24/7 is a great, clean, and cared for gym. However there are some small problems such as the water filter on the water fountain being broken for over a year, and theres too many machines in the area making it very cluttered at peak hours. Some machines could be rotated out because nobody uses them and just takes up space.

24/7 Fit was great until I tried to cancel. My husband and I came on different occasions to cancel, but no one was ever there. I left a note that was thrown away and made multiple phone calls with no answer. When someone finally answered, they were rude. The second person I spoke with was extremely helpful and told me a manager would call once he returned from vacation, but that was two Mondays ago and no one ever did. I finally went in again for the last time today to cancel, and that experience was just unprofessional and frustrating. I do not recommend this gym based on the poor customer service and cancellation policy alone.

This is a gym that scams you with predatory policies so they don’t go out of business. When you sign up they’ll say quit before 30 days quit before 30 days and then they drop you with “you have to quit before the 1st not 30 days from when you sign up so now we are leaving the state and will be charged for a month that we are gone. We figured okay 30 days from the day we signed up but that’s how they get you. You’d think if they are full of negative reviews quoting this scam of a policy they’d probably put 2 and 2 together that they’re doing something wrong but they benefit off of it. So it’s likely purposeful. I’d skip this gym 1000000% we will be doing a charge back on our credit card

When working 2 jobs it is difficult to find a time when there is a employee to cancel to help with canceling a membership. Honestly don’t even know why i signed up and i should’ve just read the reviews. I canceled my membership in february and PAID for it that day because they said it was before the 30 days notice. K fine whatever, come MARCH THEY CHARGE ME AGAIN. like be for real. The girl on the phone said it was before a 30 day notice, like my thirty days was a month ago. (She also needs to work on her customer service before going and blaming the customer for “Hearing incorrectly”) I ASK in person if that was the final payment and the guy (who the girl on the phone said was the general manager) said i was done and didn’t mention a final payment. I’ve been a customer at 24/7 Get Fit Club for over a year, and while there are many great aspects to this gym, there are a few areas that need some attention to maintain its quality.

First, the gym equipment is fantastic—modern, well-maintained, and great for all types of workouts. The staff here are also incredibly friendly and helpful. I’ve never had any issues with management; they are professional and make sure things run smoothly. The 24/7 access is a huge bonus, allowing flexibility to work out at any time that fits my schedule, which is one of the main reasons I’ve stayed for so long.

However, there are a few things that could use improvement. The restrooms need more frequent cleaning. I’ve noticed on several occasions that they could be better maintained throughout the day. Additionally, the water filter seems to need changing more often—it’s important to have fresh water available, especially for a gym that operates around the clock.

Another thing I’ve observed is that the outside parking lot could use some attention. A little more regular cleaning would really improve the first impression when arriving at the gym. Inside the gym, there’s a noticeable amount of dust that accumulates in certain areas, particularly around the equipment and corners. This can be a bit off-putting, and if it’s not addressed, I could see some members starting to consider other options, especially with Crunch, the new gym in town, offering some competition.

Despite these issues, 24/7 Get Fit still has a lot to offer. The atmosphere is positive, and the community is supportive, which makes it a great place to work out. I hope management addresses these minor cleanliness issues to keep the gym in top shape and retain loyal customers like myself.

I have cancelled my membership since I was moving out of state, I even signed a paper stating I was canceling yet they keep charging me. I've been a member at this gym for 2 years. The lay out leaves something to be desired. Even after the expansion the bathrooms remained untouched. Only 2 stalls and one urinal in the mens. Did they not think to expand the restrooms when they made the gym larger to accomidate for the extra clientele? Same with the massage beds and red light therapy. Only 2 of each. So it's always in use, good luck getting a massage after a work out because it is usually taken so there is really no point in getting the premium membership besides getting access to the studio, but there is usually classes going on during the week. They also lack machines and invested a lot in cardio machines which hardly anyone uses. Theres only one fly machine and one seated leg press. when a machine is out of order it takes a long to get replaced/repair. Only reason why I gave this gym 2 stars is because it's 24/7, and the staff is friendly.

The gym is not bad but the staff does not clean like they advertise. The restrooms are disgusting during the weekends. The leg machines by the walls rarely get dusted or vacuumed. The machines and floors are usually soiled with dust bunnies and hairs. There has been timed where I have seen the same level of dust and hair for over one month. I feel gross putting my bag down in these areas. I have also mentioned the staff they are leaving expired hand santitizer by the front desk. I actually think it expired in 2022. Compared to the 24/7 at the Foothills, this one is a pig-sty. The one in Somerton is also poorly managed. As prior military I have been to many gyms, and this is one of the most unhygienic I have been to. For such a large place, I expected more. Hopefully Crunch Fitness does a better job at keeping their place clean. This place could learn what a clean gym looks like by going to Planet Fitness. Unfortunately PF is only a beginner gym with less equipment.

I think the staff is friendly and always answers my questions. The problem is no one cleans the facility. Someone spilled something on the floor and it has not been mopped in two weeks. I rarely see anyone sweep and the bathrooms are not always cleaned. I am happy to see someone come in on weekends and empty trash. Often machines are not working but workers rarely walk around the gym to see if everything is up and running. I love the location of gym and I think the variety of equipment is excellent.

Nice gym, my main problem is with the people that will work out on a machine, bench etc then after they have finished their reps (not set) get on their phone and text or whatever and hog the station up for an excessive amount of time (longer) than a person would normally do and none of the staff do anything about it, this is why I left and went elsewhere.

As a travel respiratory it was nice to have a near by gym that has 24/7 hours. HOWEVER!! Beware, you you cancel a month to month, they must not open mail. I sent an email of cancelation. They wrote back saying I had to fill out a form. Printed it out at work but on the road I had no scanner so I signed it and mailed it in. They said I never received it and charged my card three additional months but I disputed it with my credit card. They sent me to collections. Now won't talk to me. BEWARE!!

The gym is good. Its clean, lots of equipment. But the staff is lazy and not enforcing the rules they created which is making this place unsafe and lose quality. 1) Dropping dumbells. 2) People wearing sandals. 3) All day long you have groups of high school students coming in using one keyfob. I have read comments about family members but its obvious they are not. The staff needs to do a better job of payibg attenton to these groups and ensuring they can all go in. These kids crowd equipment and perform ubsafe lifting techniques. They are also the ones dropping the weights and wearing pijamas and sandals. This gym has so much potebtial to be great only if the staff cared more.

Bad business move to literally have a construction crew inside the main gym with loud power equipment hammering away at the floors. Totally obnoxious and ruined my workout for the day. You are a 24/7 gym. Why not hire the construction to work during the nights only so you aren’t disrupting everyone’s workout?

In my personal experience in this gym and as a current gym addict, I can personally say that I have never in my 26 years of life visited a Gym with such a friendly atmosphere, great front desk staff members who are always willing to help you out, and also such a great daycare program. Everytime I go, they make me feel so welcomed and the community there is also so friendly. Not to mention, they have the greatest quality of equipment that I have never seen in my life! Nice place! Need some Hummer Strength machines for side laterals shoulders, machine for triceps shrugs and leg extensions because some of the Hoist machines I mentioned before are made for smaller people and tall people wont fit those HOIST machines brand name!

I really enjoy this gym. As I have returned after almost having a year off due to covid. It's a clean, and all the equipment is new. They have massage water table that you get to use once a day for 10 minutes, 15 would be better. They have a tanning bed and red light therapy skin rejuvenation machine which I have not used. My wife and chose the premium package and are glad we did.

I’ve been hearing all the hype about this place and it did not let me down! All around it’s very clean and spacious. Even on the busy days, they’re still plenty of equipment and machines available. The daycare area is cute and looks safe. What I love the most, the members are incredibly non judgmental and I thank the General Manager and his employees for giving peaceful vibes and comfort to all who come. Let me start off by saying how the colors make the place pop! It gives such vibes!! Every section of the gym always looks so clean. All the equipment stays well put and organized.
