I have been using the TFK Hot Gel for a while now. I love it. You can actually feel the warming sensation as you are applying it. I use it daily along with my waist trainer. The HOT GEL is an AMAZING workout enhancer. I've always had trouble sweating while working out, so I typically layer with sweater. Since I've started using the hot gel, I can't see myself working out without it. A small amount goes a long way, and im always drenching in sweat from even a light workout. It also targets cellulite, and problem areas of your body and im loving
