Love it here. Love how it’s 24hrs & everyone is so so nice. The protein shakes are available for workout before and after. Love how you have your own access code to use anytime.

After being out of the gym for over two years I have been on a weigh loss journey the last year. After loosing over 80lbs and recovering from multiple fractured vertebrae I was ready to get back but apprehensive.
I came in and met with Andrew and Kevin, after a quick talk I knew this was the gym for me. I’m one month in and these guys are awesome! An amazing source of knowledge that they WANT to empower you with!
Then I quickly became part of the gym family! It’s been great getting to know more people everyone at different places in there journey but no one judging just encouraging.
I’ve been here a month now and it’s became addictive not to work out as much as just to be around my new family!

Great experience in my first 3 weeks. I have been trying to gain weight for 8 years and I have gained 20lbs since going here! I get very good workouts in and the workers are very helpful. Kevin does a great job here.

Very friendly staff. Andrew the owner is very helpful and knowledgeable concerning workouts and the workout supplements they provide. Small gym atmosphere that is not to crowded and the other members are friendly.
