Welcome to Titan Personal Training! At Titan, we believe that healthy bodies increase mental focus, confidence, and overall wellness. We are currently serving clients in the Troy and Fort Rucker area. Our main mission is to help you achieve your fitness goals and dreams. All trainers are required to be certified and educated through a nationally accredited organization. Your safety is of paramount concern to us! I’m LOOOONNNGGGGG overdue for writing this review! My apologies to John. He is absolutely AMAZING at what he does. He takes the time to educate while training. He will push you but you also have to show up for yourself and give the effort. On days I really didn’t want to do much I still ended up having a great workout and that is largely due to John’s can do/will do mentality. It’s infectious so if you’re ready to get into the best shape of your life and you’re ready to put in the work then John is your guy! 💪🏾

John isn’t just a trainer but a normal human being who is passionate about his craft. Always going above and beyond to ensure you get the results you need. He explains everything wether your a beginner or an expert like Arnold Schwarzenegger. He wants you to understand why your doing the movement your doing. After a few sessions I’ve already noticed muscle gains, and so have others around me. John is simply the best in the game and is constantly improving his business! I’m glad to be trained and coached under Titan Fitness!

I had the first session with John today and it was great. I gave him a challenge of helping me strengthen atrophied muscles after multiple surgeries, and based on the first few workouts I feel like we are on a great track. Highly recommend. He was also recommended to me by a coworker who said his girlfriend loves getting training with John. Keep up the great work!

Not only does he really know his movements/body groups but he’s knowledgeable to cover a multitude of areas. Drill SGT Fowler is the most knowledgeable trainer I have met in my 18+ year military career. His attention to detail and personal investment into his clients is unsurpassed. I’ve never had a personal trainer before but John is awesome! He’s very professional very motivating and is always making sure I’m doing okay and comfortable with what whatever exercise we are doing. If at any point he sees me struggling he makes sure to modify as he sees fit to prevent any unnecessary injuries. I highly recommend John!
