We help normal people like you #FeelBetterStronger! We are a class-based personal training studio that incorporates strength training and cardio. Our certified personal trainers create their own classes and programs — all methodically planned and coordinated to ensure you create a strong and lean physique while preventing injury or over training. All you have to do is show up at the gym and CRUSH it!
Our monthly schedule changes to prevent adaptation and includes high and low impact classes so that joints are strengthened, not battered. We provide you motivation and sound training to make fitness and health a lifelong commitment.
We also offer nutrition coaching through our signature program - Diet Rebellion.

Twentyin30 SUCCESS! Joined this group back in July, and it was such a great first impression that I found myself signing up to become a member. Perfect timing to roll right into the TWENTYin30 challenge!
My biggest win out of this was completing 20/30 days. There were a few times I was tempted in settling for 17 or 18 days because of unplanned things, but I said NO to these excuses.
The hardest part was giving my all in each workout, no matter how tired I was. I love that Jeidi and the rest of the coaches take time with you and help you with your movements so you get the best of your workout and not hurt yourself.
The best part of this is having a safe place to workout — never feeling embarassed because everyone has grown individually according to their own path and lifestyle. Best investment I’ve made in my health.

I love this gym so much. I’ve been a member at SweatLocal for almost five years. When I first started I was out of shape, over weight and knew nothing about lighting weights. I was intimidated if I’m being honest, but had so many friends with good experiences and good results from the training there, I went for it. From day one I was welcomed, encouraged and coached on how to lift properly and for the most benefit of the movement. I can’t imagine my life without this gym and the people I work out with daily. I am strong and confident now. I like the way I look and my body allows me to do more than ever before. If you want coaching in the gym… if you want accountability…. I love SweatLocal! SweatLocal is the gym I’ve been looking for for years. The workouts are programmed to help you progress no matter where you’re at in the process. I started at SweatLocal in 2023 with private personal training classes. I was coming off a previous knee injury and needed to regain strength the correct way. Coach Jessie blew me away with her knowledge and ability to help me turn everything around. Afterwards, I spent a year using their online programming and eventually made it in studio for classes. This gym has provided everything I needed to feel strong again. No matter where you are in your health journey, SweatLocal will meet you there and give you the tools to succeed. All of the coaches are amazing and knowledgeable. They do the hard part, you just have to show up.

I have been going to SweatLocal for years and I just can’t say enough positive things about my experience. I joined Diet Rebellion 3 years ago and it totally changed my relationship with working out and food. I learned how to properly feed myself before and after working out to maximize my results. I love my gym! Sweat Local focuses mainly on weight lifting with a little cardio here and there. The programming is done for you, you just show up and lift! The coaches are warm and friendly. The trainers, environment and workouts at Sweat Local are beyond 5🌟. Jeidi has built an environment of never ending growth where not only does she push you to do more/better, but she reels you back in if form is compromised and need to deload. She prioritizes receiving and responding (BIG DEAL) to feedback and offers several different styles of class packs/memberships for each person to progress toward their own goals. This gym has kept me more consistent with my workouts because of their programs, their equipment, and their attitude to health. Who wouldn’t want to be #HotHealthyHappy? In fact, I moved away for about a year—continued to do Garage Gains (online program) and moved back to the area picking up where I started in class on Day 1 of return.

I'd like to encourage anyone thinking of joining to give it a try, or better yet, make a commitment and sign up. SweatLocal was recommended to me by someone who had tried many gyms in Huntsville. I started off with no gym/lifting experience. I feel comfortable working out here (mostly women of all different ability levels). The systems put in place help hold you accountable and provide learning supports. After 2 kids and getting older I wanted to get my body stronger and healthier, and SweatLocal has helped me achieve that. Words literally cannot describe how incredible this gym is. I had never lifted one weight before joining sweatlocal in August of last year I’m so glad to be a part of it now. It is the most welcoming, fun, and inspiring place to work out. If you are needing more structure than what a big box gym can offer, this is 100% the place for you. Jeidi and her amazing staff of trainers go above and beyond during every class to be sure every single person is getting the most out of their workout. Everyone is knowledgeable and so encouraging. As someone still very new to weight training and on a weight loss journey, I personally love being given exercise modifications to insure I am getting as much as I can out of the movements while remaining safe. I have had experiences at other gyms that left me uncomfortable, and it took a long time for me to even consider trying it again. Sweatlocal has truly given me a place to belong. I can’t say enough good things about SweatLocal!!! I’ve been a regular member there since I joined a 30 day challenge in feb 2017 and I was hooked! I love the variety of classes but of course have seemed to find a few favorites I regularly attend. Signing up for classes ahead of time through the app is convenient and helps keep accountability. As a mom with a busy toddler and another on the way it would have been easy to just take a break from exercise but Jeidi( the owner) and all the instructors are so great and so encouraging to me throughout my pregnancy. They continued to help modify exercises in each class as my pregnancy progressed. Now I have 2 kids and this is still my favorite way to keep my body and spirit healthy!!

If you’ve never set foot in a gym before or don’t know how to lift or hold weights, the coaches show you how before every class and they help correct your form throughout to make sure you don’t injure yourself. I stalked them for months before I got the balls to sign up for the 3 month trial. I am so thankful I signed up for a yearly membership after fit and fly was done. I have worked out with these incredible trainers when I was the most fit of my life 3 years ago and now that I have been at my heaviest (by my own doing). You can't go wrong with Sweat!! If you are looking for results, a challenging workout, and variety Sweatlocal is the place to go!! All of the coaches are VERY knowledgable and no workout is the same (they have classes for weights, cardio, and every mix in between). Everyone at sweatlocal is friendly and willing to lend a hand! It also has the plus that everyone has the same agenda so you aren't fighting the crowds for equipment and waiting for others to finish their sets (or talk/play on the phone).

I was recommended to Jeidi and Sweat Local for a great reason! I'm in my second trimester of pregnancy and Jeidi was very attentive to make sure that I got a good exercise and didn't do anything that would put me at risk.
