Natalie is so attentive to each client and their specific needs. I appreciate that we warm up and cool down to make sure that no injuries occur. She goes over each movement before the workout to ensure understanding and to also prevent injuries. She watches each client closely during the workout to make sure everyone keeps good form. Natalie is so passionate about her work! She works so hard to help each client reach their fullest potential.

Recharge fitness is a great place for small class private training in an all women setting. Natalie gives individual instruction to each person ensuring you are performing each exercise correctly and for maximum benefit. The atmosphere is one that everyone is supportive and encouraging to each other. I’ve been working out at Recharge Fitness for almost one year and I can’t express the difference it has made in my overall fitness. Natalie is amazing and makes everyone feel important and welcome.

I started with personal training after my 2nd knee replacement because I was not where I wanted to be when physical therapy ended. Natalie challenged but did not push me and I quickly progressed enough to keep up in regular small group classes. She modifies exercises when I need it, but I have seen such progress that modifications are needed less and less. Just twice weekly classes in a fun and supportive environment have drastically improved my strength and balance. I highly recommend Recharge Fitness for anyone who needs that personal attention from someone who is invested in your success!

I can’t say enough good things about Recharge Fitness! Before joining, I hadn’t been to a gym in years because I never felt comfortable in big crowded gyms and didn’t know where to start. Natalie has created a welcoming, supportive environment where we can learn proper techniques and challenge ourselves at our own pace. I’ve been in her small group since March and have loved every minute. The workouts are always fresh, fun, and challenging, and she tailors them to each person’s individual needs. She truly cares about our overall health and meeting our personal goals. If you’re on the fence about joining and are looking for a sign, this is it! 💜

I highly recommend Recharge Fitness. If you have gym anxiety or dont know where to begin, this is the place for you. Natalie is fabulous. She tailors a program to meet your needs and goals. She motivates, challenges and makes you want to go work out. She ensures you do every movement correctly so as not to cause injury. I am currently doing one on one personal training, which I love. But, she does offer small group training as well. If you want to get healthy and strong and need a little help, run don't walk to Recharge Fitness now!

I love this place! Natalie makes up my workout, and its always different and challenging. I have been going only about 2 months, but I already see a difference in my energy levels & muscles. She is great at explaining the exercise and demonstrating how to do it properly. And I also like the fact its private, just her and me. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

I have been a member of Recharge for about a month now. The private gym offers a more personalized less intimidating experience. The location is clean and equipped with everything you need. I am enjoying working out and for me that’s HUGE because I’ve never liked to work out before! Natalie changes things up every workout so it’s always different and makes it a lot more fun. I have always stayed away from traditional gyms because of the coed atmosphere. When I saw Natalie was a women’s only with small group sessions I decided to give it a try and I am so glad I did. Classes are fun and a great workout. One Natalie’s focuses is making sure your form for each set is correct to prevent injury.
