The owner Kristy is so kind and has really built an incredible community.
This studio is incredible!
I was so excited after retiring that this studio was here and offering quality instruction. It was a little awkward for me at first just overthinking walking in for the first time but Kristy has been so positive and understanding from the very beginning. She even tailors her classes to my skill level and all other beginners that I’ve seen take a class. I’ve been going to classes / practices since the studio opened and every experience has been so great! There are also so many different options on styles of practice and skill levels Kristy has a guide that shows suggestions on classes depending on what you’d like to get from your yoga experience which has been really helpful for me. The studio always clean and organized. This is one of the most relaxed and accepting environments I’ve ever been involved with! Everyone involved truly cares about making a positive impact on each and every individual that walks through those doors each day and I highly recommend.
I love going to Yoga here! Kristy is great but also the peers! It’s vulnerable to try something new, so it’s a great safe zone. She made everything feel approachable and safe, even as a beginner. The class was not only fun but also so good for my body—I left feeling stretched, relaxed, and stronger. Highly recommend her if you’re looking to try something new that’s both challenging and healing!
They are fun and relaxing - great for new yogis and for those who've been practicing yoga for a while. I highly recommend!
Chair Yoga on Wednesdays and Fridays for balance, building strength, joint flexibility - especially my lower back. and the overall vibe and community are great and positive. There’s a ton of classes to pick from and the pricing is super affordable.

By far one of the best yoga studios I have been to. The studio is beautiful and peaceful. Kristy is an incredible yoga instructor. She offers a variety of class levels so wherever you are in your yoga journey there is definitely a class for you. 😊 I have enjoyed every class I have taken at Beas Knees and the fellowship of some incredible human beings as well.

The Beas Knees Yoga Studio is a wonderful space of peace and light. Kristy does a great job of offering adaptations for all levels in each pose or movement, and you never feel like there's any judgement. I am a huge fan of her specially-scheduled restorative yoga classes, which are incredibly relaxing.
