Great gym, great members, fantastic owners. Have been working out here since it first opened. All levels of fitness are represented and welcomed. If your interested, don't hesitate to stop by or just drop in.
It's a not crossfit, but crossfit-ish. Multiple member plans so you can workout with classes or anytime there aren't classes.
