I really enjoyed this gym prior to the new owners/management. I enjoyed that the prior management provided a water cooler, now you have to purchase water which is outrageous because water is a basic human necessity that is provided at any establishment and you have to use Venmo to do so. You also now have to pay $10 per guest each visit through Venmo and it's just very inconvenient and seems like all the new managers/owners care about is making money. Before the new owners/managers, I could bring a guest and it was a part of my contract. Other locations I have visited in this state and other states have never not provided water and have never made me pay to bring a guest as it's been included in my contract. These may seem like small changes, but they have made me decide not to come here anymore.

Amazing! Switched from a decent LA Fitness, but this place is at least 8 times better! Amazingly clean, very friendly owner/ manager, has fair amount of people at certain times but never an issue to get on a machine or get into shower, good energy and atmosphere and very reasonable price!

Since the change in ownership/management, they stopped having bottles with disinfectant and instead now have 2 receptacles with wipes. Since they are unstaffed for the entire weekend, at least one is empty and the other one has wipes that are dried out. I won't go to a dirty gym with bad sanitary practices. I cancelled my membership as soon as I found out the change was permanent.

I really like this more intimate, smaller gym location. We were allowed to have a free week trial to see if it was a good fit, which I really appreciated. This never would have happened at another big box chain gym. It hasn’t been busy since I’ve joined, so I never have to wait for machines. That’s a major plus. Much superior to the normal large chain gyms we all know about. Also, affordable membership for 2 people!

Came as a guest for a week while in town with family. This is a great gym. Quiet, well lit, plenty of equipment, and no one filming themselves working out. I got what I needed without any productions. Staff was friendly, visible, but not in your way. I would join if at lived in this neighborhood.

I thought anytime fitness is a great gym. I have no complaints about it, however, I moved overseas where there isn't a location anywhere near me. Therefore, I'm wondering how to cancel my membership. I always call when the staff isn't at the desk because I'm on the other side of the world, and I haven't had feedback... anyway, I just want to stop being charged, as it's been 6 months, and I left voice messages and emails. Not sure what to do, is there a way to cancel on a website? I have a key-fob number. Hope a staff member sees this, thanks.

This gym has exceeded my expectations. I was very selective in joining it, craving an open floor plan, lots of diverse equipment, and clean and respectful vibes. This gym delivers on everything!! I've had so much gym anxiety in the past at other gyms, and this is the first gym this has been greatly diminished. I feel safe to grow and focus on my physique here. Management is very, very available and amenable to suggestions or account questions.

I love coming to work out early in the mornings most week days and feel the happiness and joy of all of us as we work out together. I have been coming for over 6 years now and love being with everyone there. The atmosphere is always friendly and Travis is always laughing with us and not at us. I have been going for 9months now and love it. I will continue to promote this gym! If you want something more hands on and not full of ego come here. It’s nice to not feel uncomfortable at a gym. This is a small but exceptional gym filled with all the equipment you need, and it's all kept very clean and accessible. Travis, the owner, and Tim, the manager, have created a very welcoming, friendly, and relaxed atmosphere where you can work out your own way and on your own time, but are available to help out and offer suggestions to push your toward your goals if needed.

In March I started my 10th year with the Mesa Anytime Fitness. Though the ownership and staff, and even location have changed over time, the friendliness, cleanliness and helpfulness of owners and staff has always remained a 10!!! I have always been greeted by name and always felt special as I'm sure every one of their members has as well. They more than meet my workout needs and I'm never pressured to spend or do more. If I have a question or comment, I am always listened to. If you want a place to satisfy your fitness needs, no matter what they are, you cannot find a finer gym, friendlier staff, or cleaner facility to be a part of!!

After issues I had with the place 4 months ago they corrected the issues and I love the gym! Clean bathrooms, soap in dispensers, hand sanitizer, only time the gym seems crowded is at peak hours, they leave healthy snacks out for members, membership price point is good and workout 24hrs. Love that it’s a secure environment with 24-hour access as long as you sign up during hours. Well, don’t waste you time if you’re a visitor and it’s before 10am, I’m an “out of towner “ here now for my early morning , before 6am, run and there is no staff to take payment , so I guess I’ll go find another gym that is staffed to pay and do business with, super disappointing that I wasted my time, put this in your business hours and say 24 hours ONLY for members , 10am to ... for everyone else, thanks for wasting my time , last sentence to be read with heavy sarcasm.. plus only a few treadmills, I’m sure these go quickly during business hours

This is definitely my favorite gym! Caring and attentive staff make all the difference. Every time I've had even the slightest of issues, no matter how nitpicking it might be, I mention my concern and it's quickly taken care of. It was an OK gym. I was actually really liking it. Then I got accused of doing drugs in their bathroom. Because I was taking a long time to take a shower. I never spent more than 30 minutes in the bathroom at any time. I would take a shower every three days. And I worked out every single day. I am a traveler, so I would go from gym to gym; state-to-state.

They had no proof, yet they kicked me out of their gym, and the other one as well that they manage. They pulled up my key fob information and found out that I had originally joined in Colorado. Then they told me since I'm from Colorado I obviously am doing drugs.

I am a very respectful person. I never left a mess. I never stayed longer than I should. I never did drugs in or around the premises. I'm clean and sober for 6 almost 7 months now. But she didn't want to even hear it. She just decided she didn't like me and that was that.

I can't talk this place up enough. Being a small business owner myself I understand what good customer service is. If you want a gym that has everything you need from smith machine, to squat rack, to bench, to cables. This is the place for you. If you are just getting back into working out or you few intimidated working out at a big gym. Come to this place it's for you too. They treat you like family from the moment you step in the door. Place is clean and ran very efficiently. I usually don't post reviews but after a year here I can't help but brag about their service and quality of gym.

Been a member for 6 months and I am still pleased. Always clean, the equipment is in top condition always. I like the atmosphere of a small gym rather than the big ones. Have made friends with several members, and the trainers here are always ready to help. Have had bad experiences in the past with gyms, but Anytime Fitness is the the best for me.
