Combination of Marital arts.
Clean environment.
New instructors from 2025 January.

Our son had practices with previous instructors, the one on the videos. Previous Instructors WERE breaking down very well for kids to understand why they do certain moves and all "steps" to prevent to get injured,.

This year - 2025, our son loved to return back to practice, but after 1,5 month brock his big toe at the practice while been in all protective gear.
Now will takes time for the child to feel confident to do the same or other practices in "contact" sport.

Would be happy if ne instructors will do break down why and how to do this or that move and even positioning of hands/wrists/feet.

In 2015, I was looking to find a martial arts school for my then 13-year-old son. Having prior experience as a part of three different schools myself, I knew what I was looking for: a mix of traditional martial arts with modern influences in a clean, professional environment. I found all of that and more at Tiger Rock Greystone. Quality instruction by good people that doesn’t leave you thinking “this would never work in the real world.” A combination of dynamic kicks with boxing and solid self-defense. The other schools I looked at in the area just didn’t measure up. After two years of watching my son’s training, I signed up too. Been here ever since. I would encourage anyone interested to check it out in person.
