First Time Doing One of Callie’s Workouts… and WHOA. 😮💨🔥
Today was my first time trying one of Callie’s low-impact, hard-core workouts — and let me tell you, “low impact” does not mean “low intensity.” 🥵
From the very first minute, I was feeling every muscle light up. The slow, controlled movements? Brutal in the best way. No jumping, no crazy impact on the joints — just focused, intentional strength that burned in all the right places.

I had such an amazing experience in Callie’s Lagree class! She is so encouraging, clear in her instructions, and made me feel comfortable even when the workout was challenging. I loved how she kept the energy high while also making sure everyone had good form. The class was tough but fun, and I left feeling stronger and motivated. Highly recommend taking her class—you’ll love it!

The Studio 205 is the best health & strength training in town. Danielle takes each of us and provides a strength training that caters to us individually. It has taken me a while since chemo & radiation to get back to where I wanted to be health wise. Danielle has been a huge part of that journey to make me the best I’ve ever been.

I have been working out at the studio 205 for about 6 months and have loved it! I have done both lagree and strength training and all of the coaches are amazing!! I have done pilates before at different places around tuscaloosa but have never felt challenged or fully welcomed and wanted there like I have with the lagree at the studio 205! Everyone at the gym is so welcoming and kind! I couldn’t recommend a better place to workout!

I have been attending group strength workouts and enjoy the variety of exercises and detail to instruction provided by Danielle. I was hesitant to try Lagree because I did not like pilates. To my surprise I have LOVED the Lagree workout and it has been a new and challenging addition to my fitness routine. I highly recommend Studio 205!

I have been working out at Studio 205 now for almost 5 years. The gym offers top of the line equipment in a very clean environment. I have been doing semi private training with Danielle and she is wonderful. She takes time to teach me all of the proper techniques. I have had back problems but didn’t want to give up on working out. Danielle has redesigned my workouts to insure that I am able to maintain my progress and keep my back on the track of healing.

I love Danielle & The Studio 205! I've always been physically active but when I hit my 55th birthday I realized I needed something new. Strength training in her studio was the answer!
