Great gym and equipment and great staff , but late afternoon and night time I see alot of members letting people in and is really crowded during the week and some are not even dressed to workout and don't but hog the equipment and talk and act as if it is a social gathering its ridiculous plus it's the only gym around so its already gonna be crowded so we dont need even more people with limited space and equipment especially non-members I wish there was staff at nights at least until 10pm.

From doors locked after hours and not being able to get in, to trash cans overflowing, spray bottles and paper towels empty, random non members coming in and working out without shirts on, bathrooms being trashed and smelling like urine! Iβve been a member of this gym since itβs opened! While itβs convenient because of its location, this gym knows it has NO competition so they never take care of it!
If any other gym would open in Valley thatβs 24/7, Iβd move membership there bc clearly this one isnβt 24/7 anymore and the owners donβt care as long as they make their money! If I could post the pictures of all the trash and over flowing trash cans here I would! This is the worst Iβve ever seen this gym and itβs getting worse by the month!

Update (August 11, 2025): VERY disappointed that you've removed the Hydro Massage water therapy machine. I'm in the gym every weekday morning between 6 and 8 am, and 3 people use it every day. The new massage chair that you've replaced it with is terrible...no one at that time of the day likes it. You should have kept the Hydro Massage and maybe even the chair and ditched the idea of bringing in a chiropractor. If I need a chiropractor, I have one already. I canceled my Premium membership and went back to a regular membership because there's nothing for me to use at 6am...everything is locked up now that the hydromassage is gone.
Also of note: many Mondays there are NO paper towels to wipe the machines down with. Such was the case today...none nowhere to be found...even in the bathrooms.
Update (Mar 13, 2025): The new key card scanner to get in just doesn't work. Since it was installed last week, I've been able to enter only once, and I go to the gym every weekday. So far this week, about half of the patrons trying to enter in the early morning can't get in...someone inside has to stop their workout and come let us in. That's unacceptable.
3 of the 7 tv's haven't worked since before New Years. what's up with that? I mean...I'm not there to watch TV, but if you offer it, it should be working.

I've been a member of this location for a year and a half now. Like many others have commented, I do enjoy the gym, but do wish there were more equipment options...but I understand you have limited space.
In the winter, it is way too cold inside the building. Today, for example (Jan 8), it was 26 degrees outside. The thermostat was set to 59 degrees. Sorry...but that's too cold for INSIDE a building. Most everyone that is there in the early morning hours has to keep a jacket on until they get their workout going because it's too chilly. Don't get me wrong...I've been going to gyms my entire life, and you certainly don't want it to get too warm inside, but in the 50's inside...that's uncomfortable. And so far this winter, that has happened more often than not. When the thermostat is set to 65, everyone seems happy...not too hot and not too cold. If I wear a short sleeve shirt for working out, I shouldn't have to wear a winter coat over it until I get heated up in my workout.
Lately, a lot of machines have been out of order, and it seems to take a while to get them running again. Your equipment should be a top priority.
And cleanliness...it's okay, but certainly not cleaned regularly. If it is, then it's just a quick spot cleaning here and there with very little attention given for a thorough job. Sometimes you can blow towards the floor and dust bunnies will tumble away. In a place like this, vacuuming the floor (thoroughly) should be done daily.
And every now and then, I'll arrive at my usual 6:30am, only to find the door entry not working. Most of the time, I can hopefully catch the attention of someone inside and they'll let me in. but last month, no one was inside and several cars of people had to leave because we couldn't get in to the gym that is supposed to be open 24/7.
Don't get me wrong...I enjoy this gym and my friends that are there with me every morning, but it does need a little more attention to customer comfort and satisfaction, IMHO.

We all want to be able to clean the machines and wipe our sweaty bodies!!!!!!! It not the staff fault but give them some money to buy supplies

I've being going here for 2 years now and it's been my favorite gym. Small and out of the way and open 24/7 helps with a busy schedule. Even if it's crowded, there is always an open machine to use while i wait. The staff is always friendly especially Daniel and Stephanie.

Iβve contacted this gym 6 times to get my membership canceled. Was even told once Iβd hear from the manager who never contacted me. Iβve reached out to corporate as well with no luck. Iβve sent emails. Iβm currently not in the area to physically come and cancel which is why Iβve been trying to contact people via messages and phones. I donβt like leaving bad reviews which is why after several months and attempts to contact I decided to go ahead and proceed with leaving a bad review. If you sign up with this gym GOODLUCK ending the membership. Im still being charged every single month and Iβve literally done everything to cancel.

Iβm usually at the gym daily around 4am. The televisions in the free weight area havenβt been on in about 3 weeks, along with both TVs in front of the stairmasters. Mens bathroom is horrible, disgusting honestly with the caution tape. Today 12/12/2024 there were at least 20 of us outside in the cold because the door that hasnβt been fixed since Iβve been a member wouldnβt open so we could get in. It needs some major attention. I enjoy working out here. I like the gym hours. It really works for me. There are times when I see person's that don't clean the equipment or remove weight from machines, but I love the gym itself. I'm hoping you'll eventually get into a larger building and add other equipment.

Great customer service and experience! Iβm from Mobile, Al and travel for work and happen to be working on a site right next to this gym but had to go check into my hotel first and didnβt realize we were in eastern time so when I called the gym right at 7pm the boss man was about to close it up and said heβd wait till I got there so I could get a lift in. The gym is great! However, I have school till 3 central time. I then have baseball after which also takes another 2 hours. I go to the gym and I left my hat on the incline bench press bar. I go back the next night and itβs gone. Not on the desk. Not behind the desk. Idk where it is. Itβs my school team hat so I need it ASAP. It is a black hat with a gold βBβ on the front. I also had white sun glasses on the hat. The sun glasses were βWorthβ brand. I would like to see if itβs in the lost and found.
