I recently started ATP training with Adam and it has been AWESOME. In a short amount of time, I am already feeling gains in strength & seeing aesthetic impacts as well.

One thing I’ve long been missing is specific knowledge and details about how to perform several exercises the right away, and Adam is a Yoda with this. He explains how, and the mechanics of why— these are things that will stick with you in the future as well.

At times, you will notice you’re lifting less weight (in pounds) for some exercises that you’re used to, but it’s even harder because he ensures you do it the right way— because why waste time & energy without results? I am enjoying this journey and can’t wait to see where I’m at in a few months!

I came across ATP and Adam about 2 months ago.. as someone who doesn't have much of any experience with the equipment.. I knew getting professional experience was a must! I recommend this place to anyone that is thinking about getting into shape or just needs that extra motivation to keep making progress. You will absolutely get the most out of it. He is qualified as well as extremely easy to talk to. He has no issue answering any questions you may have.

I've already noticed improvements that I was simply unable to get myself.

If you're questioning on going.. just do the consultation, you won't regret it!

Advance Training and Powerlifting has help me reach my goals and then some. If I could sum up ATP in three words it would be Accommodating, Knowledgeable, and Reliable. I have been training with Adam for about 4-5 months now. I was very new to lifting at the beginning, so I definitely needed somebody experienced to work with. Adam has been awesome as a trainer thus far. I immediately started seeing results in my training and have continued to see progression in all facets of lifting. If you don’t want to fall in love with weight training, don’t hire Adam as your trainer! ;-) He’ll teach you a variety of exercises, meticulously correct your form, push you harder than you would have gone on your own, and most importantly give you the confidence to get out on the weight floor alone. That kind of physical empowerment is irreplaceable! He’s knowledgeable, professional, and an overall great guy. I have been training with Adam for a little over a month now. I was relatively new to weightlifting and he has done an incredible job explaining everything I should do and why I should do it a certain way to meet my personal goals. A month may be a short timeframe but my form, understanding, and my numbers have all gone up immensely. I feel like I have been training both physically and mentally with all I have gained already. Adam is all around a genuinely great guy who cares about your progress. He will help you reach whatever goal you may have. I recommend ATP for everyone, both experienced weightlifters and especially beginners like myself. I’ve had personal trainers who make you pay a huge fee for them to just stare at you so I did my research and trusted what I heard about ATP. Decided to give them a go and don’t regret a thing! I stay constantly active and decided I wanted to learn more about powerlifting. After just one session, I already learned so much and never knew all the things I was doing wrong. Adam is a great coach. I knew he was different when he sent me my own videos and photos with angles and lines to show me. He wants his clients to hit their goals. He is receptive, and has incredible knowledge. He is very accessible. Every session I get feedback to help my form. He answers all my questions, and has endless videos to demonstrate the moves or changes. When I was injured he was able to change my positioning and voila! The pain was gone. He is the real deal. I HIGHLY recommend his programming.

By far the best investment I've made! Adam’s coaching is very 1:1 - he will cater the program to suit your fitness goals . I have been in fitnesss for a while but as a female was intimidated by weightlifting. I knew I had to start lifting weights to see any change. Adam taught me proper form, corrected weak points, and made sure that I didn’t injure myself. In the past few months my strength has drastically improved, I've increased muscle and bone mass and learned so much. Adam was very patient, knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable as well as worked with my schedule. Only regret I have is not contacting him sooner. 5+ stars!

I came from another personal trainer who didn't really specialize in powerlifting. I ended up just guessing warmup and numbers at my first meet. I knew ATP was different as soon as I had my first workout with Adam. I'm competing in 10 days, and I'm doing heavy doubles with my previous max reps, and he only had 6 weeks. Adam checks in with me daily, reviews the lift videos I send, and provides useful feedback. I plan to stick with ATP as far as my lifting journey takes me. (Usapl Raw Nats and whatever else)

Reached out to ATP through Instagram, set up a meet up at my local gym with Adam, great guy very knowledgeable. I had been working out for about 6 months and just not seeing the results I thought I should’ve. We worked on a few key lifts (squat, bench, and deadlift). I went for my 1 rep max the week before to see where I was at for him. He tweaked my form on each lift and in a matter of a few reps I had gained at least 10-20 lbs on each lift, with confidence.

ATP is the way to go, knowledge is key and adapting to your goal makes this team perfect for anybody especially with the new year approaching!

By far the best decision I've made powerlifting was choosing to get online coaching from ATP! They posses loads of knowledge on the sport and always find a solution to any problems you encounter while training.
