When I first joined this gym I was excited for the personal connection to the women who work here and the environment of working out with all women. As time went on the atmosphere became less and less clean, the floors were often covered in hair although things were sanitized overall the atmosphere was dirty. I don't have kids but my friends did and the childcare room is also dirty and outdated. When I went to cancel my membership they did not respond and required me to come in to sign before they would stop charging my card. When I did finally sign they were aggressive and not kind about me leaving insisting I give them a reason why and made me feel super uncomfortable. They also charged me for that month and would not prorate/give any money back even though I was obviously never coming back. I waited about three months to write this review as they made me feel so uncomfortable and I worried they would respond negatively to me once again... I have gone to MANY gyms as we are a military family who move a lot but I have never had a horrible experience like I did going to this gym and trying to cancel my membership. I now go to club4 which is clean, has better childcare, and offers way more for WAY LESS. Since leaving some of the other women I know have also had negative experiences resulting in leaving unhappy...

I love Studio Fitness! The group of ladies there including the instructors are so welcoming and encouraging! I have been going for about 6 months and I have lost about 25 pounds and have toned up a lot! ❤️

I had a massage here (Studio Fitness) in Virginia Keene' s studio, Sage Stone Yoga and Massage. Hands down the BEST massage I have ever had. The therapist is very personable, knowledgeable and observant to her clients needs. Her rates are reasonable too. If I could give her more than 5 stars I would.

Best place to work out in Mobile. Friendly staff, and classes available for every fitness level. Free babysitting!! And a wide variety of programs and classes offered. Overall, a fantastic place, will visit again!
