Armored Yoga is here for all bodies. Brooke is a RYT® 500, E-RYT® 200, YACEP® and provides classes that meet the needs of all types of bodies, minds, and spirits. I want to give you tools to help you through your day-to-day. I teach kids ages 10-17 for free once a week. Teens 14 -17 can join one adult class for free each week. I teach Hatha, Vinyasa Flow, Yin, Restorative, Yoga Conditioning, Trauma Release, children’s, and soon heated classes.

I am just getting back into yoga after years of not practicing. I was nervous about starting yoga again, as sometimes going to a new yoga studio can be intimidating! But I felt right at home the first time I walked into Armored Yoga! They had everything you need: extra yoga mats, blocks, straps, even water bottles. Brooke tailors each class to every participants' level, offering modifications to make the most out of your practice. My only regret is that I didn't start coming to Armored Yoga sooner.

Brooke does an awesome job with her yoga studio!! She tailors classes to the needs of the students. I had a pinched nerve and Brooke put certain exercises and poses in class to help alleviate the tension. She also takes the time to learn about her students and their needs as well as take extra time with anyone who needs it. I am back at 100% with my pinched nerve, but have not been able to back for a while because I have been so busy lately but am really looking forward to getting back in there!!

Brooke is a fantastic Yoga instructor.
I have chronic lower back/hip pain. She has helped to feel so much better. She has taught me how to understand my body and how certain yoga movements and stretches allow me to feel better everyday. She always makes you feel welcome and heard. I recommend Armored Yoga to all ages and ability levels. Brooke really works with people one on one.

I started doing yoga about six months ago maybe a little longer, watching videos which was fine for a start. But what I realized is that when there’s an actual yoga teacher guiding you to be safe and reminding you to breathe you get a much clearer understanding of yoga and all it’s benefits!! Brooke is awesome. Just love her!💕

Brooke with Armored Yoga has been absolutely fantastic. I have a lot of issues with pain in my back and my left leg that have never gotten better with previous activities (be it PT or chiropractor) and I’ve definitely noticed a difference after seeing Brooke. She’s not just a yoga instructor, she cares about her students and is sure to make recommendations if we aren’t able to do certain poses due to our own limitations. She is always kind, caring and absolutely incredible all the way around. Thank you Brooke & Armored Yoga!

Both my girls go to the kids class and they absolutely love it!! They've not only learned yoga but coping strategies such as breathing to help if they get angry or upset. Plus they have so much fun!! Brooke is the amazing human being and we all look forward to seeing her every week!

Brooke is the best! She is extremely knowledgeable and utterly adorable. She has taught me to do my yoga poses correctly, and helps me work around past injuries. The only teacher who can work me hard enough to sweat in a yoga class! The most fun classes ever!!

Brooke is seriously the wisest and gentlest yoga teacher ever! I've had the pleasure of having private and customized, to my body, yoga sessions with her! Never have I ever experienced a yoga teacher that was able to make yoga feel so safe and comfortable for someone with my body type (plus size) and with my particular ailments (RA/fibromyalgia). She has made me a believer that "yoga is for every BODY"... even mine! She is warm and inviting and you can instantly feel how invested she is in her practice and her clients!! I highly recommend her studio and especially her as a yoga teacher!! 5 Stars ALL day long!

So this is my bestest friend and she opened a yoga studio and I couldn't be more proud of her! She is only 45min drive from Phoenix, but do yourself a favor and go take her classes. She literally pays so much attention to how you move and helps you learn about mobility and it’s not just about getting the pose, it’s about getting your movement right! I can honestly say that with her classes, I can move and do things much better and pain free! Everyone is welcome and she is so kind and sweet and VERY in-tune to how you are moving and would rather you not hurt than get the pose! If you haven't taken a class, go sign up today and you wont be disappointed!

Such an amazing experience. I’ve never thought to do yoga to help with back and PTSD issues from military service; thinking that with back issues I probably shouldn’t do yoga… but after multiple doctors, physical therapists, and even my mental health doctor has recommended yoga, I’ve decided to embark. Armored Yoga has helped me to gain mobility, reduce pain associated with back and hip issues, and overall change my view on recovery. I was looking at multiple surgeries and years of physical therapy, but now with yoga and the help of Brooke, I’ve learned to embrace my weakness and realize that’s where I need to work on through proper form and mobility. I wobble, I ache, I bend in ways I never thought I could or would… but I gain so much more and feel better with every session.

Brooke is an amazing teacher! I started taking yoga almost a year ago after foot and hip surgery. Brooke was so knowledgeable and patient as I was nervous about what I could do. She really takes the time to know each student personally! She has such a unique way of making you feel comfortable and never embarrassed. I am amazed at how much better I feel! Brooke is a gifted yoga instructor! I was dealing with chronic lower back pain, and after doing yoga with Brooke for several weeks my pain all but vanished. I rarely feel it anymore. I am way more flexible than I was previously and in much better shape as well. I can’t recommend Armored Yoga enough.

I love everything about Armored Yoga! Brooke is the best teacher ever! She teaches each person at their own pace in various styles and flows. She is friendly, positive, and she models all the moves. She is an excellent communicator explaining each step. She is fun and makes yoga fun. Since starting her classes I have had a lot less pain in problematic areas. I want everyone to take her classes!!

If you ever wanted to start doing yoga this studio is where you should start. When I started I had know idea what I was doing. The way Brooke teaches is easy to understand, she will walk around and help you out if needed, and classes are so relaxing. I feel better, have better balance and flexibility, my mind, body and soul are better because of her!
