I would definitely recommend this gym to everyone. They are very friendly, very clean, secure (esp. at night). Janice and the rest of the staff that we've met make you feel welcome even if you have a weight problem (unlike some gyms). The prices are very affordable. The equipment is very upkept and maintenance well. Overall, a great place to comfortably workout in and for me, that has stage 4 metastatic breast/bone cancer in the spine, that means a lot.

The team members are friendly, knowledgeable, and supportive of helping members accomplish the goals they have set for themselves. It truly is a no “Judgement Zone” to be able to work out ! Janice is phenomenal. She’s very outgoing, very uplifting and strives to help everyone accomplish their personal workout goals, that they have set for themselves and is willing to assist in anyway, she can! She will answer any questions and goes above and beyond for not only the workout Anytime members but also for the staff . It truly is a “no judgment zone”! The Facility has a diverse selection of workout equipment, along with cables and free weights. It has tanning beds, hydromassage chairs and a sauna along with an infrared bed as well!! I personally love the “classroom” room !!! They offer classes as well on different things yoga, dance, etc… I use it for personal workouts ! I cannot hype this gym up enough, and their staff members. I highly recommend it !!!

Well, what can I say! I love this place. I have shied away from gyms and fitness place but this place is different to be in. Love the cleanliness and friendly help. Janice is very helpful and always helpful for me to get the most from my experience. Being 75 years old and out of shape due to surgeries and healing time recovering I appreciate her knowledge and assistance when needed.
Looking forward to years of future visits for exercise and also use of vibration and hydro. Massage equipment available for members. My wife loves the red light therapy. Also other equipment like tanning beds I don't need but tha sauna rooms sounds appealing for me.

I do not recommend this place at all. They were extra about everything and refused to let me cancel my membership until they got the payment they wanted. Be sure to ask for a copy of the agreement and take the time to read it carefully before signing. I made the mistake of signing without being given anything to review, and now I regret it. Don’t repeat my mistake. And this is not a 5 star place, It barely has any equipment.
