Jayson is great at what he does and provides personal training plans to each client. He helped me get back into working out after having kids and has kept me motivated with evolving plans and goals for 2+ years. It's a comfortable and welcoming space to anyone of any fitness level. I had avoided going to a trainer for years, but meeting Jayson at 520 Personal Training changed everything. Jayson created a detailed full scale program and regimen for me, and the results were amazing. Enthusiastic, creative, intuitive and deeply in touch with his clients' needs and goals, Jayson is unique among trainers in terms of his vision and understanding. He takes the work seriously, but makes it fun, knows how to motivate, when to challenge and, most importantly, how to tailor a specific program for each individual he works with. You could not ask for better in a trainer. His facilities are also top notch. All in all I couldn't recommend 520 Personal Training more.

He is very in-tune to how you are feeling each day and balances the challenge of the workout with enjoyable mix-up exercises. I especially like the boxing we do together.....never had anyone go to this much work to personalize a workout for me.

We have been working out with Justin and Chawn for a couple months now. They make the workouts fun, interesting and challenging! They push us to our limits! We have worked with many trainers throughout the years and Justin and Chawn are by far the best trainers that we have ever worked with!
We love the gym too! It's an effective use of space with top quality equipment but most impressive is that it's very clean - something you don't see often in gyms. Thinking about hiring a personal trainer - call Justin and/or Chawn, you'll be happy you did!

I've trained in several Tucson fitness centers over the past 20 years and am very happy to be working out at Perimysium and with Justin. Justin is very knowledgeable, professional, friendly and client focused. Every workout is varied, and I'm loving my results. The studio is clean, neatly organized, has a good flow and feel. The equipment is well maintained and cardio machines are different and fun--not the standard machines you'll find in most gyms. Couldn't be happier.

I have had the best experience at Perimysium Personal Training. The gym is equipt with all the best and latest equipment that is available for me to use anytime. I have done personal training sessions and group classes with Justin and he is and excellent trainer. He keeps me motivated and always makes the workouts interesting so I don't feel like I'm always doing the same thing. He knows my limits but can also push me to get to that next level. Justin is impressivly knowledgeable about everything that has to do with the body. I always feel great after my workout!
