Non-commercial gym, with body building in mind. I give this place 4 stars but thats because I dont care. If you dont care that the gym is the back of his house, if you dont care that some of equipment is a little run down and if you dont care about the fact that its glorified home gym then this the place.

Its cheap, its accessible and you'll get your pump undisturbed (most of the time). If your on a budget and need a place with good vibes, equipment that works and a genuinely nice dude running the whole thing then this is the place.

The reason its not 5 stars is because there are things to be concerned about but it's all just superficial. Its a gym.

Love the gym equipment is great the atmosphere is great. It is a gym that any man's man would appreciate. All the equipment is well maintained and safe. The owner is very welcoming.

I met with the owner of Swolls gym yesterday. Swolls gym is a joke. The equipment is out of date and is a safety hazard for sure. The dumbbells are good but the equipment is something from the early or late 80's. He has a chest fly machine from the 70's that is a accident waiting to happen. There is a very strong mildew smell that is overwhelming. You can not play music from the surround system which is crazy. After, I overlooked his backyard gym that is a 25x60 or 80 shed and questioned him on the safety of his equipment. He got frustrated with me for asking questions concerning my safety. He texted me and said that I was not a good fit for his gym and the reason was due to insurance reasons. I am going to post the owner's text as well. If anyone does not believe this review please go and see for yourself.

Hot and humid 76-78 degrees . 62 percent humidity, explains the mold on the Ceiling. Dumbbells are fine but machines are very old and need to be serviced or honestly just junk. Don’t turn music on before 8am or Apparently the neighbor will call the cops the owner claims. I also got accused of letting his cat in . Which I did not do even thought Cameras are watching you as you’re working out so instead of making sure I let it in he just assumed.
