I had an incredible session at R-Fit this evening! I'm not from the area and happened to find this gem while traveling. A lovely woman named Jes gave me a quick tour of the gym and even worked out with me for a bit. It was such a refreshing experience to have someone so friendly and welcoming — she really made me feel at home.
The facility was spotless, and the entire staff was fantastic. I was warmly greeted at the door by Karen, who treated me like family from the moment I walked in. Just like Jes, she left a lasting impression and made me excited to come back.
I genuinely enjoyed my time at R-Fit and will absolutely be returning the next time I'm in town!

Small local gym with a great selection of machines. There is an area for kids that has cameras so you can keep an eye out. Multiple treadmills (and they work).. free weights, yoga room, and tanning. Staff is awesome. I usually go after 10 at night and there has been someone on site most nights. 24 hour access but membership is required. Excellent little gym. Comparable to big name chain gyms.

Love this place. Has everything you need plus friendly staff. Sanitizer available to clean equipment benches. Couldn't find a better spot to work out. Very pleased

Perfect gym in Roanoke. Has everything you need! Generally not overly crowded, which means you have more options on machines. Everyone is super nice and respectful.
