the planet fitness not being 24hrs anymore in enterprise al, was the whole point of me going to planet fitness because I can go anytime I want . It's going against the advertising of planet fitness being 24 hrs. If it's not going to be 24hrs then stop calling it planet fitness. I been going for years , if it's not going to be 24hrs then I will be looking for a different gym . Even if your a franchise store , you still carry the planet fitness logo and advertising 24 hrs , I been a member of planet fitness for around 12 years now , being prior military and moving around I kept my planet fitness membership, cause no matter where I went in the states as long as there was a planet fitness around I could work out anywhere any time . Your gym and any other franchise ones that change their hours from not being 24hrs are destroying the best things about planet fitness and the planet fitness organization needs to put a stop to this mess . Also there is no way that gym can't afford to employ people to work and maintain that gym 24 hrs with the amount of people who pay to go there , that place is always packed during the day . I will be transferring my account to the Dothan planet fitness .

For how busy it is and being next to a military base they don't have much equipment. Also not 24/7 like most Plants. Very disappointed with the hours. Friday only open till 9pm. And Saturday/Sunday only 7am-7pm...

Joined a 24 hour club so I could workout any time I wanted, especially on the weekends. This is important for me as a night shift worker. Now this club is going to 7am-7pm on the weekends, and is now effectively closed for me two days a week.

I went there just to see the place before joining. They do not have comident staff. As a senior citizen I did not qualify for the Silver Sneakers program. Because I only have Medicare A & B. Need to have plan C. And my other insurance was not in their plan. No one showed me any machine or talked to me about any plan. Many people working out with only 2 staff personnel to monitor them working out. Major liability problem. Should be a negative star.

The gym has been more than enough and continues to improve equipment. It is perfect for any lifter, the owner has brought a great fitting gym, with a firm foundation to enterprise and you can see the improvements made as time goes on. He has been more than understanding for me as a member for 2 years at the Enterprise location, I’ve seen 2-3 gyms come through this spot and he is changing it for the better, great ownership and leadership in staff.

Planet Fitness in Troy, AL has some of the best Employee's you could ever meet, but my only complaint is once again the cleanliness of the tanning rooms. People using the beds need to learn to clean behind themselves, but also the beds are in desperate need of being broken down and cleaned between the bulbs and glass, on the outside of the bed, plus behind the beds. I'm also referring to the stand up beds. Not forgetting to mention the air ventilation needs to be fixed. When you go behind someone who just got out of a bed, it's difficult to stay in the room for any length of time because there is no airflow. I also wonder if the bulbs have ever been changed out...??? I hope someone adheres to this and tries to fix these issues. It would be much appreciated.

Although this location is nicer and has better equipment, they still get a low rating because of customer service. One night at this PF location I was going to tan and realized I forgot my earbuds so I bought a $10 pair of wired earbuds, with your normal AUX Plug on them. The only problem is that when I got into the room to tan, I realized that my new phone didn't have an aux plug on it. Only the type C port, making it impossible to use those earbuds without an adapter. Which I didn't have. So I put them back in the box and finished tanning. When I came back out and tried to return them, I was met with accusations of trying to return a product after using it. Needless to say, I took them to my regular location and explained and they gladly returned them so it is what it is.

The staff, especially Hamilton and Katrina are absolutely awesome. However, I decided to switch gyms recently due to the insanely rude crowd that goes to this particular location. “Judgement free zone” my🍑. I’ve only been going to the gym since June and had someone tell me that I needed my own personal trainer. I was also told by another member before I cancelled my membership that I absolutely could not get on a machine that they weren’t even using at the time. Like they owned the place!!! Again, this review has nothing to do with the awesome sweet staff, just beware of the vile, entitled crowd that comes through the doors.

On the positive side, the place is always very clean. On the negative side, most all of the headphone jacks on the treadmills barely work, quite a few don't work at all. I don't remember the last time one of the treadmills had a heart rate monitor that worked. Looks like every treadmill needs a "refresh"
