Before Squad Fitness, I had been a member of several other gyms around town. Big name gyms. Small 24/7 gyms. None of them seemed to make a difference. I’d go work out several times a week, but I kept gaining weight, and feeling tired.

Squad Fitness in Trussville COMPLETELY changed the game. Really, all thanks to my trainers: Steve, Joe, and Chloe. They taught me HOW and WHEN to work out, HOW and WHEN to eat, and HOW to take care of my body. I was still working out the same amount a week, but with Squad, it IMMEDIATELY began making a difference! My first week at Squad, I dropped 3.6 lbs, and after 6 weeks, I lost my goal weight of 20lbs!!!

Moral of the story: If you wanna keep running on the treadmill and eating granola bars with no results, be my guest. But if you want to actually see results, do yourself a favor and GO TO SQUAD. Join the gym, join a Challenge. Just get through the doors, and I promise, it’ll be the best thing you can do for yourself this year.

I highly recommend Squad Fitness if you are looking for a lifestyle change! I personally needed a change and I’m so glad I went to Squad Fitness for the help! I did the drop 20 challenge, and while it was most definitely challenging, it challenges you in the best way possible. Between, the meal plans, the workouts and the awesome coaches you’ve got the perfect combo to start a new lifestyle! The coaches were such a big help. They push you to do better, be stronger, but they also make sure you’re being safe and taking care of yourself. The meal plan was the hardest part for me personally but I followed it and lost 21lbs so I would say it works! Thank you squad for the jump start into my fitness journey! This is only the beginning!

Just finished The Drop 20 Challenge, I Smoked it! Lost 22 lbs, YEAHHHH!I Loved the Experience, the coaches are Awesome! I have some physical issues and Every coach was more than Happy to modify any exercise for me.The coaches, the people there are so friendly and its so much fun. And you feel exhausted at the end of your workouts, but omgoshhhh, the benefits you receive are so overwhelming, its Unbelieveble! Once you start working out, You feel the energy bouncing off the walls, the exhilaration of it all! Best thing I' ve done for myself in a very very long time! Don't deprive yourself the opportunity to check these guys out! They know their stuff and you will learn from the Best!

I would recommend this to everyone! My husband and I signed up together and have changed the future of our family! We are eating healthier, working out consistently, and are accountable for our health! The coaches drive you to extremely hard work but are constantly motivating you through every step of the way! When I started this challenge I had so much doubt. I often questioned myself. Should I do this? Can I do this?? I'm here to say I DID IT!! I don't think there's no one more proud of me than myself. OMG this was no walk in the park. This was hard work and discipline, but it can be done. If you F.T.D.I (Follow The Dang Instructions). I simply have to say we had an amazing group of coaches Cali Littlejohn Benjamin Angle and Rock Brown. Thank you guys you all ROCK!! Squad fitness was the place to be at 5am and that's probably why I'm up now lol because my life was accustomed to being up and that time. I've tried and failed numerous diet and exercise programs over the years. Plain and simple: if you're willing to work hard, you will succeed at Squad Fitness. It's the place to be to lose weight and feel great! I was initially hesitant; the first workout was tougher than I expected, but I'm glad that I pushed myself to continue. In only 6 weeks, I've lost 21 pounds and have a lot more energy. Key factors that make the difference at Squad are accountability, convenience, and fantastic trainers. All of the coaches (Austin, Ben, Cali & Rock) are very encouraging and helpful, and I enjoyed the group approach and efficiency of the planned workouts. I've really never liked exercising, but I've honestly missed going to Squad this past week. I will be joining to continue my progress as a member.

I have never had a workout that I actually looked forward to - until now. The coaches at Squad are motivating and encouraging, and it was refreshing to have other people in the challenge who were as out of shape as I was. We all helped each other, I never felt a "judgy" vibe from anyone there (like I have at other gyms). The Squad Fitness Drop 20 Challenge in Trussville has been a great experience for me. I went in with the goal to lose 20lbs( which I accomplished 23.5) and I also gained more confidence. Rock, Cali, Benjamin are amazing!!!! They are patient with great attitudes, funny welcoming and very motivational. They were dedicated to helping me acheive my goals.
The workouts are hard but doable. The trainers encouraged me to do my best without being imidating or overbearing . I never felt pressured to do more than I was able.
The diet plan is simple, easy to follow and not as restrictive as I thought. I never felt hungry or starved at any point. I am happy that I was a part of this challenge with such amazing people!!

6 weeks ago, I was 197lbs, tired and miserable. I needed a push. Kept seeing this drop 20 challenge thing on my Facebook feed. Decided to look in to it. Went to the informational meeting and liked what I heard. Today I weigh 181. 16 total pounds lost in 6 weeks. The trainers are amazing and motivation is their thing. 6 weeks ago I walked into Squad Fitness for my 1st workout. I finished that workout completely drenched in sweat, huffing and puffing and sore from head to toe. That was the first of many that would end that same exact way. The funny thing was though, I never wanted them to end! The workouts are FUN (yes I really just described the torture that happens in that building as fun). They are tough as hell and challenging from beginning to end.
Over the past 6 weeks I’ve learned a lot about myself, that I’m much more dedicated and motivated than I thought I could be. I learned that the only thing holding me back from where I want to be is ME. I lost 18 pounds, I’m not even sure how many inches (look at my pictures! 😳), gained a crazy amount of lean muscle and for the first time in a long time can run without feeling like I’m going to die.

I’ve met a friends along the way and they were always there to cheer me on and push me during workouts. I owe the most credit, and my utmost gratitude and respect to the trainers that are amazing!! Rock, Benjamin, Cali and Austin were always there with a smile and encouragement! They offered suggestions, they pushed and cheered, and they make these very tough workouts amazing experiences! I never would’ve stuck with it if not for you guys! I owe you all a tremendous THANK YOU!!

So if you happen to be stuck in a weight loss rut, or you want to lose some weight but just really aren’t sure how you’re going to manage it? I encourage you to join the next Drop 20 Challenge Trussville! It’s a life changer. It WORKS!

I joined the Trussville Drop 20 in 6 week challenge in August and it was something I thought I would never do. But I can only say great things about the challenge. The coaches, Rock Brown, Cali Littleton, and Ben Angle are motivating and supportive. They are there the whole time to push you to achieve your goals. I lost an unbelievable 42 lbs in 42 days. During the 6 weeks, my blood pressure has lowered to a normal reading. The diet was the hardest thing for me but if you FTDI it is possible to achieve your goal. I highly recommend this challenge to anyone that is wanting to lose weight, better their health and challenge themselves.

Participating in the Drop 20 Challenge has been one of the best decisions I've ever made! I lost 22 pounds in 6 weeks, and I feel amazing.

On my first visit, I was so intimidated by the gym and program that I sat in the parking lot for over 30 minutes debating on following through. As soon as I stepped inside, all of that went away. I've never felt more welcome amongst group of people. The coaches, members, and participants are all genuinely supportive and encouraging. Everything that is done is for the benefit of the challengers. I thought it would be such a struggle to get to the gym because it's a 30 minute drive. Oh no! I was excited and eager to be there... that's never happened.

I've had memberships at every gym you can think of, done personal training, had an in home trainer once, diet pills, workout videos, everything. This is the only thing that worked and the only program I believe in.

Truly, if you follow the meal plan and put in the effort you WILL see results.

I feel better about myself than I have in a very long time. It's easier to be a great wife and mother when I take some time to love myself. I will be forever grateful to Roman, Rock, Cali, and Ben for all they do. Can't wait to see what's to come! ���

The Squad fitness crossfit 6 week challenge was an awesome experience! I have never tried any kind of crossfit and I was challenged to my limits every day! The atmosphere was great and the variety of class times made it easy to be able to attend at least 4 times a week as instructed. Rock, Ben and Cali were great at helping me with all of the new workout moves and with keeping me motivated at each workout. They greeted me with a smile every morning as I walked in. I feel so much better and it only took 6 weeks! I lost 21 pounds and 2 pants sizes so far! I would recommend it to anyone wanting to make a change and is willing to work hard for it. It is not easy!

I have never enjoyed exercise and have always lacked the motivation to lose weight and get healthier. Squad Fitness and the Drop 20 Challenge changed that for me. The trainers are so supportive and encouraging. Working out with the squad pushes me to do so much more than I would on my own. 6 weeks ago I began a journey to lose weight with the Drop 20 Challenge from Squad Fitness in Trussville . I'm happy to say I lost 22lbs. At the time the challenge began I was at my heaviest weight of my life, I knew I needed to do something drastic. So when I saw the advertisement for the Drop 20 challenge, I said what the heck I'll give it a try. I signed up the night of orientation, because I knew if I walked out the door it would be a mistake. The past 6 weeks have been HARD, the workouts are strenuous, I eventually did exercises I never thought I could complete. This program has changed my life. I'm now on a journey to lose 20 to 30 more pounds. I want to thank the Squad coaches, Rock, Cali and Ben, and my family and friends without your support and encouragement I probably would have dropped out. It was not easy but it has taught me a lot. I am going to continue on my weight loss journey when I started this I was at a stand still and I was not losing weight. I completed my six week 20 lb challenge with Squad Fitness Trussville. They paired an interval style training program with a healthy diet program to kick start my weight loss journey. Coaches Rock, Ben, and Cali were there to push and encourage me the whole time. The workouts really pushed me to my limit but I dug deep to finish each one. I gained strength and confidence as I completed each new workout challenge. I am thrilled with the results I have seen in just six weeks and plan on continuing to work out at Squad fitness. I lost 29.4 pounds during my 6 week Drop 20 Challenge! The workouts are challenging, but they achieve results. The meal plan was even more challenging (face it, if it weren't for yummy unhealthy food, people wouldn't need the drop 20 challenge), but it achieved results. The trainers are great at coaching and motivating you through the process. I also like the "squad" style of workouts. I learned how to work out in a way that eliminates many of the excuses that have often prevented me from working out. I started this Drop 20 Challenge before my senior trip on a seven day cruise. The trainers made the exercises fun and doable. They made the meal plans very simple and easy to follow. The diet was a little difficult but the trainers kept me motivated. You will really notice the weight falling off shortly into the challenge. When you do start the challenge, not only will you be encouraged by the coaches but also others who are taking the challenge will encourage you to work hard and finish strong. I ended up losing 28 pounds and highly encourage anyone who wants to lose weight to do this challenge.

I am so glad that I decided to do this! I was a sickening 2 lbs away from the goal but I lost 18 lbs and lost 15 inches! I never thought I would enjoy something like this. I can't wait to get back at it with Rock, Cali, and Ben. I will always have such great memories of this challenge. For example, Rock getting a kick out of how terrified I am of the bosu ball. Lol. The Staff at the Drop 20 Challenge Trussville is amazing! Rock Brown, Cali Littlejohn and Benjamin Angle were a constant source of encouragement and instruction. I have tried diet after diet and this was the best. At first the food plan seemed too stringent but if you follow the food plan along with the workouts success is a guarantee. My Squad Goal was 25lbs but my personal goal was 30 and I finished down 30.5 lbs. I can see this as being a life changing decision both for the way I approach food and physical fitness. I will be 54 on 7/13/17 and my goal is to be in the best shape of my life on my 55th birthday. The Drop 20 Challenge Trussville has put me in a position both physically and mentally to accomplish this goal. Just give it a try. You can do it!

Drop 20 Challenge...what an experience!! The night I came to orientation I was hesitant to sign up for this challenge. I wasn't sure I was up to it. When I came that first day they put me with Dale. He immediately started encouraging me. The next day added TracyAnne and Jay. That is all it took. By the next week the entire morning class was a team of encouragement, excitement, laughter, and fun. Now that the Drop Twenty Challenge(to be accurate it is the Drop 25 Challenge for guys)is officially over I can say without a doubt this is the best short term weight loss/workout plan I have ever been a part of. Other than a friend's experience, we honestly didn't know what to expect from Squad Fitness and the Drop 20 Challenge. I have just completed the Drop 20 Challenge in Trussville and lost 25.2 pounds in six weeks. My wife had seen on Facebook where some of her Friends were taking the challenge and wanted us to give it a try. One of the requirements is to check in on Facebook when you go to workouts and give a statement about your workout. This must be working for Squad Fitness because that is how we found out about the challenge.
I do not like going to a fitness center to work out, it is no fun at all to me, but I really wanted to give this a try. I wanted my wife and I to do this together and be there for each other to keep going if one of us wanted to quit. There is also an incentive with the Challenge, and with this and my wife’s encouragement I was able to stick with the program for the entire six weeks.

The workouts were tough for me. Even at the end of the six weeks when I could tell I had gained strength and stamina I would have a hard time completing the workout. Cali, Rock and Ben were always there with positive encouragement. Never any yelling or profanity. Those three are great! They always go over the exercises before you start each day and keep an eye out to make sure you are doing it correctly.
The atmosphere there is good, people meeting new friends encouraging one another because the Challengers are there with the same hope. To lose weight, to tone body, get in shape and learn a healthy diet. These things can be accomplished with the Drop 20 Challenge in Trussville. And by the way, the meals are pretty good too.

The Drop 20 Challenge has so many different layers. It is not a fancy gym with tanning beds. There are no bells and whistles because you don't need any. What you get is an authentic experience that does exactly what it says, Drop 20 pounds! This program in Trussville is run by three trainers who bring it everyday. They create the workouts that truly challenge your body and then your mind. You realize going through this process that you have to get honest with yourself.
The first week is tough. You do things you never thought you could do. The trainers will modify your exercises to your fitness levels and never make you feel like you are failing but guide you with nothing but love and support. It truly was inspiring to watch all of these guys treat everyone at our own individual level of fitness. When you have that first week weigh in and if you "follow the dang instructions" you will have lost more weight than you would of thought possible and you leave with such confidence that you haven't had in a long time because you are starting to realize if you put in the work it actually WORKS!
The weeks and the weigh ins fly by, with every day you are getting stronger and peeling back the layers of your own personal journey and finding the root cause of why you ended up where you are. You will bond with your fellow challengers. You will talk about food and what is working and you will share your struggles and realize you are not alone. You truly become a Squad.

Describing my experience with Squad Fitness is easy.....IT WAS AWESOME!
It challlenged me in ways that I have never been challenged before. It definitely pushed me to new limits. The trainers were absolutely amazing. I am not so sure that I would have successfully completed this challenge without their constant support and encouraging words. There were times when I did not think that I could do one more push up or row one more meter and I would hear those famous encouraging words..."Finish in motion!" ;)
I have to admit, I probably would not have even considered doing the challenge if it were not for my son. I had told him that when he was ready to get in shape, I would do it with him. Well... he was ready and I joined the challenge with him. I am so thankful that he was ready and that we both completed it successfully! We have both decided that this was just the beginning and we will have a healthier and happier 2017!

I may feel like I'm dying during the journey but after every workout, when I'm able to finally get up, I'm PUMPED! A little over six weeks ago, my husband, James Skeels, and I decided to take the Six Week Weight Loss Challenge at Squad Fitness Center in Trussville, Alabama. We really felt like we needed to get in shape and lose some weight. And we felt like we could use some motivation to get the results we wanted/needed. That's why we chose to do the free 6 week challenge, and I, for one, am so glad we did! Men are challenged to lose 25lbs, women 20lbs. My hubby lost his 25lbs+, and even though I didn't lose quite 20lbs myself, we were both able to get into some good habits of eating healthier, working out regularly,Yucca staying hydrated, and basically beginning to live a healthy lifestyle. My wife asked me to go with her for an informational briefing concerning the Squad Fitness program. We went and liked what we inheard and decided to join the program for at least a six week period. We did and began our training. In the beginning, it was a bit difficult for me as I hadn't done any physical exercise for at least 20 years, and I'm 72. As we progressed, the exercises became a little more intense and a little easier to accomplish. As a result of this program, I have lost 25.8 pounds and approximately 2 to 3 inches front my waistline. So a little over 6 weeks ago I decided I wanted to do the 6 week challenge. I saw some friends that had gone through it and the difference between their before and after pics were amazing. I was very nervous starting because I wasn't sure I would be able to stick with the food plan, but overall I did pretty good with it. Working out at the gym has been great! Rock and Brandon are awesome to work with! They push you to do your best but motivate you as well. Thankfully for me (because I have bad knees) they can do modifications so I can do the workout with injuring myself worse. I can tell a huge difference in my ability now from when I started. I love the fact that every day is a little different so there is not boredom in the workouts.I have met some great people through this challenge. If you are considering it, I would say go for it!!

I was already having to deal with High Blood Pressure issues that have completely subsided in only 6 weeks of exercising and eating healthy. Totally amazing! I absolutely recommend doing the challenge with Squad Fitness. I knew I had to make a change. I am a former college athlete, PE teacher, and high school coach. Physical fitness has always been a priority in my life, but 5 different surgeries in 6 years causes you to become sedentary, stuck, and really depressed. 3 of my surgeries were knee surgeries which has caused huge hurdles in my journey to get healthy. I just completed the six week challenge and really enjoyed it. I met and exceeded my goal of losing 20 pounds and lost a total of 25! I feel better than I have in a long time. The exercises were challenging, but not over the top. I went from barely being able to walk two laps to actually running them.

LOVED IT! I hated working out before I started the 6 week challenge. And while the workouts are hard, and there are times when I didn't think I'd make it to the end - I did it. I loved how I felt after each workout and loved seeing the results. I lost 28 pounds during the challenge and haven't felt this good in YEARS! In addition to the weight loss, I also am seeing more muscle definition, even in muscles I didn't know I had - haha! Love Love LOVE Squad Fitness and the 6 Week Camp Challenge! I've tried different diets and gym memberships for 4 years since my daughter was born and I struggled to lose even 5 lbs. The trainers at Squad have this down to a fat burning science. I lost 20.2 lbs in 6 weeks and feel incredible. The program is very easy and doesn't require any crazy or expensive diet foods. I just finished the Challenge and it was awesome! Our trainers; Rock Brown, Brandon Clark and Cali Littlejohn are amazing! We even had a couple of surprise visits from Roman McDonald. They are always happy, encouraging and ready to phych you up! I definitely recommend the challenge to anyone needing that "whatever it takes" push to get the weight off and feel good about yourself. At the beginning of the challenge, I wasn't sure how I was going to make it through. Everyone in the challenge has one goal...to get more fit by losing weight. In the process, you learn to eat right, sleep right and in the end have more energy than you ever have (at least in a long time). I did lose the 20 lbs, and plan to continue on to what I feel is my goal weight. Get excited and take the Challenge! You will definitely be glad you did.

I was so excited to participate in the six week camp challenge, as far as fitness is concerned this is the best choice I have ever made hands down. I have tried many different programs and weight loss products in the past with little to no results. The trainers at Squad Fitness played a major role in my success, yes I put in the work, I followed the instructions, but the trainers kept me motivated and focused on the task at hand and the end results. I would get up at 4:00 a.m. (my choice) so that I could make the 5:30 a.m. class, sometimes doing two a days and I loved every second of it. I could not wait to get there and get started!! If ANYONE would have told me that I would love getting up that early and working out prior to the challenge I would have laughed and responded "yea, right"!! I have had so many people ask if I had to starve myself during the challenge and the answer is NO WAY!!! Prior to the challenge I would eat once a day, during the challenge you eat every 2.5-3 hours (believe it or not, this was my biggest challenge). I was so afraid that I would certainly gain 20 lbs. eating that often, my trainers assured me to trust the process and I would see results. I am now 22.6 pounds and counting lighter, I am in such better shape physically and feel better than I have in years. The best part about it is that I did it in a healthy way, thank you Rock Brown, Cali Littlejohn, Brandon Clark, Darrell Webb and Romen McDonald!!! If you are ready to get in shape and change your life you owe it to yourself to check it out, take the challenge, you won't regret it!!!

The Camp Challenge has changed the way I view food and exercise. When I started I was very skeptical that I could actually loose 20lbs in 6 weeks. But I FTDI (followed the dang instructions), stuck with the exercises and the process worked!! At the end of 6 weeks I lost 23lbs! The program has not only helped me lose weight but it's helped me gain my confidence back. Squad fitness has changed my life! I was so nervous about starting the six week challenge. I was nervous about sticking to the diet plan. With the encouragement that I received I was able to lose 23.4 lbs in 6 weeks. At the beginning I couldn't do mountain climbers, 4 weeks later I was doing them like a champ! The trainers Rock Brown, Brandon Clark and Cail Littlejohn made every day fun. They push you and keep you accountable! So thankful for them. Folks let me encourage each of you to give Squad Fitness in Trussville a try. The diet plan is easy to follow with good food that you can fix at home. The work outs are intense but addicting! After two weeks you will be addicted to the work outs and have more energy than you ever thought possible. The trainers are more than just trainers. They end up being more than your trainer they are your friend. At the end of the second week of work outs I sat down with the trainers and they noticed I was completely exhausted after the works out physically and mentally. We talked and they suggested a pre-workout supplement that ended up giving me more focus, drive, and energy. Follow the instructions and you will lose weight and be in the best condition in your life. You owe it to yourself to give it a try! Be the example your friends and family need! Best thing I ever did for myself. Being a wife, mom, full time employee, soccer practice/game taxi, house cleaner, food shopper, fixer of stuff and finder of everything, you forget about taking care of yourself first. Time and pounds can get away from you quickly!! This place put the idea in my head to put myself first...so I can be better at all those other things! The challenge forced me to learn to organize healthy food, not just for me but for the whole family. Taking an hour a day for myself to work out, clear my head and come home exhausted but refreshed and accomplished was a great experience! And if you stick to the plan, it works! I was intimidated at first, but after work out #1, that was gone. The challengers in my group had the same goal as me...something better! Cant say enough about the trainers and their motivation! Highly recommend it for anyone wanting to get out of their comfort zone and make things happen!!

Workout as a group to reach your goals. I may not met the 20, 25 pound goal set out at the start of training but I did other thing I set out to do. I brought my A1C levels under control, whitch helps my diabetes. I lost two inches in my waist line, and the pain in the back of my neck is gone.
So I did not make the goals set out but i accomplish much, much more.

My experience at squat fitness was amazing! I didn't lose the 20lb in 6 weeks but the change in my body and the way I felt was absolutely amazing and different than when I started. The trainers there are amazing and give you the push that you need to get through your workouts and stay motivated. I didn't sign up as a member only because of how far I was driving. (Def need one closer to me) if you have any doubts this is one of the best programs and you should def give it a try! The 6 week challenge is an awesome way to try it out to get started and start changing your life and lifestyle.

Throughout my life I have struggled with my weight and have been on numerous diets, multiple gym memberships, etc. but really never felt healthy even if I was losing weight. After I became a nurse, my mental and physical energy was at an all time low. The 12 hour shifts led to lack of time and on my off days the only thing I wanted to do was sit, shop, eat and spend time with my loved ones. I had no motivation to get up and go to the gym that I would pay for monthly and would sometimes go months without even driving by the gym. I always had an excuse to put my health aside. In March 2015-May 2015 I kicked butt at the gym and doing unhealthy dieting just for my wedding to look good. I lost around 20 lbs for my wedding but from June 2015-May 2016 I gained 20+ lbs in ONE YEAR.. that fast (we love to cook) lol. I was so happy with my new life, new husband, etc. but deep down inside I was so depressed. I felt unhealthy, ugly, not attractive, and just lazy. I continued eating worse due to that depression that set in and it became a snowball effect throughout the year.
So this past May 2016 I was scrolling through Facebook when this advertisement popped up that said "join the camp challenge and lose 20 pounds in 6 weeks." I instantly thought to myself.. this is silly.. but lets try this out. I went to orientation and signed up. I didn't call my husband, I didn't call my family.. I just signed up because this was all I could do at this point to turn my life around ASAP. The first few weeks were miserable but addictive (weird I know).. but really, the trainers are absolutely phenomenal. Rock Brown, Cali Littlejohn, and Brandon M. Clark, you made me want to get out of bed and drive 20 minutes to fight through the workouts, sweat, tears, chin splints, but at the end of the day smile because I did it. On weeks when I would get discouraged I had my awesome squad fitness family right beside me encouraging me and pushing me when I was down. I have developed friendships that I will never forget.
So after all that is said and done. I didn't lose the 20 pounds but I did lose 16.2 pounds in 6 weeks! I am not exactly sure of inches but I know that I am 2 sizes down in pants and my clothes are falling off. I feel so healthy and happy.. I can't explain it. I ended up joining the gym so that I can continue with my new lifestyle and to become a better me! I encourage everyone to take this opportunity and run with it! It is an amazing experience that has changed my outlook on life completely.

I was worried about doing the Camp Challenge and if I could lose 25 pounds in 6 weeks after I just lost 47 pounds prior. My first week was tough but I fought through the exercise and the food that I was allowed to eat. I FTDI (Followed the Dam Instructions) and I can say after 6 weeks – not only did I lose 25 pounds – I lost an additional 9 pounds on top of that!! This program does what it says it is going to do as long as you FTDI. I feel stronger and fitter since doing this program. Who knew I could do 20 burpees by the end of the program. I fought through 5 at the beginning. The friends that you make doing this Challenge are ones you will keep forever. You push each other toward the goal and bond as a family. The trainers are by far the best I have ever had at any facility. Rock, Brandon, Cali, Romen and Darrell know how to get the most out of you and put you toward your fitness goal. It has not been an easy road, but worth it – I challenge my friends and family that are looking to lose 20 pounds or more to try the CAMP CHALLENGE and get your weight-loss and health under control.

I have never really had a fitness routine or ever really been committed to exercising. But through the encouragement of some amazing Squad Fitness trainers(Rock, Brandon and Cali) I was able to push myself to accomplish activities I never dreamed I could do. I feel amazing, down 22 lbs and much healthier because of their guidance and support. I have more energy to get me through my days and not only have I lost the weight but I am much stronger and leaner which will definitely benefit me as far as my health is concerned. I could not have done it without squad fitness and there 6 week challenge. If you are looking for a way to get out of a fitness rut I suggest going to squad fitness and asking them about the camp challenge. You won't be disappointed! My mom and I joined the trussvile six week challenge. At the beginning, we had a nutrition seminar, and the man told us how things would go and explained the diet. The next time we came to the gym it was workout number one. Many people had questions, but that was expected. The instructions aka "bible" or "blue prints" say that if its not in the book and it's food then you can't eat it, but the more people asked what they can eat, the personal trainers were saying we could eat things that were not in the instructions. This was a very confusing considering they tell you to not ask a lot of questions. The workouts were exhausting! The workout was never the same and the personal trainers would push you to finish and to be successful! They want you to lose weight. They keep you motivated. Overall the gym is a great place to go.

My experience with squad fitness was very challenging. I did workouts that I never done or seen before. It was very hot some days or even raining. I pressed my way each and every day. I had a goal that had to to met. I was determined to reach my goal. The trainers was very helpful especially Rock Brown. He push me when I wanted to quit. One thing about the people in my group, we encourage each other to keep going by saying "you got this or great job". Over all it not only help me to lose the weight, but it gave me a different mindset. I enjoyed the change. It also help me to eat right and what size portion to eat. Thank you for MY change! "When we least expect it, life sets us a challenge to test our courage and willingness to change..." I heard about Squad Fitness from a friend who had done the 6-week 20 pound challenge and had great success. Am I ever glad that her success encouraged me to give this a try! I've never been to a gym with such an encouraging atmosphere. Just when you feel that you can't make that last squat or run someone comes along with a hi-five and a "you can do it"! The trainers are PHENOMENAL! They make you feel like you can accomplish the goals with no problem. I went from couch to crushing it in no time! Rock Brown is the best! He has a wonderful ,welcoming personality and the skill to push you to the next level while making you believe you did it all yourself! I learned new, clean eating habits and actually looked forward to the four workout sessions per week. No matter what condition you are in, EVERY Squad workout will challenge you to the utmost! Kersions of ourselves. On the day of our orientation I didn't expect this program to be much of a challenge (boy was I wrong). This challenge was by far one of the most intense group interval training sessions i have ever done. Not only was it intense but it was fun. There is something gratifying about watching other people who have the same goal as you overcoming all obstacles to reach their goals. Being next to these individual during workouts everyone is sweating, breathing hard but no one is quitting. This was the motivation for me to go as hard as I could. Me and my wife both successful completed the challenge. I would recommend this to anyone as i saw with my own eyes the changes among the people that did this challenge.

I just had my final weigh-in for my second challenge at Squad Fitness. In the first challenge, I lost 20.4 pounds. I knew it would be more difficult for by body to lose an additional 20, but I completely underestimated my body's level of resistance.

If not for the encouragement from, friends, the trainers, and my trust that God has a better plan for my and my health, I would have thrown in the towel weeks ago. There were plateaus and setbacks even when I was sticking 100% to the plan. But Rock and Romen were there to help me to adjust what I was eating and my workout and rest balance.

Even though I made my weigh-in this morning, it was much more of a physical struggle. I lost 21 pounds...41.4 in the 2 challenges! I will be taking the Summer to really concentrate on maintaining the new healthier lifestyle I have grown to love.

When I started this journey in April, I didnt think i could do it because i dont lift weights, i dont do pushups, but in the last six weeks I found the strength needed to do these things 4x a week. My motto everyday was not to quit because it was in my head many times. But because, my trainer Rock Brown, was patient with me it became easier every day. Not only did this challenge help me physically, it helped me mentally by keeping me accountable for what I put in my mouth because that was the hardest part to me. My end result 22lbs lighter!!!! So peeps if you are in the line for a for real boot camp to get you right for the summer, Squad Fitness is it....

Squad fitness is an awesome place to come and workout in a class. The trainers there are very knowledgeable and the classes are very supportive. If you've ever been to a gym, you know most of them have a feeling of judgement when you are there. Not here. No judgement, just support. They are there to help you and they know what they are doing. This has been a great journey getting in shape , I have always been off and on gaining and loosing the weight , I never try to keep the weight off and always end up gaining it back because I start eating the wrong foods and quit working out . Ive learned in camp challenge that this is not suppose to be a temporary routine in our life , it should be a permanent one and always eat healthy and exercise at least 45 minutes a day with no excuses . Its hard at the beginning when you first start to get in shape but once you get there , there's no stopping you and it gets easier day by day . The trainers were awesome, they have been since the beginning keeping us motivated and pushing us to accomplish finishing our workouts and doing them right . Camp challenge its a great place to get started getting help to get in great shape , you meet new people and have fun working out with them , you learn alot about staying healthy and will always keep motivated .
