You'll get more than just a workout -- we'll use a functional movement screen and our expert knowledge to build a plan to match your body's unique needs, working to alleviate any ongoing chronic pain or injuries. Plus, you'll have the consistent encouragement of our professional trainers. We firmly believe that in order to find lasting success, you'll need accountability and support. As you progress through your training, you'll receive frequent check-ins to help you track your success and keep moving forward. SpineFit is the perfect gym for everyone. The small class environment allows their skilled trainers to provide personal attention and workout adjustments based on individual capabilities. It also makes it easy to build relationships with other members which provides accountability on those days you might be inclined to skip the gym. My SpineFit membership has helped me lose weight, build muscle and improve my core strength which has been great for my back. Check out SpineFit - you won’t be disappointed.

This is a great space to get back into working out. I started with a bad knee and now am training for a 5k.

I really love it here. There’s no aggressive pressure from anyone. People are quick to make friends and motivate each other. It’s flexible and reliable. Everyone there has a different goal and the trainers listen and adjust based on individual needs. Can’t say enough about how great Spinefit is!

I have a 2 part review😊
First off, the small group classes are amazing. I have a long history of surgeries and injuries. I was nervous to start working out, but I really needed to start strength training. JD is a great coach. He has lots of exercise modifications to work around injuries. He is very encouraging and I am noticing changes in my body and feeling stronger and it’s only been just shy of 3 months.
Coach Bobbie has been helping me with nutrition for the same amount of time. She is so encouraging and positive. She really digs to find possible solutions to barriers that one may have. I’m seeing success while not “dieting” and it’s very freeing! I highly recommend working with her.

Dr.Alex and Jd go above and beyond to make sure that their patients leave feeling better. After just a few visits I have seen a noticeable difference in my posture and a reduced pain level in my upper and mid back! I couldn’t recommend this place more, they are truly interested in you feeling better! (Also the facility is pretty cool too)

I found Spinefit when I was injured from being too competitive at the gym. My body didn’t keep up with my brain and I had a back injury as well as a calf injury. The trainers at spinefit not only helped me get back to baseline but also helped me push passed my limitations. I’m lifting heavier than I ever have. As a 46 year old, I never thought that would be possible. I enjoy working out at spinefit not only because of the small groups but the individual help you get. It’s almost like having a personal trainer. You never have to guess what to do and they help you modify on the spot.

If you are looking for somewhere to feel better and stronger this is the gym for you. The knowledge Dr. Alex and JD have is definitely the best I’ve experienced in Madison. They are kind and encouraging everyday. They have so many exercises to help you get to where you want to be. The facility is organized and clean. As a woman who has had back injuries and delivered three children via C-section, I was very hesitant to begin. They have taught me so much, and I’m so much stronger. Very thankful for this facility.

I love working out a SpineFit. Small classes, motivated coaches, super clean. I've been working out there since they opened May 2 and I'm definitely stronger. Picking up my kid is easier. I haven't flared up my back. They personalize every workout to each person. If you can't run, they get you to do something else. If a particular exercise hurts your shoulder, they'll get you doing something else. If something is too easy or too hard, they know how to step it up or step it down so that you get the most out of every workout.

Great personalized training that includes strategic stability, mobility, cardio, and strength exercises in a 1 hour small group class. This is not the typical "Iron Tribe or Crossfit" workout. This is designed to bring you to a more athletic state post-injury, post-surgery, or in my case, from just being sedentary most of the day at my desk job. And the workouts help you learn ways to workout on your own and enjoy every-day physical activities safely.
Dr Alex Sarazen, and the other trainers take the time to adapt the exercise to your current state and push you to get to 110% each class. The classes are only 4-6 people per class so you definitely get personalized attention. I appreciate that they adapt the workouts to be harder or easier on a case by case basis. The equipment in the gym is kept clean and organized, and the instructors have the workout plans ready to go on the big-screen-tv before you get there. So they make great use of the full hour and get you out on time! Definitely worth checking out.
