It's a super nice place it's clean all the weights and that that you can want to use to strengthen the parts of you that need it the people are friendly is all get out I couldn't ask for a better place or business to have dealings with I think everybody for creating planet fitness I used to belong to it up in Elkhart Indiana and Kalamazoo Michigan and I loved it up there and then I didn't go for 4 years and just recently got my membership back again so come and join people enjoy yourself work on parts that you need new working on

I’m a member of the AL ARMY National Guard And I’ve been coming since June the STAFF is very friendly. They always greet you when you come in and when you come out, I like to be left alone when I work out and I am left alone. I’ve met some great people very encouraging and the Employees are always helpful I asked how much the Smith machine bar weighed and the nice girl working there showed me I have recommended it to my friends. I used to have a black card, but I downgraded because I only come to this one five stars.

Does any of your attendants check on them tanning beds. The one I was assigned looked as if no one ever cleaned it before or after use, there was black dust particles all over it. And it smelled of swamp booty. 1 star does not do this justice in my review. And yes I am totally aware of me cleaning it myself before and after use. But am not cleaning something that nasty. Also checked the other beds and they were the same. You have 4 people working the desk and not one person could check them to be clean starting a new day. This was at 7:44am on a Saturday morning

Kennedy is the BEST! She greets me by name every evening when I walk in! There's always tanning area available and all equipment is clean and ready to go! I'm still trying to get into a routine but I highly recommend this location.** Update** I met a few more of the staff and want to shout out for Hallie, Tiffany and Hannah! They are so SWEET and helpful! They took my request for the tanning area fixes (one needs a couple new bulbs) with a smile on their faces! I very much enjoy how happy everyone seems there! Makes the hard work of a gym routine a little easier when you get a smile coming in AND out!

Do not give them your account and routing number to auto debit your account. I closed my account with them and had to dispute 6 charges with them over 3 months and ultimately had to close my bank account and open a new one to get them to stop. Do yourself a favor and don’t open an account with these scam artists.

The guy working the front desk…. Middle aged with a northern accent.. Chicago area.. is excellent with people skills and customer service. He’s not intimidating or swolled up to the point it outweighs his personality like so many others.
He was hospitable, kind, and just a really cool guy to be greeted by at the front desk, when needing help, or walking out the door etc..

Been going to this location for bout three weeks wanted to see if any difference 🤔 the only difference is the Manager is very nice approachable and hardworking i respect him for that! planet fitness is trying to keep as many members as possible i am convinced of that , Mature folks go n the am and talks Loudly in Groups constantly ( never wiping the machines after use ) very annoying also u have people on cellphones / Bluetooth having full conversations taking pics and videos 📹 also my opinion most of the annoying people are not there to work on there health or body but to have social time and to gather then the evening after i gave this gym a 5 star only because of the Manager and his employees this location is a older building most of the equipment is older i jus wish i could enjoy my workouts n peace with other people who came to the gym to actually workout geesh when i find a private gym or get a house im gonna workout at home cause Some people in the public are Careless and disrespectful to other in a public setting most dont care or not aware. My anxiety levels erupt when i get to planet fitness and i have tried three locations so its the rules not being inforced im sure of this full grown adults can't even follow simple rules grow up

I have been going to planet fitness for months now and every time I go my husband reads to our kids or they watch movies in the waiting area. They have NEVER acted up or been loud, you wouldn't even know they were there. We both got memberships even though he knowingly was going to sit with the kids, and they were never left unsupervised. I asked if it was okay and we were always told it was until yesterday when they told us only kids 13 and up could be in the building. I asked to cancel my membership and we left. Im not mad about the rule I'm just disappointed because before I signed the contract we asked and clarified with them that it was okay to have the kids in the waiting area and they agreed. Also it doesn't say anywhere in their rules that kids aren't allowed in the building, it just says they aren't allowed on the equipment under age 13.

Also again I have to state I'm not mad about the rule, I'm disappointed I was misinformed and bought a membership after we had gotten into a good routine.

THIS WAS ONE OF THE DIRTIEST PLANET FITNESS GYMS I EVER HAD THE DISPRIVELAGE OF VISITING. THE BATHROOMS SMELLED LIKE PISS AND POOP..ONE OF THE STALLS DIDNT EVEN HAVE A TOILET PAPER DISPENSER, I GUESS PEOPLE WERE SUPPOSED TO USE THEIR HAND TO WIPE THEMSELVES. SHOWERS WERE JUST HORRID. « Judgments free zone »

I’ve been traveling a lot with my partner, we are working out and sometimes we are far from home so we only take a shower before a lunch or a night out. That being said, at this planet fitness (it’s the first time that it happens) the two guys who were there the january 3rd 2024 at 19h ~ laughed at us, not even quietly, the girl who was there (she was super sweet) she said: « Have a good one » and both of the guys just laughed and chuckled while i was stepping outside the door with my hair still wet from the shower. I know we are humans and we can’t control the judgement of the people but under this banner I was expecting better then little boys laughing at me because i’ve been showering, i love planet fitness, the employees are normally super professional but these guys were really disrespectful!

Pulled into the parking lot to stop to check some messages and respond to some. Before I pulled out to leaveI found myself running into a man named Mr. James. Who just so happened to be in need of a jump. In the favor repaid to him as he did for a lady a couple of times the week before able to help a lady who is in need of a jump. Planet fitness is very centrally located in Tillmans corner the people there are extremely professional courteous and very helpful especially for older people like me help me set up my account are very helpful everything is so clean in there everybody watches off everything that they work out on it's quiet pleasant it's now my favorite destination when I go to mobile. The hydro massager helps with my lower back problems and is one of the most wonderful relaxation method stuff is out there. If you know me which you probably don't but if you did you would realize I don't throw compliments around my father was a drill sergeant in the Marine corps and we get out of what we put into life these people deserve this credit and I certainly appreciate being a member of planet fitness Tillman corner .

Had the luxury of standing at the counter for 20 minutes waiting on an employee to show up. Just for them to be rude and make excuses. Not so much as a hello, but as if they were bothered by me being there. Also loved the employee sitting on the window seal behind the desk talking on the phone on speaker phone as I left. This planet fitness is garbage as a whole, the equipment and size as well as the fact that theirs been plastic over the mirrors for 4+ months now. I go here because it’s on the way home, and it’ll likely be the last. I only go here to tan and workout at the one in Mosspoint. That’s where to go if you want friendly service, professionalism and an updated planet fitness to workout in.
