Quad Fitness has been life changing for me. Bill is absolutely incredible. I have been with him for over 2 years now. I came into Quad with no experience or knowledge on how to properly exercise or properly weight train. I knew joining a gym wasn’t for me simply because I wouldn’t go. Having him there as my accountability partner made all the difference for me. My goal was to have more mobility and just to feel better. Since joining I have so much more balance, strength and energy!! Bill is amazing at taking the time to show you how to properly do the exercises and work on any obstacles you may be facing. He is by far the most affordable trainer around. If you’re considering joining, do it! I promise it’s the best decision I’ve made towards my health.

Bills Nutrition Class is where i first met him and the class was simply life changing in how I now look at what I put in my body. If you're looking for a Trainer that listens to your goals an is very motivating, Bill is your person. As an "older" client, I wanted to work on balance and strength. I've got to be able to keep up with the Grands! My balance & strength have improved tremendously! Trust me when I say, don't walk but, run to your phone and get a consultation.

Bill does a great job with our online training sessions! He is able to monitor form to maximize results and minimize injury. He gives you plenty of explanation while answering all the "WHY" questions I have had for years. The personalized workout plans are a huge part for me to work around past injury and keep me making progress toward my goals always making things new and challenging.

Highly recommend Quad Fitness!!!! The owner/trainer Bill is absolutely the best!! He makes you feel right at home. He dives right in to see your concerns and starts your training immediately. He is knowledgeable about training and meal planning! I did a step up class for the first time and he made it so fun and comfortable that I was not afraid to do another class!

I have been with Quad Fitness for over 2 years . Bill is the best. I started my fitness Journey lost. Bill had me come to an assessment and listened to my fitness goals. He had been very supportive as my fitness trainer and friend. He plans all your one and one workouts to target your fitness goal. When I tell you I was lost. I was literally lost. I had struggled with proper form. We dedicated time to master my form and little by little I've gotten stronger and more confident. He also offers nutrition guidance which is a must. My son has now joined the Quad Fitness family to target his fitness goal! Thank you Bill!!

I very much enjoyed working out with Bill as my coach. Living in different states, I still felt as though he was right there with me, correcting my form and teaching me new exercises in addition to assisting me with setting goals and helping me with my diet. Not only was he motivational for my physical fitness, but I looked forward to exercising because I knew that I would get to spend time with one of the most pleasant and positive guys on this earth. I was always comfortable and I felt respected. I sorry Salz, and even thinking about it now motivates me to want to lift something heavy and smile about it. I cannot say enough good things about working out with such an incredible coach and fitness mentor.

One of my favorite things is training at Quad Fitness! Bill listened to my goals and quickly implemented a plan and we got to work. Already starting to see results and have only been training with him for three weeks! I was not pushing myself anywhere near to failure before I started training with Bill. Now I know what that feels like it has improved the days I lift on my own. Love that we have a prayer session available to us before boot camp class on Saturday! It’s the only time I slow down to reflect with NO distractions. I can not recommend Quad Fitness and Bill enough!

I highly recommend Quad Fitness for personal training! My trainer Bill tailored workouts to my beginner level and increased the intensity when I was ready for it. He pushed me when I needed it but was always mindful and accommodating of my knee injury.
