Even though I was doing my last on boarding session I could tell that she was very focused on the workout that was planned and made sure everyone was doing them right and getting the most out of it. The music is good and she is very energetic and of course the lifting compliments that she gives each individual person is a big plus also and the funny thing is that technically I was only watching this from the sidelines during my 1 on 1

Nicole always shows the rx way then gives plenty of extra options if you can't do movement. She walks around and if you are not doing something correct she will try to help you do things the right way. She is very nice and it's easy to talk to her.

I’ve always enjoyed working out but as the years went on my focus changed from me to my kids. If I got to work out it was late at night and inconsistent!!
A friend invited me to Tally-Ho during Friend week and I fell in love that day! Tally Ho offers classes that works with any schedules!
The athletes are encouraging, supportive and hold you accountable!

Shout out to Coach Cassie ! Back in Feb 2024 I told her that I struggle with my diet. I have always eat really fast and alot. I am 49 years old and have really never felt full after eating. Cassie looked at me with a straight face and said it's easy, you are not consuming enough protein. She helped me figure out how much to consume. My cravings curved and weight started shedding off. I was always on the fence about doing CrossFit because of the stigma that surrounds it. I started by doing personal training with Cassie to fix some issues I was having with my low back and knees. I always felt like I would push myself too hard and hurt myself even more. I decided to make the switch to actual classes and wish I would have started sooner. As an athlete in school, you never lose that competitive gene as you get older, so being part of that atmosphere as an adult has pushed me into a healthier lifestyle. So thankful for this gym, the coaches and the community. If you’re looking for a place to workout that also feels like a huge family, this is the place.

In 2020, the very start of the pandemic, I had let myself go. I was at my heaviest weight and a month later I found out I was pregnant. After having my son, I was so ready to get my life back on track. So last year I signed up for the 6 week macro challenge with Tally Ho Fitness and Lauren Rainwater. The challenge went well, but then I wanted to start working on my fitness routine. I had seen all the posts from Lauren and Carley Nicholas and I really wanted to join Tally Ho but I wasn’t sure if I could even do it. Then I saw where Carley had posted about Buddy Week! I knew that would allow me to try a class out and see what it was like at Tally Ho. I decided to try a class with Carley! I instantly fell in love and joined about 2 months later.
The atmosphere at Tally Ho is something I had never experienced before. I had been a part of other gyms but this was different. I have never been pushed to do exercises that were too advanced for me. The coaches always take the time to explain good form and help me find scaled options. I love the people at Tally Ho and I love knowing that we all support each other despite what part of our fitness journey we are on. I have been cheered on and encouraged by the people at Tally Ho more times than I count. Tally Ho has helped me become a stronger and more confident person. I have tried all types of exercise (spinning, classes, aimless gym workouts, running, home programs, etc). I first tried CrossFit while Cassie’s program was Iron Ethos at CWAC in 2018. I took some time off CrossFit when I was pregnant and after having my daughter and started back in December 2021. I have been going consistently since January 2022 4-5 days/week, and couldn’t imagine being anywhere else. The coaches personalize each workout to each person. If you have back issues, neck issues, etc., they will modify any workout so that you get your best workout. I am a nurse practitioner and advocate a healthy lifestyle for my patients that I see. I highly recommend Tally Ho in maintaining that lifestyle no matter what age or fitness level. Give it a try!
