I love Prana so much. My entire body compesition has improved since I started going here, and I love the coaches and my gym mates! I am so thankful to be a part of this gym. The high quality equipment is brand new and sanitized after ever use. It is a large open space perfect for HIIT, Strength, Yoga and Cardio training. The gym also hosts monthly, fun and educational events.
Nutrition is also a big focus here. You will be given a specialized plan the help you meet your unique goals.
Prana is for everyone, regardless or experience, age or ability.

If you want to be motivated to work out as hard as you can-COME HERE! Every day you leave feeling stronger & accomplished. The coaches will always modify where needed so that you have a safe & effective workout, but also won’t let you slack if they know you are capable of more. The gym is clean, and the price is incredible. My only regret is not signing up sooner.

Prana is one of the best gyms I’ve ever been to (and I’ve been into fitness for over 15 years). The coaches are engaged and challenge you to be your best with encouragement. The atmosphere is fun and there’s camaraderie with other members. The workouts are as hard as you allow them to be but not intimidating. I’ve been going here for almost a year now and have toned up and gained strength when I had plateaued with similar workouts/instructors. Give it a try and you won’t regret it!

If you’re looking for a gym who treats you like family and who’s constantly encouraging you then this is the place! Coach Karri and Coach Britney are both amazing! The workouts are amazing and awesome, if there’s something specific that you can’t do they’ll modify it for you. Everyone is encouraging and never makes you feel less than if you can’t do something. I absolutely love this gym and everyone here!

Great coaches, great people and great atmosphere. The coaches really know their stuff when it comes to lifting weights and moving bodies lol. They focus on strength, endurance but also mobility which is great. The workouts or fun with surprising finisher somedays at the end, which you will just have to come and experience.... plus they love dogs.

Best gym in the area! The work out programs are designed with intention to target specific muscle groups daily. There's something new every day. You will not feel intimidated by the group setting as the people who work out here are very welcoming and positive. The instructors are able to make accommodations for all fitness levels whether you are a beginner or advanced. The gym is always super clean and festive for the seasons/holidays. My favorite work out days are Mondays (leg day) and Fridays (weight training).

The minute I walked into PRANA it was home. Everyone you meet is outgoing and welcoming and you leave feeling like a family. Karri and her team go above and beyond to ensure the workouts are always different and push you to keep your body guessing. Karri and her team ensure proper form and technique are learned and mastered first. They also adapt workouts to any injuries or limitations you may be struggling with which allows anyone to be successful no matter where you are in your fitness journey. Karri and her team work with each person individually to give them the tools needed to meet their fitness goals and become the best version of themselves. Since joining in late Dec 2020 I have lost over 12 pounds and gaining lean muscle mass. Going to PRANA is part of my lifestyle now and I look forward to spending time with my PRANA family. Karri, the head coach and owner, is without a doubt the most intentional and knowledgeable coach I have ever worked with. She has created an environment at Prana that is welcoming and well equipped to push you towards your goals.
She and Britney do an amazing job of keeping the gym clean, organized, and well sanitized.
From HIIT, to Tabata, to Strength Training, all the way to Yoga, Karri does it all!

This gym is amazing! I’ve really never worked out in my life so when I started I was beyond nervous but that passed quickly. Coach k and all the member made me feel right at home! One of my main concerns about working out was possibly hurting myself from improper form but that’s no a worry at Prana, coach k is there every step of the way to demonstrate and help with every exercise. I’d recommend prana to anyone!

From the well thought out workouts she programs daily to the individualized coaching during the workout, you can be assured you are receiving the best, well rounded.amd safe, training. Classes range from boot camp style workouts, to strength training, kettle bells to yoga. Workouts never become boring!The facility is cleanest gym! Every piece of equipment is sanitized after each use and the floors are continually disinfected. Aside from the world class coaching, the encouraging atmosphere is the best part of the gym. This gym has it all. The coach, Karri, is extremely knowledgeable and accommodating to each fitness level throughout the workouts. She is helpful when correcting form and pushes you to do your best. I love the group atmosphere because we are all truly like a team. On top of all of that- the gym is always spotlessly clean. The equipment is pristine and brand new as well. The nutrition aspect this gym offers is incredible too. I could go on and on about this gym, but you get the point! Truly the highlight of my day is going to my workouts every morning.
